This paper selects Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Wuhan as examples and builds a database based on the statistics of the ? fth and sixth national population censuses and the latest statistics of aging population collected by ministries and commissions of the Central Government and local departments, as well as by our research team from 2000 to 2010. With its data unit accurate to Jiedao~① level, it is the ? rst time to analyze the micro-level spatial distribution characteristics of the aging population in China's mega cities in comparison with research accomplishments in geography, which lays a foundation for further relevant studies and strategy formulation. The paper draws spatial distribution maps of the aging population in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Wuhan by Geograpic Information System(GIS), and uses aging Degree Index and population Gravitational Center respectively to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics and spatial evolution trends of aging population in these mega cities. The research indicates that, on the one hand, the spatial distribution of the aging population shows similar characteristics with that of developed countries when they were at the same urbanization level, especially with Japan which shares a cultural homology with China; on the other hand, it is greatly in? uenced by the distribution of af? liated residential space of large industrial sectors, enterprises, and research institutes under the early planned economic system. There are two trends: one is centrifugal spread, namely, the elderly are moving from the city center to the outside; the other is centripetal concentration, namely, the elderly who lived in the outer suburbs are moving towards the city center. Automated vehicles(AVs)hold the potential to reduce road accidents,mitigate traffic congestion,and improve travel ***,the possible countervailing impacts from the changes in underserved populations’vehicle travel demand tend to be *** determine the vehicle travel demand changes that resulted from underserved populations aged between 6 and 80,this paper explores the latent effect of AVs on vehicle kilometers traveled(VKT)in a fully AV environment using person trip survey data from the cities of Sanya,Shijiazhuang,and Shenzhen in *** paper uses the natural decline hypothesis of travel demand and proposes a regression model to investigate the difference among the cities’latent vehicle travel *** show that the average VKT of the overall population in Sanya,Shijiazhuang,and Shenzhen increased by 33.4%,47.0%,and46.8%,*** analysis of the regression model confirms that the current travel behavior of individuals can affect the degree of increase in their average *** AVs into public transport,increasing the acceptance of automated shared mobility options,transforming road space use type,and prototyping AV designs with various features and needs are potential methods to cope with the countervailing *** total VKT of the overall population increased by approximately 10%-25%depending on the *** conclusions of this paper provide informative insights into the evaluation of VKT for underserved populations and contribute to the deployment of AVs to address equity and inclusion issues.

Caregivers,i.e.,parents,grandparents,and anyone caring for children,make up the majority of users in many urban centers around the world,including in *** urban design and planning rarely consider specific needs of *** can result in a negative perception among people that cities are unfriendly places to raise *** negative perception is among the major contributors to the aging population problem,as parents and parents-to-be feel reluctant to give birth and raise more than one or even any *** an interdisciplinary approach,i.e.,cognitive science,psychology,behavioral economics,and urban studies,this paper examines a new city model of"parent-friendly city,"where urban design serves the needs of caregivers,effectively creating a perception that cities are friendly places for raising ***,we identify that caregivers'needs are characterized by two major factors:provision:parents want to provide for their children,such as providing places for play and learning,and@restoration:parents want to restore things that they lack due to childcare responsibilities,such as lack of rest and interaction with other ***,we offer cognitive-based design principles that can work powerfully and effectively to fll both ***,using real case studies from cities in China and around the world,we illustrate how these design principles work,even reversing caregivers'perception from negative to ***,thoughtful urban design can support parents in raising children,making cities into partners in parenthood.

根据中国国家统计局第七次人口普查的数据，截至2020年11月1日，中国65岁及以上的人口数量为1.91亿，占全国总人口的13.5%，老龄化程度在我国的严峻程度无需多言。传统的养老模式已经不能满足当前我国日益增加的老年人口。基于数字化技术和智能化服务平台，智慧养老应运而生。智慧养老已经逐渐成为我国应对人口老龄化的重要举措。文章主要以智慧养老为本体对象，在回顾国内外智慧养老文献的基础上，对智慧养老的发展现状、热点，以及当前智慧养老存在的问题及对策等方面进行了梳理和总结，并提出展望和未来研究建议，为后续的更为深入的研究提供科学的参考。总之我们要不断强化数字赋能，提升养老新升级。

本文以马克思主义哲学视角为基础，探讨了我国老龄化与人的全面发展问题。老龄化是当代社会面临的重要挑战之一，对于人的全面发展产生了深远影响。本文首先阐述了老龄化的现状和原因，生育率下降、医疗技术进步、社会经济发展都是老龄化的主要原因。其次，本文从马克思主义哲学的人的全面发展理论出发，探讨了老龄化对人的全面发展的制约和影响。老龄化对心理健康、身体健康和社会参与等都产生了影响，限制了老年人的发展空间和机会。最后，本文提出了应对老龄化与促进人的全面发展的对策和建议。其中包括完善社会保障体系、推动教育和培训的全面发展、鼓励老年人积极参与社会活动等方面的措施。通过这些措施的实施，可以更好地应对老龄化问题，促进人的全面发展。

Areas of priority for intensive discovery would be the agbiotechnology and biomedical sectors using gene technology as a platform. The use of genetic manipulation in farming and the use of plants as ‘pharma’ factories to manufacture therapeutics would be on the rise. The human genome will continue to have a powerful impact on research and development of human diseases and healthcare. Discovery of genetics and pharmacogenomics will have great impact on drug development and will allow the prediction of the patient's response to various drugs as well as the onset of individualised or ‘designer drugs’. Human stem cells could have their cellular clocks reset by the cloning process, enhancing opportunities to grow young cells, tissues and organs for an aging population. The cellular clock could also be reset by therapeutic cloning. Bioinformatics would be a technology which would be synonymous with biotechnology. The analyses of biotechnology research would be conducted in silico and would involve the exchange of information among sophisticated computer databases. Applications of biotechnology would be even more evident in environmental technology, food development and food processing. In electronics, the use of the specificity of proteins in biochips is underway. In tandem with the explosions in research, regulatory issues, legislation and intellectual property rights will evolve to enhance the climate of discovery and innovation. Public education will have to be continually enhanced as awareness could negate any fear resulting from novel and innovative improvements from biotechnology.

To clarify the internal mechanism of the influence of the aging population and the new generation on housing prices is helpful to scientifically analyze and predict the trend of housing prices and the aging population and the new *** paper uses the intergenerational overlap model of the two periods as the theoretical basis,and uses the provincial panel data from 1998 to 2018 to study the impact of the elderly population and the new generation on the price fluctuations of commercial *** results of the study show that on the whole,both the aging population and the new generation have promoted the rise in commodity housing ***,the regional heterogeneity is *** aging population has the most significant impact on housing price increases in developed and general developed areas,and has no significant impact on housing price increases in other *** new generation has a negative impact on housing prices in backward areas and a positive impact on housing prices in other *** further,using the ARIMA model to predict housing prices in the next 10 years,it is concluded that housing prices will show a slow upward trend in the next 10 ***,the government can ensure the stable development of the real estate market by revitalizing the second-hand housing market and implementing housing projects.
