为了优化基础设施资源的效率,农业云视频平台虚拟机布局算法需要了解虚拟机当前和未来的资源工作效率,尽可能准确地预知下一步工作,如服务部署,虚拟机的部署、迁移或停止。然而,通常在预测中使用的样本非常小,可用于分析的数据有限。因此,该文研究设计了一个考虑时间因素,基于小数据集学习的滑动窗口模型。此外,鉴于现有的预测算法仍然有很大的改进误差率的空间,该文中采用基于滑动窗口与最小二乘法和半监督学习的数学方法相结合,提出了一种半监督偏最小二乘法(semi-supervised partial least squares,SS-PLS)的方法来计算上述预测。该文中,分析了在虚拟机使用SS-PLS负荷预测的可行性和优势。试验结果表明,基于滑动窗口模型结合SS-PLS,使得预测精度有了显着的改善,即均方根误差为1.777 86,平均绝对误差是1.331 2,平均绝对误差百分比为0.238 36,三者的增量分别5.47%、6.37%、6.12%。该研究可为云平台中虚拟机资源管理和优化提供一种参考方法。

Supramolecular nanofiber peptide assemblies had been used to construct functional hydrogel biomaterials and achieved great ***,a new class of biphenyl-tripeptides with different C-terminal amino acids sequences transposition were developed,which could self-assemble to form robust supramolecular nanofiber hydrogels from 0.7 to 13.8 kPa at ultra-low weight percent(about 0.27 wt%).Using molecular dynamics simulations to interrogate the physicochemical properties of designed biphenyl-tripeptide sequences in atomic detail,reasonable hydrogen bond interactions and“FF”brick(phenylalanine-phenylalanine)promoted the formation of supramolecular fibrous *** biomechanical properties and intermolecular interactions were also analyzed by rheology and spectroscopy analysis to optimize amino acid *** L929 cells adhesion and proliferation demonstrated good biocompatibility of the *** storage modulus of BPAA-AFF with 10 nm nanofibers self-assembling was around 13.8 kPa,and the morphology was similar to natural extracellular *** supramolecular nanofiber hydrogels could effectively support chondrocytes spreading and proliferation,and specifically enhance chondrogenic related genes expression and chondrogenic matrix *** biomimetic supramolecular short peptide biomaterials hold great potential in regenerative medicine as promising innovative matrices because of their simple and regular molecular structure and excellent biological performance.

Biomaterial-based strategies for maxillofacial tumour therapy and bone defect regeneration

Issues caused by maxillofacial tumours involve not only dealing with tumours but also repairing jaw bone *** traditional tumour therapy,the systemic toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs,invasive surgical resection,intractable tumour recurrence,and metastasis are major threats to the patients’lives in the ***,biomaterial-based intervention can improve the efficiency of tumour treatment and decrease the possibility of recurrence and metastasis,suggesting new promising antitumour *** addition,maxillofacial bone tissue defects caused by tumours and their treatment can negatively affect the physiological and psychological health of patients,and investment in treatment can result in a multitude of burdens to *** are promising options because they have good biocompatibility and bioactive properties for stimulation of bone *** interestingly,an integrated material regimen that combines tumour therapy with bone repair is a promising treatment ***,we summarized traditional and biomaterial-mediated maxillofacial tumour treatments and analysed biomaterials for bone defect ***,we proposed a promising and superior design of dual-functional biomaterials for simultaneous tumour therapy and bone regeneration to provide a new strategy for managing maxillofacial tumours and improve the quality of life of patients in the future.

Although platelet-rich plasma(PRP)plays a significant role in the orthopedic clinical application,it still faces two major problems,namely,uncontrollable factors release,frequent preparation and extraction processes as well as the inconvenient form of *** overcome these shortcomings,freeze-dried PRP(LyPRP)was encapsulated into bioactive Col I hydrogel to induce osteogenic dif-ferentiation of rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(rBMSCs).And PRP/Col I composite hydrogel was prepared as a *** with Col I hydrogel,the introduction of platelets significantly improved the mechanical properties of ***,platelets were evenly distributed in the composite hydrogels *** sustainable release of related factors in the composite hydrogels could last for more than 14days to maintain its long-term biological *** cell experiments confirmed that PRP and LyPRP could effectively alleviate the contraction of collagen hydrogel in vitro,and promote the adhesion,proliferation and osteogenesis differentia-tion of *** results of osteogenic gene expression indicated that the 10%LyPRP/Col I composite hydrogel could facilitate the early expression of BMP-2 and late osteogenic associated protein formation with higher expression of alkaline phosphatase and Osteocalcin(OCN).These results might provide new insights for the clinical application of 10%LyPRP/Col I composite hydro-gel as practical bone repair injection.

