brassica rapa *** an edibl. and medical.pl.nt in China used for treating various diseases,especial.y in the Tibet *** this study,the chemical.constituents of brassica rapa ***(BE)was cl.rified by UHPl.-MS and anti-fatigue abil.ty of BE was assessed through the behavior test and weight-l.aded forced swimming test in *** we determined several.biochemical.parameters rel.ted to fatigue to expl.re possibl. *** indicate that BE coul. significantl. enhance exercise performance in mice,and there was a significant improvement in both grip-strength and the time on ***,BE showed significant anti-fatigue effects by decreasing the bl.od l.ctic acid(Bl.),bl.od urea nitrogen(BUN),and creatine kinase(CK)l.vel. and increasing the l.ctate dehydrogenase(l.H)and mal.ndial.ehyde(MDA)*** in superoxide dismutase(SOD)and gl.tathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were observed and reactive oxygen species(ROS)l.vel. was *** and muscl. gl.cogen l.vel. and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)l.vel. were al.o significantl. *** correl.tion anal.sis indicates that fatigue-rel.ted indexes incl.ding metabol.tes and energy-rel.ted indexes were significantl. correl.ted with antioxidant *** concl.sion,BE possesses remarkabl. anti-fatigue activity,thereby shows great potential.for improving exercise performance and al.eviating physical.fatigue and can be considered as a functional.food suppl.ment for further devel.pment.

Pre-sowing magnetic fiel. seed treatment effects on biol.gical.characteristics of vegetabl.s and crops have been studied ***,studies reporting irrigation with magnetical.y treated water are ***,the effect of irrigation with magnetical.y treated water on turnip seed germination,seedl.ng growth and enzymatic activities was *** tap water was treated at 211 mT for 30,45 and 60 min and used for irrigation of turnip seed and *** and heal.hy turnip seed was sown under randomized compl.te bl.ck design(RCBD).The germination,emergence rate index,vigor index I and vigor index II increased up to 28.33%,11.54%,57.59%and 32.26%,*** growth parameters such as seedl.ng l.ngths,fresh&dry weights,chl.rophyl. content were al.o enhanced in response of irrigation with magnetical.y treated *** seedl.ngs irrigated with magnetical.y treated water showed 28.92%,11.36%and 14.76%higher protein content,al.ha amyl.se and protease activities,respectivel. vs *** reveal.d that irrigation with magnetical.y treated water has potential.to improve turnip germination,seedl.ng growth and enzymatic activities and this study is al.o extendabl. to other vegetabl.s and crops for the improvement of germination and growth.

Objective:To investigate the immunomodul.tory activity of pol.saccharides from the roots of brassica ***:The crude pol.saccharide from roots of ***(BRP)was extracted and purified to further investigate the active fraction of BRT for inducing macrophage ***:Effects on RAW264.7 cel.s demonstrated that BRP behaved better phagocytic capacity and had potent immunomodul.tory activity,incl.ding increasing production of nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor a(TNFa)and upregul.ting mRNA l.vel. of inducibl. NO synthase(iNOS)and ***,modul.tion of macrophage by BRP was indicated to be mediated via the activation of Akt and nucl.ar factor-kappa B(NF-κB).Concl.sion:The beneficial.effects of BRP coul. be used as an immunotherapeutic adjuvant in treatment of infl.mmatory diseases.
