In this study,we introduce our newly developed measurement-fed-perception self-adaption Low-cost UAV Coordinated Carbon Observation Network(LUCCN)*** LUCCN primarily consists of two categories of instruments,including ground-based and UAV-based in-situ *** use the GMP343,a low-cost non-dispersive infrared sensor,in both ground-based and UAV-based *** first integrated measurement campaign took place in Shenzhen,China,4 May *** the campaign,we found that LUCCN’s UAV component presented significant data-collecting advantages over its ground-based counterpart owing to the relatively high altitudes of the point emission sources,which was especially obvious at a gas power plant in *** emission flux was calculated by a crosssectional flux(CSF)method,the results of which differed from the Open-Data Inventory for Anthropogenic Carbon dioxide(ODIAC).The CSF result was slightly larger than others because of the low sampling rate of the whole emission cross *** LUCCN system will be applied in future carbon monitoring campaigns to increase the spatiotemporal coverage of carbon emission information,especially in scenarios involving the detection of smaller-scale,rapidly varying sources and sinks.

Recently,deep learning has yielded transformative success across optics and photonics,especially in optical *** neural networks (DNNs) with a fully convolutional architecture (e.g.,U-Net and its derivatives) have been widely implemented in an end-to-end manner to accomplish various optical metrology tasks,such as fringe denoising,phase unwrapping,and fringe ***,the task of training a DNN to accurately identify an image-to-image transform from massive input and output data pairs seems at best naive,as the physical laws governing the image formation or other domain expertise pertaining to the measurement have not yet been fully exploited in current deep learning *** this end,we introduce a physics-informed deep learning method for fringe pattern analysis (PI-FPA) to overcome this limit by integrating a lightweight DNN with a learning-enhanced Fourier transform profilometry (Le FTP) *** parameterizing conventional phase retrieval methods,the Le FTP module embeds the prior knowledge in the network structure and the loss function to directly provide reliable phase results for new types of samples,while circumventing the requirement of collecting a large amount of high-quality data in supervised learning *** by the initial phase from Le FTP,the phase recovery ability of the lightweight DNN is enhanced to further improve the phase accuracy at a low computational cost compared with existing end-to-end *** results demonstrate that PI-FPA enables more accurate and computationally efficient single-shot phase retrieval,exhibiting its excellent generalization to various unseen objects during *** proposed PI-FPA presents that challenging issues in optical metrology can be potentially overcome through the synergy of physics-priors-based traditional tools and data-driven learning approaches,opening new avenues to achieve fast and accurate single-shot 3D imaging.

The individual difference and non-repeatability in acupuncture have not only restricted the devel- opment of acupuncture, but have also affected the specificity of acupoints. The present study used instruments to control needle depth, lifting and thrusting frequency, and the duration of acupuncture. Effects of the quantified acupuncture were observed at Neiguan （PC6） with different stimulation parameters. A frequency of 1, 2, or 3 Hz and duration of 5, 60, or 180 seconds were used to observe cerebral blood flow and ratio of infarct volume recovery. Results showed that stimulation at Neiguan with a frequency of 1 Hz and long duration of 180 seconds or 2/3 Hz and long duration of 5/60 seconds significantly increased cerebral blood flow and decreased the ratio of infarct volume. In- teractions between frequency and duration play a critical role in quantified acupuncture therapy.

Root distribution and influencing factors of dry-sowing and wet-growing cotton plants under different water conditions

To study the effect of soil water and salt environment factors on the root growth of cotton under different moisture control,three different emergence water volumes(60,105,and 150 m^(3)/hm^(2)),two different frequencies(high frequency and low frequency)and one double film cover winter irrigation control treatment(CK:2250 m^(3)/hm^(2))were set up to analyze the spatial distribution patterns of soil water and salt environment and root density in dry sown and wet emerged cotton fields under diffe-rent moisture control *** results show that the soil water content and water infiltration range gradually become larger with the increase of seedling water quantity,and the larger the seedling water quantity,the higher the soil water *** the same seedling water quantity,the soil water content of the high-frequency(HF)treatment becomes obviously *** soil conductivity of each treatment tends to decrease gradually with the increase of seedling water and drip frequency,among which the distribution of soil conductivity of S6 treatment is closest to that of *** the increase in soil depth,the soil conductivity tends to increase first and then *** with the low-frequency(LF)treatment,the high-frequency treatment shows a significantly deeper soil salt accumulation *** root length density(RLD)of cotton gradually increases with the amount of seedling water and the frequency of *** soil layer of root distribution gradually deepens with the amount of seedling water in the vertical direction,and the RLD value in the horizontal direction is significantly greater in the mulched area than that in the bare area between *** research can serve as a solid scientific foundation for the use of dry sowing and wet emergence techniques in cotton fields in southern Xinjiang.

