Alveolar bone regeneration has been strongly linked to macrophage polarization.M1 macrophages aggravate alveolar bone loss,whereas M2 macrophages reverse this ***(BBR),a natural alkaloid isolated and refined from Chinese medicinal plants,has shown therapeutic effects in treating metabolic *** this study,we first discovered that culture supernatant(CS)collected from BBR-treated human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(HBMSCs)ameliorated periodontal alveolar bone *** from the BBR-treated HBMSCs contained bioactive materials that suppressed the M1 polarization and induced the M2 polarization of macrophages in vivo and in *** clarify the underlying mechanism,the bioactive materials were applied to different animal *** discovered macrophage colony-stimulating factor(M-CSF),which regulates macrophage polarization and promotes bone formation,a key macromolecule in the *** of pure M-CSF attenuated experimental periodontal alveolar bone loss in ***-stimulating factor 1 receptor(CSF1R)inhibitor or anti-human M-CSF(M-CSF neutralizing antibody,Nab)abolished the therapeutic effects of the CS of BBR-treated ***,AKT phosphorylation in macrophages was activated by the CS,and the AKT activator reversed the negative effect of the CSF1R inhibitor or *** results suggest that the CS of BBR-treated HBMSCs modulates macrophage polarization via the M-CSF/AKT *** studies also showed that CS of BBR-treated HBMSCs accelerated bone formation and M2 polarization in rat teeth extraction ***,our findings established an essential role of BBR-treated HBMSCs CS and this might be the first report to show that the products of BBR-treated HBMSCs have active effects on alveolar bone regeneration.

In this work， a novel bifunctional zirconium dioxide @ zeolitic imidazolate framework-90 (ZrO2@ZIF-90) nanozyme was successfully developed for the catalytic degradation and electrochemical detection of methyl parathion (MP). The ZrO2@ZIF-90 nanozyme with phosphatase hydrolysis activity can convert MP into p-nitrophenol (p-NP). The addition of ZrO2riched in Lewis acid Zr(IV) sites significantly enhanced the phosphatase hydrolysis activity of ZIF-90. ZrO2@ZIF-90 also displayed satisfactory electrocatalytic performance on account of the high surface area， high porosity and powerful enrichment ability of the ZIF-90 and the excellent ion transfer capacity of ZrO2. A ZrO2@ZIF-90 nanozyme modified glassy carbon electrode (ZrO2@ZIF-90/GCE) was then fabricated to analyze p-NP formed through MP degradation. Under the optimized conditions， the developed sensor displayed satisfactory analytical performance with a low limit of detection of 0.53 μmol L-1and two wide linear ranges (3-10 μmol L-1and 10-200 μmol L-1). ZrO2@ZIF-90 nanozyme accomplished to the degradation and electrochemical detection of MP in river water and spiked fruits. This study identifies a promising new strategy for the design of bifunctional nanozymes for the detection of environmental hazards.

Sulfated rhamnose polysaccharide(SRP)derived from Enteromorpha prolifera is a metal-ion chelating agent that could potentially be used to treat *** aim of our study was to determine the effect of a variant of SRP on ***,we synthesized and characterized SRPE-3 chromium(III)[SRPE-3-Cr(III)]complex using an enzymatic *** maximum chelation rate was 18.2%under optimal chelating conditions of pH 6.0,time 4 h,and temperature 60°*** transform infrared spectroscopy results showed important sites for Cr(III)-binding were O–H and C=O *** then studied the hypolipidemic effects of SRPE-3-Cr(III)on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)induced by a high-fat,high-sucrose diet(HFSD).Decreased blood glucose content,body fat ratio,serum TG,TC,LDL-C,and increased serum HDL-C were observed after treatment with SRPE-3-Cr(III).In addition,SRPE-3-Cr(III)significantly reduced leptin,resistin,and TNF-αlevels,and increased adiponectin contents relative to *** results also showed that SRPE-3-Cr(III)could alleviate the HFSD-lesioned ***-3-Cr(III)also improved lipid metabolism via a reduction in aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,fatty acid synthase,and acetyl-CoA carboxylase activities in the ***-3-Cr(III)at low doses exhibited better lipid-lowering activities,hence,could be considered to be a novel compound to treat hyperlipidemia and also act as an anti-diabetic agent.

