Deep learning has been successfully applied into pattern recognition due to its deep architecture and effective unsupervised learning,and deep belief network（DBN） is a popular model based on deep learning *** this paper,a DBN identification model based on partial least square regression（PLSR）,named PLSR-DBN,is proposed for nonlinear system *** order to improve the identification accuracy,PLSR is introduced into the supervised fine-tuning of DBN to elimate the overfitting and local minimum resulted from gradients-based learning,and contrastive divergence（CD） algorithm is used in unsupervised ***,the proposed PLSR-DBN is tested on a benchmark nonlinear *** experiment results show that the proposed PLSR-DBN has a better performance on nonlinear system identification than other similar methods.

Short-term prediction of water demand provides basic guarantee of water supply system operation and *** this study,an effective model for daily water demand forecasting is ***,principle component analysis（PCA） is utilized to simplify the complexity and reduce the correlation between influence variables,and the score values of selected principle components（PCs） turn into the irrelevant input data of fuzzy neural network（FNN）,which models the prediction of water ***,an improved Levenberg-marquardt（ILm） algorithm is employed to optimize the parameters of FNN ***-Hessian and gradient matrices could be calculated directly without the storage and multiplication of whole Jaccobian matrix,therefore the problems of heavy computing burden and limited memory space could be *** last,contrast experiments are implemented to demonstrate the fuzzy neural network with Levenberg-marquardt algorithm（ILm-FNN）has better prediction performance and capability to handle practical issues.

Within the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model, we investigate the nuclear collective flows produced in semi-central 197 Au＋197 Au collisions at intermediate energies. The neutron proton differential flows and difference of neutron proton collective flows are sensitive to the momentum-dependent symmetry potential. This sensitivity is less affected by both the isoscalar part of nuclear equation of state and in-medium nucleon- nucleon cross sections. moreover, this sensitivity becomes pronounced with increasing the rapidity cut.

We investigate the threading dislocation(TD)density in N-polar and Ga-polar GaN films grown on sapphire substrates by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition.X-ray diffraction results reveal that the proportion of screw type TDs in N-polar GaN is much larger and the proportion of edge type TDs is much smaller than that in *** electron microscope results show that the interface between the AlN nucleation layer and the GaN layer in N-polar films is smoother than that in Ga-polar films,which suggests different growth modes of *** observation explains the encountered difference in screw and edge TD density.A model is proposed to explain this phenomenon.

Plastic deformation of small crystals occurs by power-law distributed strain avalanches whose universality is still debated. In this work we introduce a continuum crystal plasticity model for the deformation of microsized single crystals, which is able to reproduce the main experimental observations such as ttow intermittency and statistics of strain avalanches. We report exact predictions for scaling exponents and scaling functions associated with random distribution of avalanche sizes. In this way, the developed model provides a routine for a quantitative characterization of the statistical aspects of strain avalanches in microsized single crystals.

Single crystal mieropillars deform via a sequence of discrete strain avalanches, observed as displacement jumps or stress drops. Here we develop a simple crystal plasticity model to provide a quantitative expression of the relation between avalanehe duration and avalanche size. It is found that the avalanche durations in scale with the averaged avalanche sizes only hold for those larger magnitudes. We show that the theoretical predictions are capable of capturing the essential aspeets of scaling behaviors from micro-compression tests.

When the allocated fixed cost is treated as the complement of other costs, conventional data envelopment analysis （DEA） researches have ignored the effect of the return to scale （RTS） in fixed cost mlocation problems. This paper first demonstrates why the RTS should be considered in fixed cost allocation problems. Then treating the fixed cost as a complementary input, the authors investigate the relationship between the allocated cost and the variable return to scale （VRS） efficiency based on the super BCC DEA model. However, the infeasibility problem may exist in this situation. To deal with it, the authors propose an algorithm. The authors find that the super BCC efficiency is a monotone non-increasing function of the allocated cost. Based on the relationship, the authors finmly propose a fixed cost allocation approach in terms of principles as：（i） The fixed cost proportion allocated to inelastic DmUs should be consistent with their consumed cost proportion, and （ii） the same efficiency satisfaction degree to the rest DmUs. The optimal allocation scheme is unique. A numerical example and a real example of allocating fixed costs among 13 subsidiaries are employed to illustrate the proposed approach.

Effective and efficient SAR image segmentation has a significant role in coastal zone interpretation. In this paper, a coastal zone segmentation model is proposed based on Potts model. By introducing edge self-adaption parameter and modifying noisy data term, the proposed variational model provides a good solution for the coastal zone SAR image with common characteristics of inherent speckle noise and complicated geometrical details. However, the proposed model is difficult to solve due to to its nonlinear, non-convex and non-smooth characteristics. Followed by curve evolution theory and operator splitting method, the minimization problem is reformulated as a constrained minimization problem. A fast alternating minimization iterative scheme is designed to implement coastal zone segmentation. Finally, various two-stage and multiphase experimental results illustrate the advantage of the proposed segmentation model, and indicate the high computation efficiency of designed numerical approximation algorithm.

The Sr0.95Ba0.05 TiO3 （SBT） nanometer film is prepared on the commercially available Pt/TiO2/SiO2/Si substrate by radio-frequency magnetron sputtering. The x-ray diffraction pattern and the scanning electron microscope image of the cross-sectional profile of the SBT nanometer film are depicted. The memristive mechanism is inferred. The mathematical model m（q） = 12.3656 - 267.4038｜q（t）｜is calculated, where m（q） denotes the memristance depending on the quantity of electric charge, and q（t） denotes the quantity of electric charge depending on the time. The theoretical I-V characteristics of the SBT nanometer film are obtained by the mathematical model. The results show that the theoretical I-V characteristics are consistent with the measured I-V characteristics. moreover, the mathematical model could guide the research on applications of the memristor.
