The development of Internet finance has made the financial environment faced by college students more *** level of financial literacy best reflects a person's sensitivity to the financial environment and flexibility to respond to financial ***,to improve the financial literacy of college students,popularizing financial knowledge is bound to become the key content of general education and teaching work in contemporary colleges and *** this article,taking 400 undergraduates from yangtze university as the research object,the participation in online lending and the mastery of financial knowledge were investigated and analyzed,then the current teaching situation of financial literacy courses was introduced,and finally,a number of suggestions to improve the teaching reform of financial literacy were put forward.

To improve the productivity of oil wells,perforation technology is usually used to improve the productivity of horizontal wells in oilfield *** the perforation operation,the perforation channel around the wellbore will form a near-well high-permeability reservoir area with the penetration depth as the radius,that is,the formation has different permeability characteristics with the perforation depth as the dividing ***,the permeability is measured by the permeability tester,but this approach has a high workload and limited *** this paper,according to the reservoir characteristics of perforated horizontal wells,the reservoir is divided into two areas:the original reservoir area and the near-well high permeability reservoir *** on the theory of seepage mechanics and the formula of open hole productivity,the permeability calculation formula of near-well high permeability reservoir area with perforation parameters is *** to the principle of seepage continuity,the seepage is regarded as the synthesis of two directions:the horizontal plane elliptic seepage field and the vertical plane radial seepage field,and the oil well productivity prediction model of the perforated horizontal well is established by *** model comparison demonstrates that the model is reasonable and *** calculate and analyze the effect of oil well production and the law of influencing factors,actual production data of the oilfield are substituted into the oil well productivity *** can effectively guide the technical process design and effect prediction of perforated horizontal wells.

CPDT-TCNQ and its derivatives are good candidates for charge-transfer acceptors. In this work, the electronic ground and excited states of CPDT-TCNQ as well as its difluoro and dimethyl derivatives are studied. The ground state optimized structures and energies were obtained using a restricted （closed-shell） density functional theory （DFT） as approximated by the various hybrid functionals （RB3LYP, RB3P86, RB3PW91）. The 6-31G＊＊ and 6-31＋G＊＊ basis sets were employed in calculations. All derivatives are planar and exhibit a quinoid structure in their electronic ground states. The energy and oscillator strength of the first 15 singlet-singlet electronic transitions have been investigated by applying the dine-dependent density functional theory （TD-DFT） approximations to the correspondingly optimized ground state geometries. The results show the strongest absorption in electronic spectra of molecules due to the HOMO-LUMO electronic transition of the thiophene backbone.

A Griesbachian(Early Triassic) Mollusc Fauna from the Sidazhai Section, Southwest China, with Paleoecological Insights on the Proliferation of Genus Claraia(Bivalvia)

After the end-Permian mass extinction, genus Claraia （Bivalvia） was the most abundant and most noticeable fossil during the survival and recovery stage. However, the reasons for the proliferation of Claraia are still debated. This paper describes a new Griesbachian （Early Triassic） mollusc fauna from deep-water settings in South China in the aftermath of end-Permian mass extinction. This fauna yielded five bivalve species in two genera （Claraia griesbachi, C. wangi, C. stachei, C. radialis, and Promyalina putiatinensis） and two ammonoid species （Ophiceras sp. and Ussuridiscus sp.） and could be assigned to the Claraia wangi-C, griesbachi assemblage zone, indicating a Middle-Late Griesbachian Age. The bivalves were dominated by Claraia griesbachi and were featured by articulated Claraia fossils. As Claraia was epibyssate, it was an excellent autochthonous fauna. While the shallow and deep marine water became dysoxic to anoxic globally, as indicated by recent studies of the early Early Triassic, we suggest the genus Claraia could tolerate dysoxic and/or anoxic conditions and its proliferation could be attributed to its physiological features which were adapted to the stressed environment. The wide distribution of Claraia was probably related to its planktonic larval stage. Where the larva of Claraia could have been transported by ocean flow and increased its potential for long-distance dispersal. In addition, Claraia was a significant disaster and opportunistic taxon during the Early Triassic based on observations in South China.

