*** presented a modified default logic (CDL) and obtained some properties of CDL,such as the existence of extensions,semimonotonicity,which the Reiters normal default logic *** Reiter’s default has been generalized,a default logic about assertion’s has been obtained,and the assertion that the Brewka’s CDL is a special normal default logic of the new version has been proved.

In propositional normal default logic, given a default theory(?, D) and a well-defined ordering of D, there is a method to construct an extension of(?, D) without any injury. To construct a strong extension of(?, D) given a well-defined ordering of D, there may be finite injuries for a default δ∈ D. With approximation deduction ?s in propositional logic, we will show that to construct an extension of(?, D) under a given welldefined ordering of D, there may be infinite injuries for some default δ∈ D.

Mood disorders/psychosis have been associated with dysfunctions in the default mode network(DMN).However,the relative contributions of DMN regions to state and trait disturbances in pediatric bipolar disorder(PBD)remain *** aim of this study was to investigate the possible mechanisms of PBD through brain imaging and explore the influence of psychotic symptoms on functional alterations in PBD ***-nine psychotic and 26 non-psychotic PBD patients,as well as 19 age-and sex-matched healthy controls underwent a restingstate functional MRI scan and the data were analyzed by independent component *** DMN component from the fMRI data was extracted for each ***'s rank correlation analysis was performed between aberrant connectivity and clinical *** results demonstrated that psychotic PBD was characterized by aberrant DMN connectivity in the anterior cingulate cortex/medial prefrontal cortex,bilateral caudate nucleus,bilateral angular gyri,and left middle temporal gyrus,while non-psychotic PBD was not,suggesting further impairment with the development of *** summary,we demonstrated unique impairment in DMN functional connectivity in the psychotic PBD *** specific neuroanatomical abnormalities may shed light on the underlying pathophysiology and presentation of PBD.

Brewka’s framework for default logic is extended such that this new framework is possessed of more powerful expressivity when reasoning by cases. Under this extended framework a characterization of extensions of a default theory is given. From this characterization the algorithms for main reasoning tasks in default logic with case reasoning are derived.

In this paper, some important results on the existence and uniqueness of extensions of general default theories are given, and the notion of compatible subset of defaults and that of auto-compatible default are introduced. Based on the theory developed here, characterizations of extensions of Reiter’s default logic arid Brewka’s cumulative default logic have been obtained respectively, and a class of defaults, the so-called autocompatible defaults, has been presented.

This paper mainly studies the pricing of credit default swap(CDS) with the loan as the reference asset,and gives a model based on the obtained conclusions. In the contract of CDS, we consider that the default of the protection's seller is correlated with the stochastic interest rate following Vasicek model and the default state of the reference firm. We give the pricing formula of CDS and analyze the effect of the contagious risk between the counterparties on the pricing of CDS.

This paper explores the effect of informed trading, heterogeneity investment and liquidity shocks on the valuation of credit default swaps(CDSs). Under the condition of asymmetric information, the informed trading plays an important role in the valuation of CDS. Instruction order flow has a significant influence on CDS *** the scope of influence changes in accordance with different time interval, company status and the size of bid-ask spread. Heterogeneity of investors seriously affects the market liquidity and subsequently affects the CDS price. The bigger heterogeneity of the investment philosophy, investment habits, investment preference and so on is the bigger risk for market liquidity, and the higher price for CDS shall be. On the contrary, the conclusion is also consistent. The effectiveness of liquidity, whether it is before or after the financial crisis, dominates the fluctuation of CDS price. The premium of liquidity accounts for 36% to 50% of the CDS price.

Objective:To evaluate the rates,timing and determinants of default and death among adult tuberculosis patients in ***:Routine surveillance data were used.A retrospective cohort study of adult tuberculosis patients treated during 2011 and 2012 in two large health facilities in Ebonyi *** was *** logistic regression analyses were used to tdentify independent predictors for treatment default and ***:Of 1668 treated patients,the default rate was 157(9.4%),whilst 165(9.9%) ***,35.7%(56) of the treatment defaults and 151(91.5%) of deaths occurred during the intensive phase of *** of default increased with increasing age(adjusted odds ratio(aOR) 1.2;95%confidence interval(CI)1.1-1.9).smear-negative TB case(aOR 2.3:CI 1.5-3.6).extrapulmonary TB case(aOR 2.7:CI 1.3-5.2).and patients who received the longer treatment regimen(aOR 1,6;1.1-2.2).Risk of death was highest in extrapulmonary TB(aOR 3.0:CI 1.4-6.1) and smear-negative TB cases(aOR 2.4:*** residents(aOR 1.7:CI 1.2-2.6),HIV co-infected(aOR 2.5:CI 1.7-3.6),not receiving antiretroviral therapy(aOR 1.6:CI 1.1-2.9),and not receiving cotrimoxazole prophylaxis(aOR 1.7:CI 1.2—2.6).Conclusions:Targeted interventions to improve treatment adherence for patients with the highest risk of default or death are urgently *** needs to he urgently addressed by the National Tuberculosis Programme.

Race modifies default mode connectivity in Alzheimer’s disease

Background:Older African Americans are more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease(AD)than older Caucasians,and this difference cannot be readily explained by cerebrovascular and socioeconomic factors *** previously showed that mild cognitive impairment and AD dementia were associated with attenuated increases in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)levels of total and phosphorylated tau in African Americans compared to Caucasians,even though there was no difference in beta-amyloid 1–42 level between the two ***:We extended our work by analyzing early functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)biomarkers of the default mode network in older African Americans and *** calculated connectivity between nodes of the regions belonging to the various default mode network subsystems and correlated these imaging biomarkers with non-imaging biomarkers implicated in AD(CSF amyloid,total tau,and cognitive performance).Results:We found that race modifies the relationship between functional connectivity of default mode network subsystems and cognitive performance,tau,and amyloid ***:These findings provide further support that race modifies the AD phenotypes downstream from cerebral amyloid deposition,and identifies key inter-subsystem connections for deep imaging and neuropathologic characterization.