High-precision time-varying gravity field is an effective way to study the internal mass movement and understanding the spatio-temporal evolution process of the geodynamic *** to the satellite gravity measurement,the repeated terrestrial gravity observation can provide a more high-order signal related to the shallow crust and ***,the suitable and unified method for gravity model estimation is a key problem for further *** this study,we introduce the spherical hexahedron element to simulate the field source mass and forward model the change of gravity field located at the Sichuan-Yunnan region(99—104°E,23—29°N)in the four epochs from 2015 to *** to the experimental results based on Slepian or spherical harmonics frequency domain method,this alternative approach is suitable for constructing the equivalent mass source model of regional-scale gravity data,by introducing the first-order smooth prior condition of gravity time-varying signal to suppress the high-frequency component of the *** results can provide a higher spatial resolution reference for regional gravity field modeling in the Sichuan-Yunnan region.

Obesity is a complex,chronic disease and global public health *** by excessive fat accumulation in the body,obesity sharply increases the risk of several diseases,such as type 2 diabetes,cardiovascular disease,and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and is linked to lower life *** lifestyle intervention(diet and exercise)has remarkable effects on weight management,achieving long-term success at weight loss is extremely challenging,and the prevalence of obesity continues to rise *** the past decades,the pathophysiology of obesity has been extensively investigated,and an increasing number of signal transduction pathways have been implicated in obesity,making it possible to fight obesity in a more effective and precise *** this review,we summarize recent advances in the pathogenesis of obesity from both experimental and clinical studies,focusing on signaling pathways and their roles in the regulation of food intake,glucose homeostasis,adipogenesis,thermogenesis,and chronic *** also discuss the current antiobesity drugs,as well as weight loss compounds in clinical trials,that target these *** evolving knowledge of signaling transduction may shed light on the future direction of obesity research,as we move into a new era of precision medicine.

Effect of salinity on survival,feeding behavior and growth of juvenile swimming crab P ortunus trituberculatus was investigated under 5 salinity levels of 5,10,20,30 and 40. The results show that the crab juveniles fed 2 or 3 times at the salinity 20 and 30,each lasted for about 25 minutes,for a total feeding time of 73.2±22.65 minutes per day. At these salinities,there were significantly higher in the frequency of feeding and in total feeding time than those at lower salinities of 5 and 10. All crab juveniles moulted when reared at a salinity of 20 during the 5 days duration of the experiment,which is significantly higher than those at other salinities. All juveniles survived at salinity 20,and the survivorship was not significantly different from that at 30,but was signif icantly higher than those at other salinities. The crab juveniles reared at a salinity of 20 had the highest value of food ration of 0.190 8±0.011 3 g/g BW,average body weight gain of 0.796±0.128 g,gain rate of 87%–96%,and food conversion ratio of 1.20±0.09. There was no significant difference in the values found between 20 and 30 but these values were significantly lower than that at the other salinities( P> 0.05). Highest activities of digestive enzymes(Amylase,Protease,Lipase) and lowest activities of protective enzymes(SOD,PO,CAT) were also obtained on crab juveniles reared at salinity of 20.

In order to research whether it is suitable to set a geological disposal repository for high-level radioactive nuclear waste into one target granite body,two active source seismic profles were arranged near a small town named Tamusu,Western *** study area is with complex surface conditions,thus the seismic exploration encountered a variettraveltimey of technical difculties such as crossing obstacles,de-noising harmful scattered waves,and building complex near-surface velocity *** order to address those problems,techniques including cross-obstacle seismic geometry design,angle-domain harmful scattered noise removal,and an acoustic wave equation-based inversion method jointly utilizing both the and waveform of frst arrival waves were *** fnal seismic images clearly exhibit the target rock’s unconformable contact boundary and its top interface beneath the sedimentary and weathered *** this basis,it could be confrmed that the target rock is not thin or has been transported by geological process from somewhere else,but a native and massive *** are a few small size fractures whose space distribution could be revealed by seismic images within the *** fractures should be kept *** on current research,it could be considered that active source seismic exploration is demanded during the sitting process of the geological disposal repository for nuclear *** seismic acquisition and processing techniques proposed in the present paper would ofer a good reference value for similar researches in the future.
