Timataxel(13-(N-Boc-3-i-butylisoserinoyl-4,10-β-diacetoxy-2-α-benzoyloxy-5-β-20-epoxy-1,13-α-dihydroxy-9-oxo-19-norcyclopropa[g]tax-11-ene)), used to be called TM-2, is a novel semi-synthetic promising candidate for cancer treatment. However the preformulation study showed that TM-2 was insoluble and chemically instable in water, which would limit its application. This study aimed at the preparation of Timataxel lipid microspheres(TM-2 LMs)and investigated the difference between TM-2 LMs and TM-2 solution in pharmacokinetics. In this work, the final formulation was as follows: 0.10%(w/v) TM-2;10.00%(w/v) oil phase(long chain triglyceride:media chain triglyceride = 2.50%:7.50%);1.40%(w/v) phospholipid;0.02%(w/v) NaH2 PO4;2.25%(w/v) glycerin and water to a total volume of 100 *** particle size distribution, content and entrapment efficacy were 205.0 ± 43.3 nm, 101.00% and 99.12%, respectively. TM-2 LMs were stable during storage at 25 °C for 3 months, even under the condition of 60 °C and 4500 lx for 10 d. Phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) in phospholipid may contribute to the stability of TM-2 LMs. The pharmacokinetic parameters for TM-2 LMs were as follows: AUC(0-∞) 3663.71 μg/l h and the clearance 2.26 l/h/kg. As for solution, these parameters were 1712.52 μg/l h and 4.77 l/h/kg, respectively. The t1/2 of TM-2 LMs was similar to TM-2 solution. The pharmacokinetic results indicated that the AUC of TM-2 LMs was larger, the clearance was smaller than that of TM-2 solution. In a word, lipid microspheres were a promising drug delivery system for TM-2.

A series of 6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline derivatives connected by diaryl urea scaffolds was designed, synthesized and their in vitro antitumor activities were evaluated. Most of them showed an excellent potency against the four tested cancer cell lines as compared with sorafenib. Particularly, a promising compound 20 was identified, which showed the most potent antitumor activities with IC50 values of 0.08, 0.09, 0.16 and 0.19 μmol/L against H460, HT-29, MKN-45 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines, respectively. The structure-activity relationship（SAR） analysis indicated that compounds with dimethylamino or diethylamino group at the C4 position of 6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline moiety exhibited superior activities than compounds bearing morpholino groups.

Active-passive radial-additive friction stir repairing of mechanical hole out of dimension tolerance of AZ31 magnesium alloy

In order to avoid the depth increasing of repaired hole and eliminate the super-fine grain band in stir zone by radial-additive friction stir repairing(R-AFSR), a solid-state repairing technique of active-passive radial-additive friction stir repairing(AP-RAFSR) assisted by the truncated cone-shaped filling material was proposed in this study. The mechanical hole out of dimension tolerance of AZ31 magnesium alloy was chosen as the repaired object. The results indicated that the AP-RAFSR process rather than the R-AFSR process avoided the kissing bond in the bottom of the repairing interface under the condition of the tool pin length equal to the height of the standard mechanical *** continuously-distributed and large-length super-fine grain bands were eliminated in the stir zone by AP-RAFSR. The maximum tensile and compressive-shear strengths of repaired hole by AP-RAFSR reached 190.6 MPa and 138.9 MPa at 1200 rpm respectively, which were equivalent to 97.7% and 89.6% of those of the standard mechanical hole. This AP-RAFSR process assisted by the truncated cone-shaped filling material provides a new technique to obtain a no-depth-increasing, defect-free and high-strength repaired mechanical hole.

This paper addresses the almost surely exponential(ASE)stabilisation problem of continuoustime singular semi-Markov jump systems(s-MJSs),where the state at jump instants is *** of such a discontinuity existing,the consistency of initial condition at jump instants is impossible to be ensured but is an essential issue of singular systems.A proportional-derivative(PD)state feedback controller is proposed to deal with it such that the closed-loop singular s-MJSs is normal and *** sufficient conditions for the existence of such a controller are derived as linear matrix inequalities,which includes some existing considered systems as special *** numerical examples are used to show the effectiveness and superiority of the methods.

