In biological responses,fatty acids(FA)are absorbed and metabolized in the form of substrates for energy *** molecular structures(number of double bonds and chain length)and composition of dietary FA impact digestion,absorption and metabolism,and the biological roles of ***,increasing evidence indicates that FA are essentially utilized as an energy source and are signaling molecules that exert physiological activity of gut microbiota and immune *** addition,FA could serve as natural ligands for orphan g protein-coupled receptors(gPCR),also called free fatty acid receptors(FFAR),which intertwine metabolic and immune systems via multiple *** present review explores the recent findings on FA absorption and its impact on gut health,particularly addressing the mechanism by which dietary FA potentially influences intestinal microbiota and epithelial ***,this work attempts to uncover research ideas for devising future strategies for manipulating the composition of dietary FA to regulate gut health and support a normal immune system for metabolic and immune disorders.

D dopamine receptors(DARs) is member of g protein coupled receptors(gPCR) family,coupled to g protein to inhibit AC activity and reduce the level of *** is one of the most validated targets in treatment and drug development of central nervous system(CNS) ***-95,an abundant component of the post-synaptic density(PSD),belongs to membrane associated guanylate kinase(MAgUK).PSD-95 not only acts as an anchor protein,but also plays an important role in functional ***,PSD-95 can interact with receptors,ion channels and recruit cytoplasmic signaling molecules to form signaling *** performed immunoprecipitation (IP) assay and the results indicated that PSD-95 interacted with DDAR through PSD-95 *** agonist activation,the association between PSD-95 and DDAR obviously ***-receptor binding experiments suggest that PSD-95 has no effect on the expression and binding property of DDAR,and PSD-95 did not affect the internalization and recovery of *** assay indicated that PSD-95 did not influence the inhibition of cAMP mediated by ***,we found that PSD-95 did not change the normal state of DDAR coupled g protein but accelerated the desensitization process and depress the efficiency of *** and PSD- 95 play a significant role in the development and treatment of *** study showed that the total level of PSD-95 decreased and the redistribution of PSD-95 in PSD reduced in 6-OHDA-lesioned rat model of ***, with chronic L-DOPA treatment,these level back to normal ***,the association between PSD-95 and DDAR decreased in PD rat,and back to normal level with chronic L-DOPA *** summary,PSD-95 and DDAR interacted with each other through PSD-95 *** total level,redistribution and the association with DDAR of PSD-95 changed in PD and L-DOPA induced dyskinesia(LID).The effect of PSD-95 on DDAR desensitization and resensitization was ***
