A long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)is longer than 200 *** regulates various biological processes mainly by interacting with DNA,RNA,or protein in multiple kinds of biological *** monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)is activated during nutrient starvation,especially glucose starvation and oxygen deficiency(hypoxia),and exposure to toxins that inhibit mitochondrial respiratory chain complex *** is an energy switch in organisms that controls cell growth and multiple cellular processes,including lipid and glucose metabolism,thereby maintaining intracellular energy homeostasis by activating catabolism and inhibiting *** AMPK signalling pathway consists of AMPK and its upstream and downstream *** upstream targets include proteins such as the transforming growth factor b-activated kinase 1(TAK1),liver kinase B1(LKB1),and calcium/calmodulindependent protein kinase b(CaMKKb),and its downstream targets include proteins such as the mechanistic/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)complex 1(mTORC1),hepatocyte nuclear factor 4a(HNF4a),and silencing information regulatory 1(SIRT1).In general,proteins function relatively independently and *** this article,a review of the currently known lncRNAs involved in the AMPK signalling pathway is presented and insights into the regulatory mechanisms involved in human ageing and age-related diseases are provided.

After the solid solution treatment,β-Mg-（17）Al-（12） was resolved to theα-Mg matrix in the specimens which contained Al up to 9 wt pct and partially resolved in the specimen of 11 wt pct *** ageing,theβ- Mg-（17）Al-（12） phase was precipitated at the grain boundary in the form of discontinuous precipitation and grown into the *** volume fraction ofβ-phase was increased with the Al *** strength increased with the volume fraction of precipitatedβ-phase,which was believed to strengthen the matrix.

ageing behavior of Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy prepared by mechanical alloying

The ageing behavior of the mechanically alloyed Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy has been studied. Compared with the alloys prepared by casting and rapid solidification, the modulation structure developed during ageing process of those prepared by mechanical alloying is finer and much more uniform, which leads to a higher peak hardness. However, their spinodal decomposition temperature are almost the same. Cold deformation prior to ageing not only accelerates the ageing process but also increases the peak hardness of the alloy.

ageing behavior of an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy pre-stretched thick plate

The ageing behavior of a pre-stretched thick plate of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy was systemically studied including one-step ageing, two-step ageing, and retrogression and reageing treatment （RRA）. One-step ageing of the alloy resulted in peak ultimate tensile strengths of 595 and 575 MPa after 22 and 6 h at 120 and 135°C, respectively. The strengthening phase in peak aged （T6 temper） alloy contained GP zones and the η′ phase predominantly. After two-step ageing, the electrical conductivity was increased markedly, but the pre-stretched thick plate sacrificed a great loss of strength. RRA treatment provided a method for maintaining the strength close to that obtained by T6 temper and for obtaining the high electrical conductivity close to that obtained by T7 temper; the ultimate tensile strength and electrical conductivity were 583 MPa and 21.0 MS/m, respectively. TEM analysis of T7 and RRA specimens revealed two types of precipitates that contributed to age strengthening i.e. the η′ and η phases.

The natural attapulgite(NAPT)was disaggregated by high-pressure homogenization technology combined with extrusion process to prepare the attapulgite with disaggregated rod crystal bundles(DAPT)and large specific surface area of 133.7 m^(2)/*** and DAPT were incorporated into the silicone rubber to obtain the composite NAPTSR and DAPT-SR by mechanical blending method,*** thermal oxidative ageing at 300℃ for 0.5 h,temperature for the 5%weight loss increased greatly from 385℃ of the neat silicone rubber to 396-399℃ with addition of NAPT and *** and DAPT enhanced the interaction between the filler nanoparticles and rubber matrix thus inhibited the nanoparticle *** conservation rate of the side methyl group in NAPT-SR and DAPT-SR was greatly improved after ***,the thermal oxidative degradation and ageing performance of the silicone rubber composites was significantly ***,DAPT could greatly restrain the growth of nanoparticles after ***,DAPT-SR showed the better retention of tensile strength(40.6%),elongation at break(34.9%)and tear strength(30.1%)compared with the corresponding mechanical properties of the neat silicone rubber(10.6%,7.4%,and 5.0%)after ageing.

Complex Precipitation Sequences of Al-Cu-Li-(Mg)Alloys Characterized in Relation to Thermal ageing Processes

The A1-Cu-Li-（Mg） alloy is a high-performance lightweight material strengthened by complex coexisting precipitates that form in the alloy upon thermal ageing. Using high-resolution （scanning） transmission electron microscopy in association with first-principles energy calculations, we systematically studied the complex coexisting precipitates in the alloys and correlated their precipitation sequences with thermal ageing processes applied. The principal results are the following：（1） eight types of precipitates can be observed in the alloy; （2） of these precipitates, the Tl-phase is most stable. The S-phase precipitates with segregated Li atoms at their interfacial edges are unexpectedly more stable than the a-phase; （3） the Tl-phase has a characteristic precursor that plays the key role in its nucleation and growth.

Nanotexturing and Wettability ageing of Polypropylene Surfaces Modified by Oxygen Capacitively Coupled Radio Frequency Plasma

Polypropylene （PP） was treated by an oxygen capacitively coupled radio frequency plasma （CCP） under a radio frequency （RF） power of 200 W for exposure time of 1, 5, and 10 rain. The ageing process of the plasma- treated PP was studied at an ageing temperature of 90 ~C during an ageing time up to 25 h. The formation of the nanotextures with different geometry and aspect ratio and the grafting of large number of oxygen- containing groups were achieved on as-treated PP surfaces under the oxygen CCP treatment for the increased exposure time. The hydrophilicity on the as-treated PP surfaces with the stable nanotextures was rapidly depressed during the ageing process at 90 ℃ due to the restructuring of chemical composition. The surface restructuring rate was dependent on the aspect ratio and the oxygen-containing groups on the nanotextured PP with increasing exposure time. The hydrophobic over-recovery to high hydrophobicity and superhydrophobicity were observed on the post-aged surfaces with the stable nanofibrils from as-treated hydrophilic surfaces. The superhydrophobicity with the low water adhesion was achieved on the post-aged surfaces preserving the nanofibrils with high aspect ratio and large distance due to the decrease of the oxygen-containing groups after the surface restructuring.
