The environment of tobacco-growing soil directly affects the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.In order to solve problems of tobacco-growing soil degradation,low organic matter content and unbalanced soil nutrient supply and promote sustainable and healthy development of tobacco production,this paper comprehensively discussed conservation and improvement techniques of tobacco-growing soil based on existing problems in Zhaoyang District,aiming to provide reference for tobacco-growing soil conservation.

China has been the top aquaculture producer in the world since 2002.Over 800 species and 240 improved varieties have been used in China’s aquaculture,which is the most diverse collection of species on this planet.Species diversification,along with other aquaculture technologies,contributes significantly to the increase of China’s aquaculture production,whereas the use of too many species in aquaculture has resulted in some issues related to the environment and sustainability.We provide an updated overview of the species currently used in Chinese aquaculture in this paper.We examine critically the main drivers of species diversification in China with examples.We also introduce Chinese approaches to improve and certify new species and varieties for commercial production.We believe that further species diversification is not a priority in China’s aquaculture,while further improvement of aquaculture technologies for major and native species is essential for green,profitable,and sustainable(GPS)aquaculture.The implications of China’s experiences with species diversification for global aquaculture species diversification are discussed.

Recently,researchers have concentrated on studying ionic polymer metal composite(IPMC)artificial muscle,which has numerous advantages including a relatively large strain under low input voltage,flexibility,high response,low noise,light weight,and high driving energy density.This paper reports recent developments in IPMC artificial muscle,including improvement methods,modeling,and applications.Different types of IPMCs are described,along with various methods for overcoming some shortcomings,including improvement of Nafion matrix membranes,surface preparation of Nafion membranes,the choice of high-performing electrodes,and new electro-active polymers for enhancing the properties of IPMCs.IPMC models are also reviewed,providing theoretical guidance for studying the performance and applications of IPMCs.Successful applications such as bio-inspired robots,opto-mechatronic systems,and medical engineering are discussed.

夫妻关系被视为最为紧密的命运共同体和利益共同体，夫妻共同债务事关夫妻家庭财产与第三人债权实现。民法典第1064条沿袭了婚姻法的规定，规定了夫妻共同债务制度。夫妻共同债务，是指夫妻双方共同签名或者夫妻一方事后追认等共同意思表示所负的债务，以及夫妻一方在婚姻关系存续期间以个人名义为家庭日常生活需要所负债务。夫妻共同债务认定在司法实践中主要存在合意表示形态复杂化、日常家事代理范围模糊，以及共同生活、共同生产经营界定不明等问题。笔者从平衡内外部关系、界定日常家务范围、明确共同生产经营情形，以及合理分配举证责任等四个方面完善夫妻共同债务制度。

认罪认罚从宽制度的提出与确立，为我国司法资源配置的优化提供制度上的支持，同时也推动了案件的繁简分流，而以审判为中心是认罪认罚从宽制度得以有效推进的基础和前提。但在以审判为中心的背景下实施的认罪认罚从宽制度中相关标准等的界定还较为模糊，且一些具体内容还需进一步细化与完善。在进一步对审判中心主义、认罪认罚从宽制度作概念界定和梳理构建历程基础上，总结其存在的相关问题以及各学者提出的完善建议，更好的适应和推进以审判为中心的刑事诉讼制度改革，实现司法资源的合理有效配置。

BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES:In recent years, emerging transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) has become an alternative for surgery。 However, with advanced age, several co-morbid factors together with contrast agent usage can cause deterioration in renal function and increase in the risk of acute kidney injury (AKI) with poor prognosis in patients with AKI。 Therefore, many patients cannot benefit from this treatment。 In this study, we aim to examine the effects of TAVI on renal functions。 METHODS AND RESULTS: Seventy patients, mean age of 77.6 years, underwent TAVI between July 2011 and December 2012。 Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was calculated by using the Cockcroft and Gault Formula。 Patients were monitored for 48 h for urine output。 Stage 1 AKI, according to the VARC-2 AKIN system, developed in only five (7.1%) of the patients after the procedure。 There was a statistically significant increase between the mean 1(st) month eGFRs before (68。2 vs。 61.0, P improvement of renal functions, and that AKI rates will be lower with careful patient selection, proper pre-procedural hydration, and careful use of contrast agent。

Coordinated movement is generated by communication between the cerebrum and cerebellum via the cerebellar peduncles (CPs). The CPs are classified into three types (superior, middle, and inferior), and each includes a variety of neural tracts. Among those tracts, the cortico-ponto-cerebellar tract (CPCT), a middle CP, is involved in motor planning and initiation of movement, while the dentato-rubro-thalamic tract (DRTT), a superior CP, is involved in motor coordination, movement timing, verbal fluency, and working memory (Kase et al., 1993.

Three-point head fixation was constructed to provide mechanical stability for single unit recording(SUR)on vestibular sensory system in living chinchilla previously.However,it is no more qualified to this work when the stimulation intensity becomes large because of frequent unit losing and neuron damage,which strongly implies that the mechanical stability has been broken during the stimulation.Here,we constructed a novel hea0 fixation(skull cap assistant head fixation)provided by skull cap on the basis of three-point head fixation in order to improve the mechanical stability for SUR under the stimulation with large magnitude.The large area bone connection is the feature and advantage of this improved method,which directly fixes the tested local nervous tissue and microelectrode in an intact stable system through skull cap except two ear bars and a tube face mask.Our data exhibited that skull cap assistant head fixation could significantly improve the success rate of neural response activity recording in the population of semicircular canal neurons under the stimulation with large intensity(amplitudd 00 deg/s).Based on the analysis of neural response activity and noise base-line during stimulation,our data further indicated that this method could significantly improve the mechanical stability for SUR during high-speed motion stimulation on vestibular system in living chinchilla.Skull cap assistant head fixation extends the application of SUR on vestibular neuron in linear response range and provides a solid foundation for electrophysiological research on vestibular sensory system in fhrther studies.

The injection and transport characteristics of electrons are enhanced by using sodium chloride （NaC1） as an n-type dopant doped into a 4, 7-diphnenyl-1, lO-phe-nanthroline （Bphen） electron-transporting layer, which improves the performance of organic light-emitting diodes （OLEDs）. Meanwhile, a NaCl-doped Bphen layer can effectively influence electrical characteristics of the devices, and significantly improve the current and power efficiency. The turn-on voltage and the operation voltage of the optimal device are decreased drastically from 6.5 V and 10.8 V to 3.3 V and 5 V, respectively, compared with those of the reference device. The maximum current efficiency and power efficiency of the optimal device are 7.0 cd/A and 4.4 Im/W at the current density of 16.70 mA/cm~, which are about I. 7 and 4 times higher than those of the reference device, respectively. Moreover, the enhancement of the injection and transport ability for electrons is attributed not only to the reduced energy barrier between A1 cathode and Bphen, but also to the increased mobility of electrons by the doping effect of NaCl. Therefore, both the electron injection and transport ability are enhanced, which improve the carrier balance in OLEDs and lead to the better device efficiency.
