Emerging mobile edge computing(MEC)is considered a feasible solution for offloading the computation-intensive request tasks generated from mobile wireless equipment(MWE)with limited computational resources and *** to the homogeneity of request tasks from one MWE during a longterm time period,it is vital to predeploy the particular service cachings required by the request tasks at the MEC *** this paper,we model a service caching-assisted MEC framework that takes into account the constraint on the number of service cachings hosted by each edge server and the migration of request tasks from the current edge server to another edge server with service caching required by ***,we propose a multiagent deep reinforcement learning-based computation offloading and task migrating decision-making scheme(MBOMS)to minimize the long-term average weighted *** proposed MBOMS can learn the near-optimal offloading and migrating decision-making policy by centralized training and decentralized *** and comprehensive simulation results reveal that our proposed MBOMS can converge well after training and outperforms the other five baseline algorithms.

The commercialization of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries faces several challenges,including poor conductivity,unexpected volume expansion,and continuous sulfur loss from the cathode due to redox *** this study,we introduce a novel polymer via a simple cross-linking between poly(ether-thioureas)(PETU)and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)as a bifunctio nal binder for Li-S batteries(devotes as"PPTU").Compared to polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF),as-prepared PPTU exhibits significantly higher electrical conductivity,facilitating electrochemical ***,PPTU demonstrates effective adsorption of lithium polysulfides,leading to improved cycling stability by suppressing the shuttling *** investigate this behavior by monitoring morphological changes at the cell interface using synchrotron X-ray *** with PPTU binders exhibit remarkable rate performance,desired reversibility,and excellent cycling stability even under stringent bending and twisting *** work represents promising progress in functional polymer binder development for Li-S batteries.

Amino-functionalized UiO-66-doped mixed matrix membranes with high permeation performance and fouling resistance

For the reduction of bovine serum proteins from wastewater,a novel mixed matrix membrane was prepared by functionalizing the substrate material polyaryletherketone(PAEK),followed by carboxyl groups(C-SPAEKS),and then adding amino-functionalized UiO-66-NH_(2)(Am-UiO-66-NH_(2)).Aminofunctionalization of UiO-66 was accomplished by melamine,followed by an amidation reaction to immobilize Am-UiO-66-NH_(2),which was immobilized on the surface of the membrane as well as in the pore channels,which enhanced the hydrophilicity of the membrane surface while increasing the negative potential of the membrane *** nanoparticle-loaded ultrafiltration membrane has good permeation performance,with a pure water flux of up to 482.3 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1) for C-SPAEKS/AmUiO-66-NH_(2) and a retention rate of up to 98.7%for bovine serum albumin(BSA)-contaminated ***,after several hydrophilic modifications,the flux recovery of BSA contaminants by this series of membranes increased from 56.2%to 80.55%of pure *** results of ultra-filtration flux time tests performed at room temperature showed that the series of ultrafiltration membranes remained relatively stable over a test time of 300 ***,the newly developed mixed matrix membrane showed potential for high efficiency and stability in wastewater treatment containing bovine serum proteins.

Achieving high fouling resistance and permeability using membrane separation technology in water treatment processes remains a *** this work,a novel mixed-matrix membrane(MMM)(poly(arylene ether ketone)[PAEK]-containing carboxyl groups[PAEK-COOH]/UiO-66-NH_(2)@graphene oxide[GO])with superb fouling resistance and high permeability was prepared by the nonsolvent-induced phase separation method,by in-situ growth of UiO-66-NH_(2) on the GO layer,and by preparing hydrophilic *** the basis of the structure and performance analysis of the MMM,the maximum water flux reached 591.25 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1) for PAEK-COOH/UiO-66-NH_(2)@GO,whereas the retention rate for bovine serum albumin increased from 85.40%to 94.87%.As the loading gradually increased,the hydrophilicity of the MMMs increased,significantly enhancing their fouling *** strongest anti-fouling ability observed was 94.74%,which was 2.02 times greater than that of the pure *** the same time,the MMMs contained internal amide and hydrogen bonds during the preparation process,forming a cross-linked structure,which further enhanced the mechanical strength and chemical *** summary,the MMMs with high retention rate,strong permeability,and anti-fouling ability were successfully prepared.

High-temperature treatment is key to the preparation of zeolite ***,the effects of hightemperature treatment on the property and performance of HZSM-5 zeolites were studied in this work.X-Ray diffraction,N2physisorption,27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance(MAS NMR),and temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia results indicated that the hightemperature treatment at 650℃ hardly affected the inherent crystal and texture of HZSM-5zeolites but facilitated the conversion of framework Al to extra-framework Al,reducing the acid site and enhancing the acid ***,the high-temperature treatment improved the performance of HZSM-5 zeolites in n-heptane catalytic cracking,promoting the conversion and light olefins yield while inhibiting coke *** on the kinetic and mechanism analysis,the improvement of HZSM-5 performance caused by high-temperature treatment has been attributed to the formation of extra-framework Al,which enhanced the acid strength,facilitated the bimolecular reaction,and promoted the entropy change to overcome a higher energy barrier in n-heptane catalytic cracking.

