Trajectory prediction is a prerequisite for missile and high-speed vehicle guidance interception. To address the trajectory problem for the near space hypersonic unpowered gliding vehicle. Firstly, the trajectory prediction mechanism is analyzed. Based on the existing NSHV trajectory prediction method, the key techniques of trajectory prediction are discussed from the perspectives of prediction parameter selection and prediction parameter description. Then, a trajectory prediction method based on hough transform is proposed. The core of the method is to select the longitude latitude, and high direction positions as prediction parameters, and use the hough transform to fit the prior basis functions. In the latitude and longitude direction, the rationality of predicting parameters is discussed from two aspects: position extreme point and lateral maneuverability. In the height direction,for the NSHV oscillation drop characteristic, two hough transforms are used to separate the periodic term from the linear term. In addition, we give the approximate interval of the parameter values of the method, and design a parameter adaptive scheme. Finally, trajectory prediction is performed on two different control patterns. The error of the prediction time of 100 s is within 25 km, and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This study proposes a novel short-range multitarget motion parameter estimation method based on hough transform. The proposed method can be used for multitarget detection, motion parameter estimation, and data association. In our proposed method, the measured radial distance and Doppler frequency versus time data is mapped to the motion parameter space by hough transform. The motion parameter space data is binarized to determine the number of targets. The unsupervised nearest neighbor clustering technique is used to determine the search space of targets. The maximum value in each search space is estimated as the motion parameter of the corresponding target. Simulation results show that the proposed method has higher parameter estimation accuracy than that of conventional methods.

This paper's main contributions are three-fold. Firstly, it is shown that the two existing template matching-like definitions of the hough transform in the literature areinadequate. Secondly, an inherent probabilistic aspect of the hough transform embedded in the transformation process from image space to parameter space is ***, a new definition of the hough transform is proposed which takes into account both the intersection scheme between the mapping curve (or mapping surface) and accumulator cells and the inherent probabilistic characteristics.

An effective method of multiple input multiple output （MIMO） radar weak target detection is proposed based on the hough transform. The detection time duration is divided into multiple coherent processing intervals （CPIs）. Within each CPI, conventional methods such as fast Fourier transform （FFT） is exploit to coherent inte- grating in same range cell. Furthermore, noncoherent integration through several range cells can be implemented by hough transform among all CPIs. Thus, higher integration gain can be obtained. Simulation results are also given to demonstrate that the detection performance of weak moving target can be dramatically improved.

Using machine vision to accurately identify apple number on the tree is becoming the key supporting technology for orchard precision production *** adapting to the complexity of the field environment in various detection situations,such as illumination changes,color variation,fruit overlap,and branches and leaves shading,a robust algorithm for detecting and counting apples based on their color and shape modes was ***,BP(back propagation)neural network was used to train apple color identification *** the irrelevant background was removed by using the trained neural network model and the image only containing the apple color pixels was *** apple edge detection was carried out after morphological operations on the obtained ***,the image was processed by using circle hough transform algorithm,and apples were located with the help of calculating the center coordinates of each apple edge *** validation experimental results showed that the correlation coefficient of R2 between the proposed approaches based counting and manually counting reached *** illustrated that the proposed algorithm could be used to detect and count apples from apple trees’images taken in field environment with a high precision and strong anti-jamming feature.

A machine vision system was developed to inspect the quality of rice seeds. Five varieties of Jinyou402, Shanyou10, Zhongyou207, Jiayou and IIyou were evaluated. The images of both sides of rice seed with black background and white background were acquired with the image processing system for identifying external features of rice seeds. Five image sets consisting of 600 original images each were obtained. Then a digital image processing algorithm based on hough transform was developed to inspect the rice seeds with incompletely closed glumes. The algorithm was implemented with all image sets using a Matlab 6.5 procedure. The results showed that the algorithm achieved an average accuracy of 96% for normal seeds, 92% for seeds with fine fissure and 87% for seeds with incompletely closed glumes. The algorithm was proved to be applicable to different seed varieties and insensitive to the color of the background.

in this paper a new property of the hough transform is discovered, namely an inherent probabilistic aspect which is independent of the input image and embedded in the transformation process from the image space to the parameter space. It is shown that such a probabilistic aspect has a wide range of implica tions concerning the specification of implementation schemes and the performance of hough transform. In particular, it is shown that in order to make the hough transform really meaningful, an appropriate curve (surface) density function must be, either explicitly or implicitly, supplied during its implementation processi and that the widely used approach to uniformly discretizing parameter space in the literature is generally inadequate.

In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement of the Shell Case size,a measurement system based on machine vision is *** the preprocessing,threshold segmentation algorithm and edge detection of the shell case *** size measurement of lines and circles in contour using binary search method and hough *** experiment of detecting four sizes of 100 qualified shells shows that the system can realize the rapid and accurate detection of shell casings,and can be used to assess their quality *** effectively improves the detection efficiency and further improves the automation level of detection,which has a good application prospect.
