The migrants are the important participant and contributor in china’s economic and social construction,but they still have many restrictions on their access to health *** paper analyzes the differences between the migrants and the regis-tered local residents in looking for medical treatment and explores the relationship between health education and medical treatment seeking behavior,so as to find an appropriate way to improve the health level of the *** using the compara-tive survey data of the floating population and registered population in 2017 and establishing the binary Logit model,this paper finds that the health education has a promoting effect on medical treatment seeking *** terms of the influence mechanism of health education on medical treatment seeking behavior,the mediat-ing effect of social participation factors is stronger in the migrants’group because making new friends and learning about local public health resources through health education is of great significance to the *** is proposed to expand the cov-erage of health education among migrant groups and improve the accessibility of health *** the same time,public medical and health services should be used as a window to guide the migrants to seek medical treatment in an orderly manner while assisting their social integration.

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee passed the resolution to build a healthy china, which was then upgraded to a national strategy in the Outline of the healthy china 2030 Plan issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in October 2016. This paper begins with describing health development in china and then argues that despite the good foundation that has been laid for building a healthy china, the country still faces serious problems, such as healthcare services falling short of demand, people's health and quality of life yet to be improved, the wide gap between the rich and poor and structural imbalances, serious environmental pollution, and increasing security risks. In the end, suggestions are provided from the perspectives of creating a healthy environment, improving health services, developing a healthy population, building a healthy society, and increasing support for health development to advance the healthy china initiative.

Enhancing Quality of Patients Care and Improving Patient Experience in china with Assistance of Artificial Intelligence

In order to carry out the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of china and the National Conference on Health and Health, to implement the healthy china Strategy, and train general practitioners who can go, stay and have high skills for grassroots health institutions, In the 9 th year of the implementation of the free medical student policy, the research group has conducted a follow-up survey on the status quo of the implementation of the employment policy for the free medical graduates of North Sichuan Medical College for four consecutive years. The results show that the implementation of employment policy is generally good, but the grass-roots employment intention is not strong. The choice of this major is mostly not voluntary. The school training can increase the willingness to carry out the contract. Graduates have low recognition of some employment policies, the awareness of policies needs to be improved, and the mechanism of internal adjustment and improvement of the policy needs to be produced.

Based on the “healthy china 2030 Planning Outline”, the literature method and logical analysis method are used to review and analyze the implementation process of china’s school football policy from three dimensions: value, interest appeal and institutional background. The study believes that in order to break through the bottleneck of policy implementation and improve the effect of policy implementation, it is necessary to establish correct values and form broad recognition of policies;meet the reasonable interests of all parties and form a synergy for policy implementation;optimize the institutional environment for policy implementation and form effective incentives.
