We present a novel precise angle measurement scheme based on parallel multiplex laser feedback interferometry （PLFI）, which outputs two parallel laser beams and thus their displacement difference reflects the angle variation of the target. Due to its ultrahigh sensitivity to the feedback light, PLFI realizes the direct non-contact measurement of non- cooperative targets. Experimental results show that PLFI has an accuracy of 8＂ within a range of 1400＂. The yaw of a guide is also measured and the experimental results agree with those of the dual-frequency laser interferometer Agilent 5529A.

In this paper,we propose a roll angle measurement method with a large range based on the photoelectronic *** to the corresponding relationship between the rotation position of the measured shaft and the spot position on the circular trajectory,the roll angle is calculated quickly and conveniently using a simple *** a mirror,a coupler and a fine shaft are contained in the measurement system besides the photoelectronic *** at the terrible measurement error induced by the axis wobbly error,two measurement schemes are proposed,which are linking the fine precision shaft to the measured shaft for reducing the axis wobbly error and using the segment measurement to enlarge the radius of the circular *** experimental results show that the measurement error is decreased by ±0.38°.The roll angle error of the mechanism is ±0.14°,and the measurement precision is about ±2′.The proposed method can be widely used in the engineering fields.

The rotating angle measurement of turntable has been widely used in the life,and the efficiency which get the rotation angle of the rotary table by manual reading is too *** this problem,this paper presents a new measuring method from the perspective of machine vision,it can read the rotation angle of the rotary table ***,it involves a method of using the monocular vision system and the laser launcher to achieve the fast and automatic output the rotating angle of the rotary table,it has a lot of advantages,such as non-contact,real-time,high efficiency,low cost,easy operation,no manual measurement and *** real time synchronization,this article also discusses the restrictions on user defined *** the complex environment,after several experiments,the results show that the maximum relative error of the angle measurement method based on visual spot automatic interpretation is less than 0.5%,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme,it also proves that the system has high positioning accuracy and high efficiency.

The feasible resolution of angular displacement measurement by an optical angle sensor based on laser autocollimation is *** the sensor sensitivity while maintaining the noise level of the sensor signal as low as possible is necessary to achieve high-resolution angular displacement *** this paper,the contribution of each component,such as a photodiode,a trans-impedance amplifer,and an analog-to-digital converter in the optical angle sensor,to the noise level of the sensor signal is frst estimated on the basis of theoretical *** feasible sensitivity of the optical angle sensor is also estimated in numerical *** sensitivity of a photodiode element at the edge of its photosensitive area is evaluated in experiments to realize the estimation of the angle sensor *** results are applied to the numerical *** infuences of the measurement laser beam diameter,the spot diameter of the focused laser beam on the photosensitive area,and the focal length of the collimator objective of the optical angle sensor are also consid-ered in the numerical ***,a prototype optical setup is *** are performed to demonstrate that a compact optical angle sensor based on laser autocollimation with a collimator objective having a focal length shorter than 100 mm can achieve a resolution beyond 0.001 arc-second with a bandwidth of 1 *** resolution is better than those achieved by commercial autocollimators employing an image sensor or a position-sensitive *** industrial contribution of this paper lies in the detailed breakdown of noise components in the readout signal of an angle sensor in a practical condition and the systematic estimation of its feasible resolution as well as its sensitivity.

Phase mismatching for third-harmonic generation（THG） in barium metaborate（BBO） crystal is investigated in *** using BBO crystal in the TypeⅠ（oo→e） scheme,in the two independent planes （principal section of the crystal and the plane normal to principal section）,when the input second-harmonic beam deviates from the expected direction,phase mismatching occurs and the angle deviation produces different effects on the conversion *** numerically simulate these two cases of phase mismatching and identify the relation between the conversion efficiency and the deviation angle in the *** computational results indicate that the phase matching tolerance in the principal section is 0.2°（in the air）,while the phase matching tolerance in the plane normal to principal section is 4.5°（in the air）.After conducting a lab experiment,the results agree perfectly with the computational results,indicating that the deviation angle in the principal section has a greater effect on the conversion efficiency.

The reflection and transmittance of s- and p-polarized lights should be treated separately at nonzero angle incidence. By choosing two special film materials whose refractive indices meet the Brewster condition in a given incident angle, the reflection of p-polarized light can be eliminated. When the two materials are fabricated into multilayer stacks, the reflection of s-polarized light can be largely increased while the reflection of p-polarized light keeps low. According to this principle, a film polarizer with bandwidth of 198 nm or even more is designed.

The behavior of supercavitating and cavitatlng flow around a conical body of revolution with and without ventilation at several angles of attack was studied experimentally. The hydrodynamic forces for a range of cavitation number were measured. Comparisons of the appearance and the hydrodynamic forces in condition of cavity with and without ventilation were made over the same range of the cavitation number, and a well agreement was obtained. The changes of the drag were especially studied. The experimental results showed that the drag of the model decreased with the presence of supercavity under the ventilation condition.

Round inductosyn is widely used in inertial navigation test equipment, and its accuracy has significant effect on the general accuracy of the equipment. Four main errors of round inductosyn,i.e. the first-order long-period (360°) harmonic error, the second-order long-period harmonic error, the first-order short-period harmonic error and the second-order short-period harmonic error, are described, and the orthogonality of these four kinds of errors is studied. An error separating technology is proposed to separate these four kinds of errors, and in the process of separating the short-period harmonic errors, the arrangement in the order of decimal part of the angle pitch number can be omitted. The effectiveness of the technology proposed is proved through measuring and adjusting the angular errors.
