With the development of medical environment, the development of hospital preparations is facing more and more difficulties, and the number of preparations is gradually shrinking. In this article, the authors reviewed the advantages of hospital preparations and analyzed the reasons that reduce hospital preparations from three aspects： the characteristics of hospital preparations, the innovation capacity and human resources and the quality of the preparations. Then the authors took a deep thought about the development strategy on current hospital preparations from the perspective of management. The purpose is to survey the developing trend of hospital preparations in China, and to serve the people＇s health wholeheartedly.

Analyzing the reasons for the lag in urbanization and the persistent widening of the urban- rural income gap in China from the viewpoint of government development strategy, we find that the government＇s strategy of encouraging the development of capital-intensive sectors has resulted in a relative fall in labor demand in urban areas and thus delayed the progress of urbanization, hampered the effective transfer of the rural population into urban areas and widened the urban-rural income gap. Using the technology choice index （TCI） to measure the degree to which government policy is biased towards capital-intensive sectors, this paper conducts empirical tests of a series of theoretical hypotheses on the basis of Chinese provincial panel data for 1978-2008. We further find that changes in China＇s urban-rural income gap conform to a U-curve pattern, i.e. in the course of economic development, the income gap first decreases then increases.

Income inequality will affect China’s economic growth over the long *** is also one of the important factors determining whether China can avoid the middle-income *** from the‘equality of outcome’perspective,this paper analyses the causes of China’s income distribution from the perspective of equality of *** inequality of opportunity in China is mainly caused by distorted institutional arrangements in the financial markets,labour markets,and product markets,involving *** on interest rates,the household registration(hukou)system,price controls on industrial and agricultural products,and privileges of state-owned *** of these distorted institutional arrangements are attributed to the heavy-industry-oriented development strategy in the recent *** this strategy was gradually abandoned,it has generated some institutions which have long-run impacts on the income distribution in *** government functions through institutional reforms is necessary to improve equality of opportunity and income distribution.

This paper studies the lithofacies,sedimentary facies,depositional models and reservoir architecture of the rudist-bearing Sar-3 zone of Cretaceous Sarvak in the Southwest of Iran by utilizing coring,thin section,XRD data of five coring wells and 3D seismic *** results include the following:According to lithofacies features and their association,the rudist-mound and tidal flat are the main microfacies in the Sar-3 depositional *** investigating the regional tectonic setting and seismic interpretation,a depositional model was built for the Sar-3 zone,which highlights four key points:1)The distribution of the rudist-buildup is controlled by the paleo-high.2)The build-up outside of the wide colonize stage but reached the wave-base level in a short time by regression and formation uplift,and was destroyed by the high energy current,then forming the moundy allochthonous deposition after being dispersed and redeposited.3)The tidal flat develops widely in the upper Sar-3,and the deposition thickness depends on the *** tidal channel develops in the valley and fringe of the Paleo-structure.4)The exposure within the leaching effect by the meteoric water of the top of Sar-3 is the main controlling factor of the reservoir vertical *** Sar-3 zone featured as the dualistic architecture consists of two regions:the lower is the rudist reef limestone reservoir and the upper is the tidal condense limestone *** thickness of each is controlled by the *** Paleo-high zone is the preferential development *** on reservoir characteristics of the different zones,a targeted development strategy has been *** the trajectory in the middle of the oillayer in the paleo-high,and in the paleo-low,make the trajectory crossing the oil-zone and then keep it in the lower.

East Kalimantan province is one of the largest coal deposit reserve source, especially in the mining and quarrying sector. Mining sector is a strategic sector in East Kalimantan but post coal mining land has the problem for land using. The research method used survey method and laboratory test on 21 entities/companies with the status of cooperative and non-cooperative approach and land resource evaluation on 30 respondent keys （key informant）. Analysis of data is using the evaluation of land potential： Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP）, IRR, NPV and BCR. The results showed that there are 2 scenarios decisions in the development of coal mining region that is the optimistic scenario on 2 aspects namely：（1） tourism （recreational parks and historical tours） and （2） aspects of the fishery （tilapia, goldfish, catfish）. Then, in the moderate scenario, there are 3 aspects of development：（1） services （administration and housing）; （2） fisheries （cork fish and damselfish） and （3） agriculture （guava, melinjo and dragon fruit）. Optimizing the utilization of post-coal mining land in the regency of Kutai Kartanegara can be carried out with reference to these two types of scenarios as a manifestation of an engine of regional development.
