Based on the previous research,a total of 10 risk indices are selected according to the specific situation in Sichuan Province,such as natural risk,resource constraint risk,internal management risk,capital risk,technical input and output risk,market risk,contract credit risk,property risk and policy support *** to the questionnaire survey by cooperative economic organization of Sichuan Province,principal component analysis is used to analyze the importance and influence degree of the operation risk of rural cooperative economic *** shows that in the operation of cooperative economic organization,management risk has greater influence degree and importance degree,which should be paid special attention ***,property,price fluctuation,and quality of members have great degree of risk and are paid little attention *** technical input and output risk and the contract credit risk have relatively low impact on the operation risk of cooperative economic organization and their importance is relatively ***,we should continue to maintain its ***,resource constraint and policy support have relatively high risk awareness and low influence degree,belonging to the factors with priority attention which are controlled to some ***,suggestions are put forward,such as enhancing the management level of cooperative economic organizations,strengthening the farmer's risk awareness,and improving the risk aversion ability of cooperative economic organization.

In order to make analysis on consumption structure of rural residents,the paper makes a principle component analysis on consumption expenditure per capita of rural residents in different areas of 2009 based on statistics of China statistical yearbook of *** a principal component,the paper arranges 31 provinces in China in *** lists the 1st place with highest marks;coastal provinces in southeastern part,the Northeast,Beijing and Tianjin are at the top;the northern and central parts with Hebei,Shanxi,Hubei as representatives scores minus which is a little lower than that of average;the western part,such as Guizhou,Xizang,Gansu and so on are in far *** paper also makes analysis on the consumption structure of rural residents and proposes suggestions on how to accelerate consumption of rural residents.

Nowadays,analysis methods based on big data have been widely used in malicious software *** Android has become the dominator of smartphone operating system market,the number of Android malicious applications are increasing rapidly as well,which attracts attention of malware attackers and researchers *** to the endless evolution of the malware,it is critical to apply the analysis methods based on machine learning to detect malwares and stop them from leakaging our privacy *** this paper,we propose a novel Android malware detection method based on binary texture feature recognition by Local Binary Pattern and Principal component Analysis,which can visualize malware and detect malware ***,our method analyzes malware binary directly without any decompiler,sandbox or virtual machines,which avoid time and resource consumption caused by decompiler or monitor in this *** on 5127 benigns and 5560 malwares shows that we obtain a detection accuracy of 90%.

A NEW METHOD OF COMPUTING MULTI-component E-pH DIAGRAMS

A method based on UV-Vis spectrometry（UV） and vertex component analysis（VCA） was proposed to characterize the processing batch for preparation of prepared radix scutellariae using water steamingIn the proposed method, UV spectra of the radix scutellariae that were collected at different intervals of the processing procedure were measured, then the measured UV spectra of mixtures were resolved by VCA, and the estimated vertex components（VCs） and their variation of relative concentration were used to characterize the processing batchThe results show that estimated VCs have chemical significance with spectral characteristics of source signal when the source spectra are overlappedThe variation of the relative VCs’ concentrations can explain the physical and chemical changes of active components during the processing batchThe endpoint of the processing batch was determined as 35 min, which is more accurate and overcomes the shortcomings that different endpoints may be made by sensory analysis of different operatorsthe endpoint of the process batch that was determined by inspection of the variation of VCsUV-VCA method provides an alternative approach for characterization of the traditional Chinese medicines processing procedure.

Aqueous E pH Diagram is an essential tool for analyzing hydrometallurgical and corrosion processes. Due to the requirements for environmental protection and energy saving in recent years, waste water processing and hydrometallurgical process of concentrate have been greatly developed. The construction of E pH diagrams has turned to multi component systems. However, there are some limits in plotting such diagrams. There is only one diagram for one multi component system, which can not reflect the truth of the aqueous reaction. In the paper, a new computation method is proposed to construct E pH diagrams. component activity term is used to determine the boundary of stable areas. For the multi component systems, different atom ratios of elements have been taken into account. M S H 2O system is chosen to study since it is of importance in metallurgical solution. Compared with conventional methods, the algorithm is simple and conforms to real conditions.
