To avoid Doppler ambiguity,pulse Doppler radar may operate on a high pulse repetition frequency(PRF).The use of a high PRF can,however,lead to range ambiguity in many *** present,the major efficient solution to solve range ambiguity is based on a waveform design *** adds complexity to a radar ***,the traditional multiple-PRF-based scheme is difficult to be applied in multiple targets because of unknown correspondence between the target range and measured range,especially using the Chinese remainder theorem(CRT)*** make a study of the CRT algorithm for multiple targets when the residue set contains noise *** this paper,we present a symmetry polynomial aided CRT algorithm to effectively achieve range estimation of multiple targets when the measured ranges are overlapped with noise error.A closed-form and robust CRT algorithm for single target and the Aitken acceleration algorithm for finding roots of a polynomial equation are used to decrease the computational complexity of the proposed algorithm.

The characteristics of a torpedo＇s acoustic homing trajectory with multiple targets were studied. The differential equations of torpedo motion were presented based on hydrodynamics. The Fourth order Runge-Kutta method was used to solve these equations. Derived from sonar equations and Snell＇ s law, a simple virtual underwater acoustic environment was established for simulating the torpedo homing process. The Newton iteration method was used to calculate homing range and ray tracing was approximated by pieccwise line, which takes into consideration distortions cause by temperature, pressure, and salinity in a given sea area. The influence of some acoustic warfare equipment disturb the torpedo homing process in certain circumstances, including decoys and jammers, was alsotaken into account in simulations. Relative target identification logic and homing control laws were presented. Equal consideration during research was given to the requirements of rcal-timeactivity as well as accuracy. Finally, a practical torpedo homing trajectory simulation program was developed and applied to certain projects.

Alzheimer’s disease(AD),which slowly destroys the victim’s memory and thinking skills,is one of the leading disorders that impacts millions of the elderly *** multi-factorial etiopathogenesis is clearly indicated in AD, multiple drug therapy will be required to address the varied pathological aspects of this *** one-compoundone -target approaches offer limited and transient benefits to AD patients but do not delay the course of neurodegeneration ***-compound-multiple-target drugs urgently need to be developed for preventing and treating *** the past few years,several highly promising anti-Alzheimer’s dimers have been developed which are derived from homoor hetero- dimers of tacrine and/or huperzine A,a novel alkaloid discovered from the Chinese *** series of studies have shown that relative to the existing anti-AD drugs approved by FDA in the USA,these novel dimers possess greater in vivo acetylcholinesterase inhibition,memory enhancement and multiple neuroprotective activities against the oligomers of β-amyloid,HO and glutamate toxicity through the concurrent blockade of L-type calcium channels,NMDA receptors and neuronal *** results suggest that these novel dimers can be highly promising candidates for the new generation of multi-functional AD therapeutics and neuroprotectants.

OBJECTIVE To find a promising candidate for anti-Alzheimer disease(AD)with multiple targets in multiple *** A series of classifiers were constructed for predicting the active compounds against 51 key targets toward Alzheimer disease(AD)using the multitargetquantitative structure-activity relationships(mt-QSAR)*** drug screening assays were established to evaluate the predicted active *** addition,various cellular models and animal models related with AD were set up to further study the effects of the active *** A system for the discovery of Multitarget-Directed Ligands against AD was set up and applied,the predicted active compounds were validated by the drug screening assays,and several active compounds with multiple targets were *** them,DL0410 exerted high activity on H3R,α7n ACh R,ACh E and ERα,also displayed the most significant effect in improving the ability of memory and learning in several AD animal *** study on its action mechanisms showed that it′s effect may partially through increasing neurotransmitter,inhibiting oxidative emergency,inhibiting the expression of APP,and promoting long-term ***,DL0410 is of more safety than the first-line clinical *** DL0410 is a promising candidate for further development for AD treatment.

We study the collective encirclement control problem of a multi-agent system in this paper, where the agents move collectively to encircle the multiple targets. An algorithm is proposed and a sufficient condition is derived to realize the collective encirclement motion. Some simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.

Research on intelligent decision-making methods is carried out focus on complex situations such as multiple participants,multiple influencing factors,and large uncertainties in multi targets and multi interceptors combat *** interception strategies are coded based on discrete particle swarm *** with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,various uncertain factors in multi to multi scenarios are comprehensively considered so as to get a typical combat strategy evaluation index *** an intelligent multi-target allocation strategy can be obtained and rapid decision-making in a dynamic situation can be *** this basis,coordinated operations are carried out to complete effective interception of multiple *** results show that the intelligent decision-making strategy designed in this paper can make rapid decisions based on the real-time motion state of the interceptors and the targets,which shortens the interceptions time and enables the interceptors to have a greater advantage in the process of carrying out the interception *** some interceptors fail,remained interceptors can be reassigned by intelligent decision-making method so as to ensure the completion of the interception task.