OBJECTIVES:To observe recovery in movement function in rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) after acupuncture ***:According to the randomized and controlled principle 1384 rats were divided into the ba-sic control group(including the normal,sham,model control,model without intervention,Nimodipine,and para-Renzhong groups) and the acupuncture group(including the Neiguan(PC 6),Weizhong(BL 40),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Chize(LU 5),Renzhong(GV 6) and non-acupoint groups).MCAO was modeled by Zea-longa's thread ligation and rats with scores of 1-3,as assessed by Zausinger's six-point method,were used in this ***,in the acupuncture group each acupoint was set with 12 different parameters by the orthogonal intersection method,resulting in 78 groups with 18 rats per *** rats were treated by acupuncture once every 12 h for a total of six sessions and neurobehavioral scores were measured after each *** neurobehavioral scores were compared by one-way ANOVA using the statistical software SPSS ***:After acupuncture therapy the mean neurobehavioral scores in MCAO rats increased gradually at each time point with a significant difference among the six scores,but with no significant differences between the fourth(48 h) and the fifth score(60 h),and between the fifth(60 h) and the sixth(72 h) score(P > 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:MCAO rats gradually recovered movement function over multiple acupuncture *** the fouth acupuncture session(48 h),the neurobehavioral scores of rats with cerebral infarction remained *** treatment had a reliable curative effect on movement function in cerebral infarction rats.

Supervisory control and data acquisition systems(SCADAs)play an important role in supervising and controlling industrial production with the help of programmable logic controllers(PLCs)in industrial control systems(ICSs).A PLC receives the control information or program from a SCADA to control the production equipment and feeds the production data back to the *** a SCADA is controlled by an attacker,it may threaten the safety of industrial *** lack of security protection,such as identity authentication and encryption for industrial control protocols,increases the potential security *** this paper,we propose a PLC protection system combined with a monitor between a SCADA and a PLC and a physically separated monitoring *** using the PLC protection system,identity verification and command verification are separated,and both the identity of the operator and the corresponding commands are *** show that even if the SCADA is controlled by an attacker,our system could still protect the PLC in the field and record the identity of the key command operator,which facilitates the tracing and forensics of malicious activities.

Linking landscape indexes to ecological processes is the key topic of landscape ***,traditional landscape metrics based on the Patch-Mosaic Model have no ecological *** this study,the runoff-sediment landscape index coupling land use,topography,soil,and vegetation factors was constructed to link landscape patterns to runoff and *** the study area,the runoffsediment landscape index at the class scale showed an increasing trend from 0.10 in 1995 to 0.26 in *** had a higher runoff-sediment landscape index compared to grassland or *** the landscape scale,the runoff-sediment landscape index showed a decreasing trend since 1995;furthermore,it decreased by 36.24%in 2015 compared with the index in *** runoff-sediment landscape index had higher correlations with runoff and sediment compared with traditional landscape *** analysis showed that the runoffsediment landscape index had a higher contribution to runoff and sediment compared to traditional landscape metrics,explaining 90.1%of the *** soil erosion risk assessed by the runoff-sediment landscape index showed an increasing trend upstream of the Dali River *** attention should be paid to this area in future vegetation restoration attempts,as exploring the impact of landscape pattern changes on ecological processes,especially hydrological processes,plays an important role in comprehensive watershed management.

The random movement and easy recombination of photoinduced charges lead to a low conversion efficiency for photocatalytic hydrogen *** cocatalyst design is a promising route to address such problem through introducing an appropriate cocatalyst on the semiconductor photocatalysts to construct the high-efficiency ***,novel CoS/Nb_(2)O_(5) heterojunctions were constructed via in-situ loading CoS cocatalyst on the surface of Nb_(2)O_(5) *** the femtosecond-resolved transient absorption spectroscopy,the average lifetime of charge carriers for 10 wt% CoS/Nb_(2)O_(5)(159.6 ps)is drastically shortened by contrast with that of Nb_(2)O_(5)(5531.9 ps),strongly suggesting the rapid charge transfer from Nb_(2)O_(5) to *** significantly improved charge-transfer capacity contributes to a high photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate of 355µmol/h,up to 17.5 times compared with pristine Nb_(2)O_(5).This work would provide a new design platform in the construction of photocatalytic heterojunctions with high charge-transfer efficiency.
