High photovoltages and power conversion efciencies of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)can be realized by controlling the undesired nonradiative charge carrier ***,we introduce a judicious amount of guanidinium iodide into mixed-cation and mixed-halide perovskite flms to suppress the parasitic charge carrier recombination,which enabled the fabrication of>20%efcient and operationally stable PSCs yielding reproducible photovoltageas high as 1.20 *** introducing guanidinium iodide into the perovskite precursor solution,the bandgap of the resulting absorber material changed minimally;however,the nonradiative recombination diminished considerably as revealed by time-resolved photoluminescence and electroluminescence ***,using capacitance-frequency measurements,we were able to correlate the hysteresis features exhibited by the PSCs with interfacial charge *** study opens up a path to realize new record efciencies for PSCs based on guanidinium iodide doped perovskite flms.

Background:Jinqi Jiangtang tablets(JQJT)have been approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in China for many *** the effective substances and mechanisms of JQJT is important for its clinical application and further drug research and *** study aimed to explore the chemical basis and mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of ***:With network pharmacology,we screened substances in JQJT and their possible targets,then constructed the action network and enriched the biological functions and pathways associated with the active components,and identified the potential targets and mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of *** on the network pharmacology data,we explored the hypoglycemic mechanisms of coptisine in JQJT through western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain ***:Forty-three compounds with good pharmacokinetic properties were identified in JQJT,together with 146 potential biological *** these potential targets,74 were associated with treatment of T2DM.A compound-target network of the 43 compounds against T2DM was *** process and signal pathway enrichment analysis of the network highlighted the FoxO signaling *** blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction results showed that coptisine,but not epiberberine,significantly inhibited expression of key genes involved in hepatocyte gluconeogenesis by regulating the FoxO1 signaling ***:Network pharmacology analysis and cell experiments showed that coptisine regulated glucose homeostasis by inhibiting the FoxO1 signaling pathway and hepatic gluconeogenesis,which may be one of the mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of T2DM.

Genetic variation is a key factor influencing cytokine production capacity,but which genetic loci regulate cytokine production before and after vaccination,particularly in African population is ***,we aimed to identify single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)controlling cytokine responses after microbial stimulation in infants of West-African ancestry,comprising of low-birth-weight neonates randomized to bacillus Calmette-Gue rin(BCG)vaccine-at-birth or to the usual delayed ***-wide cytokine cytokine quantitative trait loci(cQTL)mapping revealed 12 independent loci,of which the LINC01082-LINC00917 locus influenced more than half of the cytokine-stimulation pairs ***,nine distinct cQTLs were found among infants randomized to *** validation confirmed that several complement genes affect cytokine response after BCG *** observed a limited overlap of common cQTLs between the West-African infants and cohorts of Western European *** data reveal strong population-specific genetic effects on cytokine production and may indicate new opportunities for therapeutic intervention and vaccine development in African populations.

Controlling chaos in the Lorenz system with a controllable Rayleigh number is investigated by the state space exact linearization method. Based on proving the exact linearizability, the nonlinear feedback is utilized to design the transformation changing the original chaotic system into a linear controllable one so that the control is realized. Numerical examples of control are presented.

Currently,the improvement in AI is mainly related to deep learning techniques that are employed for the classification,identification,and quantification of patterns in clinical *** deep learning models show more remarkable performance than the traditional methods for medical image processing tasks,such as skin cancer,colorectal cancer,brain tumour,cardiac disease,Breast cancer(BrC),and a few *** manual diagnosis of medical issues always requires an expert and is also ***,developing some computer diagnosis techniques based on deep learning is *** cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in females with a rapidly growing *** is estimated that patients with BrC will rise to 70%in the next 20 *** diagnosed at a later stage,the survival rate of patients with BrC is ***,early detection is essential,increasing the survival rate to 50%.A new framework for BrC classification is presented that utilises deep learning and feature *** significant steps of the presented framework include(i)hybrid contrast enhancement of acquired images,(ii)data augmentation to facilitate better learning of the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)model,(iii)a pre‐trained ResNet‐101 model is utilised and modified according to selected dataset classes,(iv)deep transfer learning based model training for feature extraction,(v)the fusion of features using the proposed highly corrected function‐controlled canonical correlation analysis approach,and(vi)optimal feature selection using the modified Satin Bowerbird Optimization controlled Newton Raphson algorithm that finally classified using 10 machine learning *** experiments of the proposed framework have been carried out using the most critical and publicly available dataset,such as CBISDDSM,and obtained the best accuracy of 94.5%along with improved computation *** comparison depicts that the presented method surpasses the current state‐ofthe‐art approache
