Exosomes carry and transmit signaling molecules used for intercellular *** generation and secretion of exosomes is a multistep interlocking process that allows simultaneous control of multiple regulatory *** molecules,mainly RAB GTPases,cytoskeletal proteins and soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion attachment protein receptor(SNARE),are specifically regulated in response to pathological conditions such as altered cellular microenvironment,stimulation by pathogenic factors,or gene *** interferes with the smooth functioning of endocytosis,translocation,degradation,docking and fusion processes,leading to changes in the secretion of *** numbers of secreted exosomes are disseminated by the flow of body fluids and absorbed by the recipient *** transmitting characteristic functional proteins and genetic information produced under disease conditions,exosomes can change the physiological state of the recipient cells and their *** microenvironment,in turn,affects the occurrence and development of ***,this review will discuss the mechanism by which exosome secretion is regulated in cells following the formation of mature secretory multivesicular bodies(MVBs).The overall aim is to find ways to eliminate disease-derived exosomes at their source,thereby providing an important new basis for the clinical treatment of disease.

This paper addresses the adaptive tracking control scheme for switched nonlinear systems with unknown control gain sign. The approach relaxes the hypothesis that the upper bound of function control gain is known constant and the bounds of external disturbance and approximation errors of neural＇networks are known. RBF neural networks （NNs） are used to approximate unknown functions and an H-infinity controller is introduced to enhance robustness. The adaptive updating laws and the admissible switching signals have been derived from switched multiple Lyapunov function method. It＇s proved that the resulting closed loop system is asymptotically Lyapunov stable such that the output tracking error performance and H-infinity disturbance attenuation level are well obtained. Finally, a simulation example of Forced Duffing systems is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme and improve significantly the transient performance.

BACKGROUND: There are many methods for myelin staining, mordant, or oil-soluble dye or the special reaction of osmic acid with lipoid is used according to different principles. The commonly used methods are classic Well staining, classic lithium carbonate-haematine staining, fast green staining, silver staining, etc. Luxol Fast Blue can brightly stain myelin sheath, and has certain specificity. The background can be very clean if there is proper differentiation, whereas Luxol Fast Blue is cheap and convenient to operate, thus it is an ideal staining reagent for routine myelin sheath. OBJECTIVE: To show the corticospinal tract of normal adult rats with Luxol Fast Blue staining method. DESIGN: A repetitive measurement design. SETTINGS: Institute of Nuerobiology, nantong University; Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Affiliated Hospital of nantong University. MATERIALS: Six healthy adult male SD rats of clean degree, weighing averagely 300 g, were provided by the experimental animal center of nantong University. 1 g/L Luxol Fast Blue solution was provided by Sigma Company; Leica CM1900 cryostat microtome by Leica Company; Leica DMR microscope by Leica Company. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the Staff Room of Human Anatomy, nantong University in May 2005. The rats were given intraperitoneal injection of combined anesthetic (2 mL/kg), then the chest was open for perfusing saline and phosphate buffer containing formamint via heart. Brain and spinal cord were removed after 1 hour then fixed, then changed to phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) containing 300 g/L saccharu at 4 ℃, and stayed overnight, tissue blocks at pyramid, decussation of pyramid and cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral segments of spinal cord were removed to prepare continuous horizontal frozen sections (30 μm) after sedimentation, the sections were dried at room temperature. The corticospinal tract of normal adult rats were shown with Luxol Fast Blue staining method, and observed under Leica DMR

By using the observational O3 data of Kunming and Hong Kong during the period of 1997 – 2001, the paper studies the distribution and variation of total ozone in low latitude region of China. The study shows that the characteristics of variation in Kunming and Hong Kong are very similar, and the total ozone in the western areas is larger than in the eastern ones. It is maximum in summer and minimum in winter.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal neoplasms with high metastatic potential and is resistant to almost all current *** is an aldo-keto reductase family 1 member B1(AKR1B1)inhibitor for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy,but its potential application in cancer treatment and the underlying mechanism are largely ***,we found that AKR1B1 is upregulated in pancreatic cancer and is positively associated with *** AKR1B1 promoted exosome secretion,accelerating cell migration in pancreatic cancer *** analysis indicated that AKR1B1 negatively regulated lysosomal function and multivesicular body(MVB)degradation in ***,AKR1B1 had a minimal role in the generation of *** factor EB(TFEB)and MVB-expressed RAB7A were two molecular targets that are negatively regulated by *** results uncovered a critical role for AKR1B1 in the regulation of lysosomal function and exosome *** targeting of AKR1B1 by clinically used medicines,such as Epalrestat,might represent an efficient way to inhibit pancreatic growth and metastasis.

The emergence of perovskite solar cells(PSCs) has greatly promoted the progress of photovoltaic *** rapid development of PSCs has been driven by the advances in optimizing perovskite films and their adjacent ***,the polycrystalline perovskite layers in most highly efficient PSCs still contain various defects that greatly limit photovoltaic performance and stability of the ***,we introduce a multifunctional additive ethylene diamine tetra methylene phosphonic sodium(EDTMPS) with multiple anchor points into the precursor of perovskite to improve the efficiency and stability of PSCs and provide in-situ protection of lead *** addition of EDTMPS acts as a crystal growth controller and passivation agent for perovskite films,thereby slowing down the crystallization rate of the film and obtaining high-quality perovskite *** study also provides an insight into how the modifier modulate the interfacial energy level arrangement as well as affect transfer of charge carriers and their recombination under photoinduced *** a result,the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of single subcell with a working area of 0.255 cm^(2) increases significantly from 20.03% to 23.37%.Moreover,we obtained a PCE of 19.16% for the 25 cm^(2) ***,the unencapsulated EDTMP-modified PSCs exhibit better operational and thermal stability,as well as in-situ absorption of leaked lead ions.

外泌体是一种纳米大小的膜性囊泡,体内几乎所有类型的细胞均可分泌,并通过自分泌及旁分泌的形式参与细胞间通讯。外泌体源性microRNA(miRNA)稳定存在于血浆、尿液和其他体液中,具有多种生物学功能。外泌体源性miRNA在系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)的发生和发展、免疫调控中发挥重要作用。近期研究表明,外泌体源性miRNA在SLE发病机制研究、早期诊断、治疗等方面都具有良好的应用前景。因此,本综述旨在介绍SLE中外泌体源性miRNA的研究进展,以分析其潜在的应用价值。

This paper is concerned with the problem of robust stabilization for uncertain stochastic delay systems with interconnections via decentralized sliding mode *** less restrictive sufficient conditions for the existence of decentralized sliding surfaces are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities,by which the decentralized sliding mode controllers ensuring the reachability of the specified decentralized sliding surfaces are designed.A numerical example is included to verify the validity of the developed controller.
