Chemotherapy,the use of antitumor drugs to kill cancer cells,is currently one of the most effective treatments for ***,serious toxic side effects caused by long-term drug accumulation can cause significant damage to the body,which limits the clinical application of antitumor *** this study,a novel RENPs@DOX-Fe nanoprobe(NP) was constructed by coating the surface of rare earth nanomaterials(NaLuF_(4):Yb,Er) with a complex formed by doxorubicin(DOX) and iron ion(Ⅲ).Due to the low toxicity of anthracycline-metal complexes,the damage to normal cells is *** unique acidic microenvironment in tumor cells facilitates the decomposition and gradual release of DOX from the DOX-Fe *** addition,the DOX-Fe complex can convert near-infrared(NIR) light into heat energy,which promotes the decomposition of the complex,further enhancing the release of DOX in the tumor *** change of ratio fluorescence of rare earth nanomaterials at 660 and 1550 nm after DOX release enables visual monitoring of drug release,which can potentially improve the chemotherapeutic *** vitro experiments established that RENPs@DOX-Fe NPs with NIR illumination had good therapeutic efficacy in *** work provides new insights into designing tumor microenvironment-responsive nanoprobes for chemotherapy with minimal side effects.

The Zr(Ⅳ)ions are easily hydrolyzed to form oxides,which severely limits the discovery of new structures and applications of Zr-based *** this work,three ferrocene(Fc)-functionalized Zr-oxo clusters(ZrOCs),Zr_(9)Fc_(6),Zr_(10)Fc_(6) and Zr_(12)Fc_(8) were synthesized through inhibiting the hydrolysis of Zr(Ⅳ)ions,which show increased nuclearity and regular structural *** importantly,these Fc-functionalized ZrOCs were used as heterogeneous catalysts for the transfer hydrogenation of levulinic acid(LA)and phenol oxidation reactions for the first time,and displayed outstanding catalytic *** particular,Zr_(12)Fc_(8) with the largest number of Zr active sites and Fc groups can achieve>95% yield for LAto-c-valerolactone within 4 h(130℃)and>98% yield for 2,3,6-trimethylphenol-to-2,3,5-trimethyl-pbenzoquinone within 30 min(80℃),showing the best catalytic *** characterization combined with theory calculations reveal that in the Fc-functionalized ZrOCs,the Zr active sites could serve as substrate adsorption sites,while the Fc groups could act as hydrogen transfer reagent or Fenton reagent,and thus achieve effectively intramolecular metal-ligand synergistic *** work develops functionalized ZrOCs as catalysts for thermal-triggered redox reactions.

The VUV-UV spectroscopic properties of Ce3＋ in Ba2Mg（BO3）2,Ba2Ca（BO3）2 and Sr2Mg（BO3）2 were compared,and the relation between the energy of the 4f→5d transition of Ce3＋ and the coordination environments of substituted alkaline earth ions was *** chromaticity coordinates of Ce3＋ activated X2Z（BO3）2（X=Ba,Sr;Z=Ca,Mg） phosphors were changeable from blue to whitish and further to green range by varying the doping concentration of Ce3＋ or the types of substituted alkaline earth ions upon 172 nm excitation.

Stacking-dependent magnetism in van der Waals materials has caught intense *** on the first principle calculations,we investigate the coupling between stacking orders and interlayer magnetic orders in bilayer H-VSe *** is found that there are two stable stacking orders in bilayer H-VSe 2,named AB-stacking and A′*** standard DFT framework,the A′B-stacking prefers the interlayer AFM order and is semiconductive,whereas the AB-stacking prefers the FM order and is ***,under the DFT+U framework both the stacking orders prefer the interlayer AFM order and are *** detailedly analyzing this difference,we find that the interlayer magnetism originates from the competition between antiferromagnetic interlayer super-superexchange and ferromagnetic interlayer double exchange,in which both the interlayer Se-4 p z orbitals play a crucial *** the DFT+U calculations,the double exchange is suppressed due to the opened bandgap,such that the interlayer magnetic orders are decoupled with the stacking *** on this competition mechanism,we propose that a moderate hole doping can significantly enhance the interlayer double exchange,and can be used to switch the interlayer magnetic orders in bilayer VSe *** method is also applicable to a wide range of semiconductive van der Waals magnets.

This paper deals with the existence and the asymptotic behavior of discontinu- ous traveling wave entropy solutions for a modified Allen-Cahn model, in which, the usual Ficken-based model for phase transition is replaced with a more physical model with nonSn- ear diffusive flux. The discontinuous traveling waves correspond to the discontinuous phase transition phenomena.

Abstract In this paper, we first prove that, for a non-zero function f∈D（Rn）, its multi-Hilbert transform Hnf is bounded and does not have compact support. In addition, a new distribution space D＇H（Rn） is constructed and the definition of the multi-Hilbert transform is extended to it. It is shown that D’H（Rn） is the biggest subspace of D＇（Rn） on which the extended multi-Hilbert transform is a homeomorphism.

Controlling the vapor-deposited nanoribbons to grow along a consistent orientation will enable the desired in situ integration of functional devices,representing a major technological advance compared to post-growth processing *** this work,ntype F_(16)CuPc molecules are self-assembled into horizontally-oriented nanoribbons with a consistent growth axis after creating periodic hydrophobic nanogrooves on a sapphire ***,electrodes are deposited directly on the growth substrate to enable in situ fabrication of *** on the deposited electrodes,these horizontally-oriented nanoribbons are connected to form a monolithic photodetector with a large sensing area or an on-chip array of photodetectors with multiple detector *** in situ integration strategy avoids potential structural damage and contamination from impurities associated with post-growth processing ***,the vapor-deposited nanoribbons can retain their high quality during the device manufacturing process,which contributes to performance *** a result,the in-situ integrated F_(16)CuPc photodetectors exhibit a sensitive response in the ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared(UV-vis-NIR)*** response time is on the order of tens of milliseconds,the fastest record ever for the F_(16)CuPc-based ***,statistics from an array of 6×6 photodetectors show little variation in their sensitivity and response time,and hence this in situ fabrication scheme will contribute to the implementation of on-chip integrated photodetectors with consistent performance based on bottom-up ***,this self-oriented growth provides a versatile option to achieve desired in-situ integrated functional devices based on bottom-up nanoribbons.

Juvenile hormone （JH） is one of the key insect hormones that regulate metamorphosis. Juvenile hormone diol kinase （JHDK） is an enzyme involved in JH metabolism and catalyzes JH diol to form a polar end product, JH diol phosphate that has no JH activity. In this study, a JHDK complementary DNA （cDNA） was cloned from Spodoptera litura and the structure and expression of the gene was characterized. The cDNA was 714 base pairs in length and encoded a protein of 183 amino acids with a molecular mass of 21 kDa and an isoelectric point of 4.55. Based on the structure, three putative calcium binding motifs and guanosine triphosphate-binding motifs were predicted in the protein. Modeling of the 3-D structure showed that the protein consisted of eight α-helixes linked with loops, with no β-sheets. The gene was expressed in the epidermis, fat body and midgut of fifth and sixth instar larvae. The expression level in the epidermis was lower than in the fat body and midgut. The gene was expressed at higher levels at the early stages than in the later stages of fifth and sixth instar midgut and fat body. The results suggest that this gene may be involved in the regulation of the JH titer in larvae ofS. litura.