In high harmonic generation(HHG),Laguerre–Gaussian(LG) beams are used to generate extreme ultraviolet(XUV)vortices with well-defined orbital angular momentum(OAM),which have potential applications in fields such as microscopy and *** experimental study on the HHG driven by vortex and Gaussian beams is conducted in this *** is found that the intensity of vortex harmonics is positively correlated with the laser energy and gas *** structure and intensity distribution of the vortex harmonics exhibit significant dependence on the relative position between the gas jet and the laser *** ring-like structures observed in the vortex harmonics,and the interference of quantum paths provide an explanation for the distinct structural ***,by adjusting the relative position between the jet and laser focus,it is possible to discern the contributions from different quantum *** optimization of the HH vortex field is applicable to the XUV,which opens up a new way for exploiting the potential in optical spin or manipulating electrons by using the photon with tunable orbital angular momentum.

The skyrmion generator is one of the indispensable components for the future functional skyrmion devices,but the process of generating skyrmion cannot avoid mixing with other magnetic textures,such as skyrmionium and nested skyrmion *** mixed magnetic textures will inevitably lead to the blockage of skyrmion transport and even the distortion of data ***,the design of an efficient skyrmion filter is of great significance for the development of skyrmion-based spintronic *** this work,a skyrmion filter scheme is proposed,and the high-efficiency filtering function is demonstrated by micromagnetic *** results show that the filtering effect of the scheme depends on the structure geometry and the spin current density that drives the *** on this scheme,the polarity of the filtered skyrmion can be controlled by switching the magnetization state at the output end,and the“cloning”of the skyrmion can be realized by geometric optimization of the *** believe that in the near future,the skyrmion filter will become one of the important components of skyrmion-based spintronic devices in the future.

Tirapazamine（TPZ） has been approved for multiple clinical trials relying on its excellent anticancer ***,as a typical hypoxia-activated prodrug（HAP）,TPZ did not exhibit survival advantages in Phase Ⅲ clinical trials when used in combination therapy due to the insufficient hypoxia levels in patients' *** this study,to improve the therapeutic effects of TPZ,we first introduced urea to synthesize a series of urea-containing derivatives of *** urea-containing TPZ derivatives showed increased hypoxic cytotoxicity（9.51-30.85-fold） compared with TPZ,while maintaining hypoxic ***,one of these derivatives,showed 20-fold higher cytotoxicity than TPZ while maintaining a similar hypoxic cytotoxicity *** highly efficiently deliver TPZP to the tumors and reduce its side effects on healthy tissues,we further prepared TPZP into a nanodrug with fibrin-targeting ability:***4-NPs,a vascular disrupting agent,was used to increase the fibrin level within tumors and exacerbate tumor *** being combined with CA4-NPs,FT11-TPZP-NPs can accumulate in the hypoxia-aggravated tumors and activate sufficiently to kill tumor *** a single-dose treatment,FT11-TPZP-NPs+CA4-NPs showed a high inhibition rate of 98.1% against CT26 tumor models with an initial volume of ～480 mm3and four out of six tumors were completely eliminated;it thereby exerted a significant antitumor *** study provides a new strategy for improving the therapeutic effect of TPZ and other HAPs in anticancer therapy.

Background:Gastroesophageal variceal bleeding is one of the most severe complications of patients with *** primary prevention drugs,including non-selectiveβ-blockers,have effectively reduced the incidence of bleeding,their efficacy is limited due to side effects and related *** recent advances in precision medicine,precise drug treatment provides better treatment *** sources:Literature search was conducted in PubMed,MEDLINE and Web of science for relevant articles published up to May *** on clinical trials was obtained from https://***/and http://***/.Results:The in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis and advances of portal hypertension has enabled the discovery of multiple molecular targets for promising *** to the site of action,these drugs could be classified into four classes:intrahepatic,extrahepatic,both intrahepatic and extrahepatic targets and *** these classes of drugs offer advantages over traditional treatments in prevention of gastroesophageal variceal bleeding in patients with cirrhotic portal ***:This review classified and summarized the promising drugs,which prevent gastroesophageal variceal bleeding by targeting specific markers of pathogenesis of portal hypertension,demonstrating the significance of using the precision medicine strategy to discover and develop promising drugs for the primary prevention of gastroesophageal variceal bleeding in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension.