In this paper,the stability and control issues of a class of uncertain nonlinear discrete-time systems in the strict feedback form are *** dead-zone input in the systems,whose property is non-symmetric and discretized,is *** unknown functions in the systems are approximated by using the radial basis function neural networks(RBFNNs).Backstepping design procedure is employed in the controller and the adaptation laws *** analysis method is utilized to prove the stability of the closed-loop system.A simulation example is given to illustrate the efectiveness of the proposed approach.

Electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction is a carbon-free and energy-saving strategy for efficient synthesis of ammonia under ambient ***,we report the synthesis of nanosized Bi2O3 particles grown on functionalized exfoliated graphene(Bi2O3/FEG)via a facile electrochemical deposition *** obtained free-standing Bi2O3/FEG achieves a high Faradaic efficiency of 11.2%and a large NH3 yield of 4.21±0.14μgNH3 h^-1 cm^-2 at-0.5 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode in 0.1 M Na2SO4,better than that in the strong acidic and basic *** from its strong interaction of Bi 6p band with the N2p orbitals,binder-free characteristic,and facile electron transfer,Bi2O3/FEG achieves superior catalytic performance and excellent long-term stability as compared with most of the previous reported *** study is significant to design low-cost,high-efficient Bi-based electrocatalysts for electrochemical ammonia synthesis.

Along with the environmental pollution, the scarcity of clean water seriously threatens the sustainable development of human ***, the rapid development of solar evaporators has injected new vitality into the field of water purification. However, the industry faces a considerable challenge of achieving comprehensive purification of ions, especially the efficient removal of mercury ions. In this work, we introduce an ideal mercury-removal platform based on facilely and cost-effectively synthesized polysulfide nanoparticles(PSNs). Further development of PSN-functionalized reduced graphene oxide(PSN-rGO) aerogel evaporator results in achieving a high evaporation rate of 1.55 kg m^(-2)h^(-1)with energy efficiency of 90.8% under 1 sun. With the merits of interconnected porous structure and adsorption ability, the photothermal aerogel presents overall purification of heavy metal ions from wastewater. During solar desalination, salt ions can be rejected with long-term stability. Compared with traditional water purification technologies, this highly efficient solar evaporator provides a new practical method to utilize clean energy for clean water production.

This paper is concerned with the problem of stability analysis of nonlinear Roesser-type two-dimensional （2D） systems. Firstly, the fuzzy modeling method for the usual one-dimensional （1D） systems is extended to the 2D ease so that the underlying nonlinear 2D system can be represented by the 2D Takagi Sugeno （TS） fuzzy model, which is convenient for implementing the stability analysis. Secondly, a new kind of fuzzy Lyapunov function, which is a homogeneous polynomially parameter dependent on fuzzy membership functions, is developed to conceive less conser- vative stability conditions for the TS Roesser-type 2D system. In the process of stability analysis, the obtained stability conditions approach exactness in the sense of convergence by applying some novel relaxed techniques. Moreover, the obtained result is formulated in the form of linear matrix inequalities, which can be easily solved via standard numerical software. Finally, a numerical example is also given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

MoCap(motion capture)-based animation is a hot issue in computer animation research *** on the optical MoCap system,this paper proposes a novel cross-mapping based facial expression simulating *** overcome the problem of the false upper and lower jaw correlation derived from the facial global RBFbased cross-mapping method,we construct a functional partition based RBF cross-mapping *** model animating,enhanced markers are added and animated by our proposed skin motion *** addition,based on the enhanced markers,an improved RBF-based animating approach is raised to derive realistic facial *** more,a pre-computing algorithm is presented to reduce computational cost for real-time *** experiments proved that the method can not only map the MoCap data of one subject to diferent personalized faces but generate realistic facial animation.
