[Objectives]The paper was to explore the occurrence and mixed infection of sugarcane bacilliform virus disease in Hainan sugarcane-growing area.[Methods]A total of 348 sugarcane leaf samples were collected from 7 sugarcane-growing areas in Hainan *** detection of sugarcane bacilliform virus(SCBV)was carried out by PCR using specific primers.[Results]SCBV was detected in 244 out of 348 sugarcane samples,with an average detection rate of 70.11%.The highest detection rate was 76.66%in the Danzhou sugarcane-growing area,while the lowest was 57.14%in the Baisha sugarcane-growing *** SCBV-positive samples were subjected to testing for SCYLV,SCSMV,SrMV,and SCMV,*** results indicated that 106 out of 244 positive samples exhibited a single infection with SCBV,while 138 samples exhibited mixed infections with SCBV and other sugarcane *** proportion of mixed infections among the SCBV-positive samples was as high as 56.56%.Among the various types of mixed infections,two-virus and three-virus mixed infections were the most prevalent.[Conclusions]SCBV has emerged as a significant threat to the secure production of sugarcane in the Hainan sugarcane-growing *** presents an explosive infection in the Hainan sugarcane-growing region and frequently combines with other sugarcane viruses to infect *** findings of this study will provide a theoretical foundation for the prevention and control of sugarcane bacilliform virus disease.

This paper presents a meta-analysis regarding the detection rate(DR)of fluorine-18(^(18)F)-labeled prostate-specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PSMA PET/CT)in the management of patients with prostate cancer(PCa).Relevant studies regarding ^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT in the management of PCa published until June 1,2021,were electronically searched in online databases including EMBASE,PubMed,and Web of *** primary outcome was the DR of ^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT in managing PCa patients,while the secondary outcome was the DR of ^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT according to Gleason scores and serum prostate-specific antigen(PSA)*** pooled DR was calculated on a per-patient basis,with pooled odd ratios and 95%confidence intervals(CIs).In total,17 observational studies evaluating 1019 patients with PCa met the inclusion *** DR of ^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT was 0.83(95%CI:0.78-0.88),in the random-effects ***,the analysis of DR of ^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT in PCa patients using Gleason score(≤7 vs≥8),showed a significant difference in PCa *** on the above results,the higher Gleason score of PCa patients,the higher DR of ^(18)F-PSMA PET/*** DR of ^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT in PCa was 0.57 for PSA<0.5 ng ml^(-1);0.75 for PSA≥0.5 ng ml^(-1) and<1.0 ng ml^(-1);0.93 for PSA≥1.0 ng ml^(-1) and<2.0 ng ml^(-1);and 0.95 for PSA≥2.0 ng ml^(-1).Therefore,the significant diagnostic value was found in terms of the DR of ^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT in managing PCa patients and was associated with Gleason score and serum PSA level.

Typically,smart grid systems enhance the ability of conventional power system networks as it is vulnerable to several kinds of *** vulnerabil-ities might cause the attackers or intruders to collapse the entire network system thus breaching the conﬁdentiality and integrity of smart grid ***,for this purpose,Intrusion detection system(IDS)plays a pivotal part in offering a reliable and secured range of services in the smart grid *** exist-ing approaches are there to detect the intrusions in smart grid framework,however they are utilizing an old dataset to detect anomaly thus resulting in reduced rate of detection accuracy in real-time and huge data *** as to overcome these limitations,the proposed technique is presented which employs both real-time raw data from the smart grid network and KDD99 dataset thus detecting anoma-lies in the smart grid *** the grid side data acquisition,the power trans-mitted to the grid is checked and enhanced in terms of power quality by eradicating distortion in transmission *** this approach,power quality in the smart grid network is enhanced by rectifying the fault using a FACT device termed UPQC(Uniﬁed Power Quality Controller)and thereby storing the data in cloud *** data from smart grid cloud storage and KDD99 are pre-pro-cessed and are optimized using Improved Aquila Swarm Optimization(IASO)to extract optimal *** probabilistic Recurrent Neural Network(PRNN)classiﬁer is then employed for the prediction and classiﬁcation of *** last,the performance is estimated and the outcomes are projected in terms of grid voltage,grid current,Total Harmonic Distortion(THD),voltage sag/swell,accu-racy,precision,recall,F-score,false acceptance rate(FAR),and detection rate of the classiﬁ*** analysis is compared with existing techniques to validate the proposed model efﬁciency.

The Frequency of Infectious Diseases in Manzhouli Port from 2012 to 2014

The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of infectious diseases among people entering/exiting via Manzhouli port. We analyzed infectious disease data from the Manzhouli International Travel Health care Center covering 2012 through 2014, as well as performed several laboratory tests to measure rates of infection. The frequencies of infectious diseases as well as their association with occupation and year of occurrence were calculated for people entering and exiting via the port. The total proportion of infectious diseases measured was 2.18%. Hepatitis B was the most commonly occurring at 1.68%, followed by syphilis, hepatits C and HIV, which were 0.23%, 0.21% and 0.04%, respectively. Contract workers, traffic staff, foreigners and those married abroad were more likely to be infected. Furthermore, there were significant differences among three years. Strategies should be developed and preventive policies should be implemented aimed at protecting the at risk populations at Manzhouli port, especially with regard to contract workers, traffic staff, foreigners and those married abroad.

Multiple factor analysis of symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis

Objective: To discuss the correlation among intracranial arterial stenosis and its risk factors. Methods: A total of 486 patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA) or ischemic cerebral infarction were examined using color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and transcranial doppler ultrosonography(TCD). According to the degrees of extracranial arterial stenosis, patients with mild-to-moderate extracranial stenosis were classified into group A(435 cases) while those with constant severe stenosis or occlusion were classified into group B(51 cases). The differences between the two groups of risk factors were compared, and the multi-factor logistic regression analysis of risk factors associated with moderately severe intracranial arterial stenosis was performed. Results:(1) The risk factors that were significantly associated with intracranial arterial stenosis included age(P = 0.034) and gender(P = 0.044).(2) Intracranial artery stenosis was observed in both anterior and posterior cerebral arteries in patients with hypertension, diabetes, and coronary heart disease respectively(P rately severe intracranial arterial stenosis(P rately severe intracranial arterial stenosis while hyperlipidemia is a protective factor.

Intrusion detection system （IDS） is an important component of computer network security, while clustering analysis is a common unsupervised anomaly detection method. However, it is difficult for the single clustering algorithm to get the great effective detection, and the data of intrusion attacks is anomalistic normally. This paper presents an unsupervised anomaly detection system based on the clustering ensemble. The system is based on the multiple runs of K-means to accumulate evidence to avoid the false classification of anomalistic data;then using single-link to construct the hierarchical clustering tree to get the ultimate clustering result to solve the above problems. Finally, the KDD99 CUP test data is used to show that this system is greatly effective. It also compares with another IDS based on congeneric clustering algorithm to demonstrate the superiority of this system.
