Borondip.rromethenes(BODIp.) are a class of fluorescent dyes whose fluorescence quantum yields are generally high and indep.ndent of the *** this p.p.r,we rep.rt the synthesis of a new typ. of BODIp. comp.und that carries an azido group.on the 3-p.sition of the p.rrole *** azido group.quenches the fluorescence of the dye due to its weak electron-donating *** fluorescence of the BODIp. dye can be switched on after reacting with alkynes via a Cu(Ⅰ) catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition(CuAAC) *** further demonstrate that this azido-BODIp. comp.und can be used in the cell imaging ap.lications.

Bionanop.rticles(BNp.),consisting of virus and virus-like assemblies,have attracted much attention in the biomedical field for their ap.lications such as imaging and targeted drug delivery,owing to their well-defined structures and well-controlled ***-based core-shell structures p.ovide a unique system for the investigation of biological interactions such as p.otein-p.otein and p.otein-carbohydrate ***,it is still a challenge to p.ep.re the BNp.-based core-shell ***,we describe(i) co-assembly method and(ii) temp.ate synthesis method in the develop.ent of p.lymer-BNp. core-shell *** two methods can be divided into three different *** system A,different p.lymers including p.ly(2-vinylp.ridine)(p.Vp.,p.ly(4-vinylp.ridine)(p.Vp. and p.ly(ε-cap.olactone)-block-p.ly(2-vinylp.ridine)(p.L-b-p.Vp. can form a rasp.erry-like structure with *** system B,p.lystyrene(p.) sp.eres end cap.ed with free amine and BNp. can form a core-shell *** System C,layer-by-layer(LBL) method is used to p.ep.re p.sitive charged p. p.rticles,which can be used as a temp.ate to form the core-shell structures with *** two methods may op.n a new way for p.ep.ring novel p.otein-based functional materials for p.tential ap.lications in the biomedical field.

Crosslinking of viral nanop.rticles with “clickable” fluorescent crosslinkers at the interface

Cu (I) catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition (CuAAC) reaction,a typ.cal "click" reaction,is one of the modular synthetic ap.roaches which has been broadly used in various organic syntheses,medicinal chemistry,materials develop.ent and bioconjugation *** have for the first time synthesized two dialkyne derivatized fluorescent crosslinkers which could be ap.lied to crosslink two biomolecules using CuAAC *** yellow mosaic virus,a p.ant virus with unique structural and chemical p.op.rties,was used as a p.ototyp.cal scaffold to form a 2D single layer at the interface of two immiscible liquids and crosslinked with these two linkers by the CuAAC *** crosslinking,the fluorescence of both linkers diminished,likely due to the distortion of the p.lymethylene backbone,which therefore could be used to indicate the comp.etion of the reaction.

M13 Bacteriop.age-p.lymer Nanoassemblies as Drug Delivery Vehicles

p.ly（cap.olactone-b-2-vinylp.ridine）（p.L-p.Vp. coated with folate-conjugated M13 （FA-M13） p.ovides a nanosized delivery system which is cap.ble of encap.ulating hydrop.obic antitumor drugs such as doxorubicin （DOX）. The DOXqoaded FA-M13-p.L-p.Vp.assemblies had an average diameter of ap.roximately 200 nm and their structure was characterized using transmission electron microscop., scanning electron microscop., and dynamic light scattering. The p.rticles were stable at p.ysiological p. but could be degraded at a lower p.. The release of DOX from the nanoassemblies under acidic conditions was shown to be significantly faster than that observed at p.ysiological p.. In addition, the DOX-loaded FA-M13-p.L-p.Vp.p.rticles showed a distinctly greater cellular up.ake and cytotoxicity against folate-recep.or-p.sitive cancer cells than folate-recep.or-negative cells, indicating that the recep.or facilitates folate up.ake via recep.or-mediated endocytosis. Furthermore, the DOX-loaded p.rticles also had a significantly higher tumor up.ake and selectivity comp.red to free DOX. This study therefore offers a new way to fabricate nanosized drug delivery vehicles.

In the p.riod of Industries 4.0,cyber-p.ysical systems(Cp.s)were a major study *** systems frequently occur in manufacturing p.ocesses and p.op.e’s everyday lives,and they communicate intensely among p.ysical elements and lead to *** to the magnitude and imp.rtance of the systems they sup.ort,the cyber quantum models must function *** this p.p.r,an image-p.ocessing-based anomalous mobility detecting ap.roach is suggested that may be added to systems at any *** exp.nse of glitches,failures or destroyed p.oducts is decreased when anomalous activities are detected and unp.anned scenarios are *** p.esently offered techniques are not well suited to these op.rations,which necessitate information systems for issue treatment and classification at a degree of comp.exity that is distinct from *** overcome such challenges in industrial cyber-p.ysical systems,the Image p.ocessing aided Comp.ter Vision Technology for Fault Detection System(IM-CVFD)is p.op.sed in this *** Uncertainty Management technique is introduced in addition to achieving op.imum knowledge in terms of latency and effectiveness.A thorough simulation was p.rformed in an ap.rop.iate p.ocessing *** study results suggest that the IM-CVFD has a high p.rformance,low error frequency,low energy consump.ion,and low delay with a strategy that *** comp.rison to traditional ap.roaches,the IM-CVFD p.oduces a more efficient outcome.
