The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak affects the use of biologics for psoriatic patients,in the way that the consequential immunosuppression potentially alters a patient’s susceptibility to the virus or deteriorate the condition if the patient is infected or even change the prognosis of ***,authors reviewed currently available recommendations from international psoriasis academic organizations and specialists,and summarized them with the specific situation in *** are trying to provide guidance to the use of biologics for psoriatic patients in the following contexts:patients on biologic therapy,patients being considered for biologic therapy initiation,patients with low-risk or high-risk of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection,patients tested negative or positive for the nucleic acid testing of virus.

Crohn's disease presenting as acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Severe gastrointestinal (GI) hemorrhage is a rare complication of Crohn’s disease (CD). Although several surgical and non-surgical approaches have been described over the last 2 decades this complication still poses significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. Given the relative infrequency of severe bleeding in CD, available medical literature on this topic is mostly in the form of retrospective case series and reports. In this article we review the risk factors, diagnostic modalities and treatment options for the management of CD presenting as GI hemorrhage.

Nail Changes as the Initial Sign of Psoriasis: A Case Report

Introduction:Nail psoriasis has a profound negative influence on quality of life and has a more closely relationship with psoriatic ***,patients with nail changes only were often overlooked with the diagnosis of *** is necessary to pay more attention to nail psoriatic ***,we report a 24-year-old male patient with nail changes as the initial sign of psoriasis who was finally diagnosed with nail *** presentation:The nails presented with white streaks,deformations,and had been missed for 8 *** examination further revealed one erythematous scaly plaque on the buttock,anusand scalp respectively with positive Auspitz *** with the negative fungal microscopic,dermoscopic results and pathological results,the diagnosis of nail psoriasis was ***(30 mg/day)and topical calcipotriene liniment was prescribed for 3 months followed with etanercept(50 mg once per week),and the nail symptoms were well ***:Nail psoriasis is usually noticed after the occurrence of skin lesions,but may occur simultaneously with or before skin ***,nail involvement is the only manifestation of *** lesions maybe one of the strongest clinical predictors of psoriatic and it has a profound negative influence on quality of life,so that timely recognition and proper treatment are ***:Nail psoriasis can cause substantial physical and psychological ***,nail involvement is an often overlooked feature of *** attention should be paid to nail psoriatic changes and the administration of appropriate treatment.