Abstra ct Utilizing efficient and durable photocatalysts for the removal of carcinogen Cr(Ⅵ)in wide pH water environment is of great significance for environment ***,three conjugated organic component-functionalized hourglass-type phosphomolybdate hybrids with the formulas(H_(2)DBQ)[Fe(-H_(2)O)_(3)]_(2){Fe[P_(4)Mo_(6)0_(31)H_(7)]_(2)}·7H_(2)O(1),(H_(2)DBQ)_(2)(H_(2)DBP)[Fe(H_(2)O)_(4)]{Fe[P_(4)Mo_(6)O_(31)H_(7)]_(2)}·4H_(2)O(2),(H_(2)DBP)_(2){Fe[P_(4-)Mo_(6)O_(31)H_(9)]_(2)}·10H_(2)O(3)(DBQ=2,2'-dimehyl-6,6'-biquinoline;DBP=4,4'-diaminobiphenyl)were synthesized via hydrothermal method as photocatalysts for reducing Cr(Ⅵ)under visible light *** analysis showed that hybrids 1-3 consist of hourglass-type[Fe(P_(4)Mo_(6)O_(31)H_(6))_(2)]^(10)-(***{P_(4)Mo_(6)}_(2))poly anionic clusters functionalized with different proportional of conjugated organic components(DBQ and DBP)effectively regulated their visible-light absorption capabilities and electron structures,which could be employed to reflect the structure-activity relationship of *** used as catalysts for reducing Cr(Ⅵ),hybrids 1-3 displayed distinct photocatalytic activities with Cr(Ⅵ)removal efficiencies of 91%,86%and 81%with only 10 W of white light being used as illumination,which are superior to that of pristine Fe{P_(4)Mo_(6)}_(2) salt(62%).Moreover,hybrid 1 also maintained high Cr(Ⅵ)removal efficiencies above~85%and high structural stabilities in solutions with wide pH ranges *** investigation showed that the higher organic component conjugation levels could promote the optic al absorption and facilitate the electron transfer between Fe{P_(4)Mo_(6)}_(2) and org anic components,thus resulting in effective Cr(Ⅵ)reduction photocatalytic *** work provides a viable way to design the photocatalysts based on polyoxometalates for removing wastewater pollutants.

Effects of Different Sterilization Conditions on Active Components and Flavor of Apple Vinegar

[Objectives]To explore the effects of different sterilization conditions on nutrition and flavor of apple vinegar.[Methods]Five kinds of high temperature short time(HTST)sterilization conditions were selected to treat apple vinegar,and the volatile aroma components and the content of active components in apple vinegar before and after sterilization were analyzed.[Results]Compared with the control,the contents of total acid and malic acid in the samples after sterilization changed little,but the contents of citric acid increased significantly(P<0.01),and the contents of total phenols,ascorbic acid and total flavonoids *** acetate,isopentyl acetate,ethyl caprylate,phenethyl acetate,1-pentanol,phenylethyl alcohol,acetic acid,and sec-butyl ether were the characteristic aroma components which contributed to the flavor of apple *** sterilization temperature increased,the content of esters decreased,while the content of acids,alcohols and aldehydes *** contents of nutrition,active components and volatile aroma components in apple vinegar under 100℃and 30 s sterilization conditions had little change compared with other sterilization conditions,so 100℃and 30 s were the optimal sterilization conditions.[Conclusions]Under different sterilization conditions,the content of flavor components in apple vinegar will change greatly,which will affect the quality of apple vinegar.
