Dear Editor Hair cells （HCs） clustered produce spontaneous spike n cochlear sensory epithelia and evoked action potentials during the developmental stage of auditory, which rely on many ion channels, such as Ca2＋ channels, K＋ channels and Na＋ channels （Housley et al., 2006; Marcotti et al., 2003）. As the dominant molecule acting in action potentials in most of excitable cells, Na＋ channels （VGSCs） were deemed to be indispensable in the spontaneous and evoked action po- tentials of HCs （Marcotti et al., 2003）.

＜正＞Human African trypanosomiasis（HAT）,also known as African sleeping sickness,is a parasitic disease of humans caused by protozoal parasite T.brucei and transmitted by the tsetse fly.The disease threatens about 150,000 around the world and it is estimated that 50,000-70,000 people are currently infected.Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases（aaRSs） are essential in catalyzing the attachment of the correct amino acid to its cognate tRNA during the process of translating the genetic code.
