Business Strategy and Perceived Benefits of internet banking: Their Impact on Banks' Strategic Responses to China's Entry to WTO

With the entry to WTO and development of IT, banks in China are adjusting their competitive strategies to meet the competition. internet banking has become a kind of strategic choice to response to the entry to WTO. Based on relevantly selective reviews of literature of strategy theory and research, a model is developed to study banks' strategic response to entry to WTO. According to a survey of 192 sets of questionnaires, this study finds that external pressure, business strategy and perceived benefits of internet banking would influence banks' perceived increase in internet banking investment. And banks' perceived increase in internet banking investment has no difference between big banks and small banks.

Diminutive Usage of internet banking： A Malaysian Case Study

As the opportunities offered, most individuals and businesses feel that E-banking energies are great. Thus, threats are unavoidable to banks if they fail to identify consequences and vulnerabilities accompanying e-banking practices. The usage rate of e-banking in a top international commercial bank in Malaysia is rather diminutive compare to its other bases in countries like Singapore, China and India. Interestingly, it is on decreasing mode year by year. This study aimed to offer a good set of information of the factors influencing low usage and possibilities to suggest ways to increase the usage among the bank customers. In this study, a comprehensive survey data gathering were used to collect and analyze the respondents and results indicate that ease of use is the most significant contributor to the low usage. 204 valid feedbacks were obtained from the SCM bank＇s customers, with the research indicating that e-banking still has a gap to fill between customers, the bank and the e-system in maximizing the desire of existing clients to go over the net.

The propose of the paper is to analyze factors of customer service quality that could influence internet banking customer satisfaction in the Chinese commercial banking ***,the paper also tries to explain the relationship between customer service quality and customer satisfaction,and to find some major variables for keeping high level internet banking customer *** data demonstrated that customer service quality have direct and significant effect to internet banking quality in the Chinese commercial banking *** this,the authors found that customer service quality is positively related to internet banking customer ***,it is observed that price,personalization and customization,reputation are key factors to affect customer satisfaction in the internet banking *** the validation of measurement scales,the hypothesis is contrasted through structural *** authors validate the hypothesis and a measurement *** paper proposes a model for analyzing empirically the link between customer service quality and internet banking customer satisfaction in Chinese internet banking industry.

With the growth of the scale of the market for internet banking and e-commerce,the number of internet-based financial markets has been ***,hacking incidents continuously affect internet-banking *** this reason,a countermeasure is required to improve the security of the online identification *** current security and authentication mechanisms applied to financial services,such as internet banking services for 5G-enabled IoT,do not ensure *** this paper,a transaction-linkage technique with which the designated terminal is combined is proposed to solve this fundamental *** technique improves the security of online identification mechanisms because it is possible to counteract all of the existing security *** proposed technique supports mutual authentication and is safe from eavesdropping attacks,replay attacks,spoofing attacks,and service-denial ***,the technique supports non-repudiation by storing the transaction history in a transaction-linkage *** believe that the security of internet-banking services for 5G-enabled IoT will be increased through the utilization of the proposed technique.

Since the reform and opening up, SMEs have become an essential force to develop the national economy and to maintain social stability. However, due to information asymmetry and imperfect SMEs credit system, the SMEs demand for financing which is often small in quantity but high in frequency, confront high barriers of traditional financing channels and complicated procedures. Thus SMEs financing becomes more difficult. With the advancement of modern information and internet technologies, especially widespread application of big data, cloud computing, and search engine technology, internet banking has been booming. This paper, through researching information mining process of internet financial model, resource allocation, social networking, payment methods and other aspects, what convenience and new financing channels have been brought to SMEs with the development of internet banking and to provide a theoretical basis for SMEs to expand financing strategy studies.

The science of technology keeps growing and evolving, through which people try to used both their lifestyle relative services and products to facilitate the fulfillment of needs and desires of consumers. For this reason, the following research has been written, which studies the electronic business＇s advantages and position on the precise definition in the Greek industry. Finally, econometric regression models are analyzed; those are specific to the field of e-banking in Greece. People in this country are frustrated due to the criminal cases, especially elder. That can be the reason they have to use internet. How do they feel of being part of this new model, do they have to be afraid of being robbed？ This paper presents a new way to do business such as start-ups and spins-offs, moreover introduces some of them, most recognized, that take place in Greece. It explains the necessary process in order to use those programs. The opportunities for innovative applications from young people will be held and conclusions are regarding to consumer behavior towards these services. Everything has to be measured--age, income, sex, even, and the occupation. Demographic variables are those which define the most decisive results that identify the consumer behavior.

Today at the beginning of the third millennium with the huge information technology revolution in all life sectors and the banking sector is one of it,many of the banks in world adopted e-banking and convert them ordinary banking services to e-banking services and this growing in e-banking services mostly came from e-commerce growing which it is value estimated in hundreds billions of dollars and all this huge business needs a strong infrastructure of e-banking to manage all the money transactions and support e-commerce so the question is " Do We Really Need to Adopt Electronic banking?,"in this paper we are trying to answer this question and highlight some of important points of it.
