Perovskites show exciting potential for photoelectric applications,especially for light-emitting diodes(LEDs),owing to their intrinsically high photoluminescence efficiency and color *** efforts made over the last 5 years,the external quantum efficiency(EQE)of lead-halide perovskite-based LEDs has sharply increased beyond 20%,which is comparable to the performance of existing lighting ***,including defect passivation,the formation of low-dimensional quantum-well structure perovskites,and a combination of appropriate electron and hole transport materials in electroluminescent devices.

The effective engineering applications of nanoporous metals(NPMs)in flexible energy storage and wearable healthcare biosensor monitoring require its uniform ligaments network,specifically crack-free and flexible monolithic ***,the macroscopic fragility of NPMs restricts their applications in wearable electronics *** we focus on the synthetization of highly flexible *** effects of structural factors,***-network connectivity and micro-cracks on the mechanical properties of nanoporous Ag(np Ag)are *** well-interconnected np Ag metal exhibits higher tensile strength,nanohardness and Vickers hardness than those for the ill-interconnected np Ag *** quality of the network connectivity dominates the strength and hardness of the np *** flexibility/fragility is determined by the micro-crack in np *** crack-free np Ag exhibits good flexible *** micro-cracks are introduced,the np Ag becomes *** control of soft volume shrinkage rate(Vsr)and slow surface diffusivity(Ds)effectively suppresses the crack initiation and propagation of as-formed np *** results provide useful insights to synthesize more flexible and crack-free NPM materials for effective use in public wearable electronics and diverse flexible engineering applications in the future.

Subnanometer-resolved chemical imaging via multivariate analysis of tip-enhanced Raman maps

Tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(TERS)is a powerful surface analysis technique that can provide subnanometer-resolved images of nanostructures with site-specific chemical ***,due to the limitation of weak Raman signals and the resultant difficulty in achieving TERS imaging with good signal-to-noise ratios(SNRs),the conventional single-peak analysis is unsuitable for distinguishing complex molecular architectures at the subnanometer *** we demonstrate that the combination of subnanometer-resolved TERS imaging and advanced multivariate analysis can provide an unbiased panoramic view of the chemical identity and spatial distribution of different molecules on surfaces,yielding high-quality chemical images despite limited SNRs in individual pixel-level *** methodology allows us to exploit the full power of TERS imaging and unambiguously distinguish between adjacent molecules with a resolution of~0.4 nm,as well as to resolve submolecular features and the differences in molecular adsorption *** results provide a promising methodology that promotes TERS imaging as a routine analytical technique for the analysis of complex nanostructures on surfaces.

Recent years have seen an ever increasing number of enzyme mediated protein/peptide modification reactions, which contribute significantly to the elucidation of related biological functions. The many available enzymes have, however, caused difficulties for practitioners in choosing the most appropriate enzyme for a certain purpose. This review surveyed the widely used enzymes(i.e., sortases, butelase 1,subtiligase, formylglycine generating enzyme and farnesyltransferase) in the manipulation of proteins/peptides, and the application fields of these enzymes as well as the advantages and limitations of each enzyme are summarized.

In terms of photoelectrochemical(PEC)hydrogen evolution,substantial challenge still remains regarding the controllable fabrication of quantum dots(QDs)-sensitized photocathodes with enhanced visible-light absorption,efficient charge carrier separation,and directional migration at the electrode *** this work,the CdTe/CdSe QDs-sensitized photocathodes were delicately constructed on p-type NiO-coated indium tin oxide(ITO)electrodes by spin-coating *** resulting co-sensitized photocathode exhibits a favorable pseudo-Type Ⅱ energetic band alignment that combines the advantages of strong light absorption of constituent QDs as well as the effective and oriented charge separation and *** green LED light illumination,the photogenerated electrons could be effectively transferred to a tetra-nickel-substituted polyoxometalate catalyst for hydrogen production while photogenerated holes will be scavenged at the NiO/ITO *** minimally optimized conditions,the pseudo-Type Ⅱ CdTe/CdSe-sensrtized photocathode yields a photcx:urrent density of over 100 pA/cm^(2) and a Faradaic efficiency of〜100%,which is among one of the most efficient QDs-based photocathode systems coupling with Ni-substituted polyoxometalate catalyst for photoelectrochemical hydrogen generation.

Perovskite solar cells have experienced an unprecedented rapid development in the power conversion efficiency（PCE）during the past 7 years,and the record PCE has been already comparable to the traditional polycrystalline silicon solar ***,it is more urgent to address the challenge on device stability for the future commercial ***,the inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite has been intensively studied as one of the alternative candidates to improve device stability through controlling the phase *** cesium（Cs）-doped perovskites show more superior stability comparing with organic methylammonium（MA）lead halide perovskite or formamidinium（FA）lead halide ***,recent progress of the inorganic cesium application in organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells（PSCs）is highlighted from the viewpoints of the device efficiency and the device stability.

The crucial component,bulky spacers,in two-dimensional Ruddlesden-Popper(2 DRP)layered tin(Sn)perovskites are highly limited by halide ammonium salts,leading to the insufficient control of complex crystallization process due to the limited interaction between bulky spacers and 2 DRP perovskite ***,we report an ionic liquid-bulky spacer,butylammounium acetate(BAAc O),for constructing efficient and stable 2 DRP Sn-based perovskite solar cells(PSCs).In contrast to the traditional halide ammonium bulky spacer,butylammounium iodide(BAI),the Ac O^(-)-functional group in BAAc O has a strong interaction with formamidine ions(FA^(+))and Sn2+.The inter-component interaction allows the formation of controllable intermediates for the favorable growth of smooth,dense,and highly oriented perovskite films.A PSC with power conversion efficiency of 10.36%(7.16%for BAI)is achieved,which is the highest report,along with improved stability with~90%retained after~600 h storage in N_(2) atmosphere without any encapsulation.

A series of low band gap terpolymers based on 4,8-bis（5-（2-ethylhexyl）thiophen-2-yl）benzo[l,2-b：4,5- b＇]dithiophene （BDTr） and diketopyrrolopyrrole （DPP） with varied solubilizing groups （i.e., tert- butoxycarbonyl, t-Boc and 2-octyldodecyl） are developed as electron donors for bulk heterojunction （BHJ） polymer solar cells （PSCs）. The results reveal that the one with 50% t-Boc concentration （P3） performs better than the other terpolymers used in this study in conventional PSC devices with a power conversion efficiency of 2.92%.

Heterogeneous catalytic combustion provides a feasible technique for high efficient methane *** ABO_3-type materials have received renewed attention as a potential alternative for noble metals supported catalysts in catalytic methane combustion due to excellent hydrothermal stability and sulfur resistance. Recently, the emergence of nanostructured perovskite oxides（such as threedimensional ordered nanostructure, nano-array structure） with outstanding catalytic activity has further driven methane catalytic combustion research into spotlight. In this review, we summarize the recent development of nanostructured perovskite oxide catalysts for methane combustion, and shed some light on the rational design of high efficient nanostructured perovskite catalysts via lattice oxygen activation,lattice oxygen mobility and materials morphology engineering. The emergent issues needed to be addressed on perovskite catalysts were also proposed.