NORK and soybean acyl carrier protein(ACP) both play important roles in ***,the relationship between Nod factor signaling and fatty acid(FA) biosynthesis during symbiotic development is *** this study,an RNAi plasmid of Gm NORK was constructed and transformed into soybean roots by Agrobacterium rhizogene-mediated hairy-root *** nodule number decreased substantially in Gm NORK knockdown soybean transgenic *** investigate the relationship between Gm ACP and Nod factor signaling,we measured Gm ACP expression levels in Gm NORK RNAi soybean transgenic roots and found that rhizobia inoculation led to substantially reduced Gm ACP ***,FA biosynthesis was affected by Nod factor signaling during nodule development in soybean,a finding that provides valuable information that improves our understanding of the functions of Gm NORK and Gm ACP in symbiotic signaling and nodule development.

This review briefly describes the origin,chemistry,molecular mechanism of action,pharmacology,toxicology,and ecotoxicology of palytoxin and its analogues. Palytoxin and its analogues are produced by marine dinoflagellates. Palytoxin is also produced by Zoanthids（i.e. Palythoa）,and Cyanobacteria（Trichodesmium）. Palytoxin is a very large,non-proteinaceous molecule with a complex chemical structure having both lipophilic and hydrophilic moieties. Palytoxin is one of the most potent marine toxins with an LD50 of 150 ng/kg body weight in mice exposed intravenously. Pharmacological and electrophysiological studies have demonstrated that palytoxin acts as a hemolysin and alters the function of excitable cells through multiple mechanisms of action. Palytoxin selectively binds to Na＋/K＋-ATPase with a Kd of 20 p M and transforms the pump into a channel permeable to monovalent cations with a single-channel conductance of 10 p S. This mechanism of action could have multiple effects on cells. Evaluation of palytoxin toxicity using various animal models revealed that palytoxin is an extremely potent neurotoxin following an intravenous,intraperitoneal,intramuscular,subcutaneous or intratracheal route of exposure. Palytoxin also causes non-lethal,yet serious toxic effects following dermal or ocular exposure. Most incidents of palytoxin poisoning have manifested after oral intake of contaminated seafood. Poisonings in humans have also been noted after inhalation,cutaneous/systemic exposures with direct contact of aerosolized seawater during Ostreopsis blooms and/or through maintaining aquaria containing Cnidarian zoanthids. Palytoxin has a strong potential for toxicity in humans and animals,and currently this toxin is of great concern worldwide.

The retention of sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) by nanofiltration (NF) membranes is strongly influenced by the pH value of the solution. The retention of SMZ reaches its peak value when the solution pH rises above its pKa2 value as the compound transforms into a negatively charged species. Charge repulsion is the main mechanism involved in SMZ removal by NF membranes. In this study, the removal of SMZ by NF membranes, as a function of solution chemistry, was examined at pH 8.9 to investigate the effect of solution conditions on charge repulsion. The results show that the retention of negatively charged SMZ is relatively independent of SMZ concentration, and an increase in the ionic strength of the solution causes a relatively small reduction in retention. A small effect of humic acid (HA) on SMZ retention was noticed at pH 8.9, which can be explained by a small but insignificant improvement in the zeta potential of the membrane caused by HA at high pH values. However, it was found that SMZ concentration in the feed decreased significantly in solutions containing tannic acid (TA). The Adams-Bohart model was applied to our experimental data and was found to be suitable for describing the initial part of the breakthrough curves. The adsorptive parameters of the membrane were determined.

A Novel Synthesis of 2-Amino-2-deoxy-D-gluconic Acid and Its Complexation with Cu（Ⅱ） in Alkaline Medium

A novel synthesis of the functional carbohydrate 2-amino-2-deoxy-D-gluconic acid was introduced and its complex formation with Cu（Ⅱ） was investigated to obtain the stability constant for its further applications to the food and pharmaceutical industries. The equilibrium was investigated by spectrophotometric measurements and processed by dual-series linear regression method. Results： the yield of 2-amino-2-deoxy-D-gluconic acid is 70%. The complexation molar ratio is 1 ： 2, the molar apsorptivity of the complex is 39.906 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at 630 nm, and the stability constant βn is 6.24 × 10^5.
