The development of an advanced phototheranostic platform that combines imaging and therapy in a single agent is an appealing yet challenging *** this study,we successfully constructed three novel fluorescent probes by leveraging pharmaceutical chemistry and the design philosophy of the π-bridge *** a systematic comparative analysis of their fluorescence properties,water solubility,molecular conformation,and electrostatic potential,we revealed the fundamental principles governing the optical behavior and biological selectivity of these ***,the probe TPh IQ-CNTh demonstrated extended fluorescence in the near-infrared region,a significant aggregation-induced emission(AIE) effect,and the ability to distinguish tumor cells from normal ***,it efficiently generated reactive oxygen species(ROS) and specifically labeled lipid droplets,enabling the precise staining and killing of cancer *** study presents a practical strategy for designing precise tumor treatments that integrate efficient imaging-guided photodynamic therapy(PDT) by harnessing the unique properties of AIE materials.

Dynamic generation of multimode vortex waves carrying orbital angular momentum (OAM) utilizing programmable metasurfaces has attracted considerable attention. Yet, it is still a challenge to achieve multiplexed vortex waves with an arbitrary customized mode combination, stemming fundamentally from the discrete control over phase exhibited by current programmable metasurfaces, which are typically constrained to a limited 1-bit or 2-bit discrete resolution.

In the context of complex tectonic evolution， due to the control of tectonic compression stress and faults on tectonic fractures， the formation and development of tectonic fractures in the T3x2tight reservoirs present significant variations across different tectonic segments in the Western Sichuan Foreland Basin. We clarified the control of differential tectonic evolution on the formation and development of tectonic fractures in different tectonic segments through field-based observations， core samples， image logging， as well as fluid inclusion petrography and temperature determinations of fracture-filling materials， combined with 2D balanced cross-section restoration. The study area primarily manifests two types of tectonic fractures in the tight reservoirs: orogen-related fractures （regional fractures） and fault-related fractures. The orientations of these fractures are predominantly E-W， nearly N-S， NE， and NW. Specifically， the northern segment area only shows the development of regional fractures， while the southern and middle segments exhibit the development of both regional and tectonic fractures. There are three phases of tectonic fractures in different tectonic segments， and their formation times are relatively consistent. The Mesozoic tectonic events had a significant impact on the northern and central segments， with the amount of tectonic shortening and the rate of stratigraphic shortening gradually decreasing from the northeast to the southwest. The compressional stress resulting from tectonic compression also decreases from the northeast to the southwest. As a result， the development of first-phase and second-phase tectonic shear fractures is more pronounced in the northern and middle segments compared to the southern segment. Under the significant control of faults， the development of N-S- and NE-oriented fault-related fractures is more pronounced in the southern segment， while the development of NE-oriented fault-related fractures is relatively higher

Carbon monoxide（CO） has recently been well-established as a promising therapeutic modality against cancer. The development of transition-metal-free and tumor-targeted delivery platforms for CO is highly demanded but remains very sporadic. Herein, we developed a polyprodrug system for the co-delivery of CO and a chemotherapeutic agent combretastin A-4（CA-4） to the tumor site based on a chemiexcitation mechanism. Such a poly-prodrug successfully achieved the co-activation of CO and CA-4 in response to H2O2at the tumor site both in vitro and in vivo. Importantly, a synergist effect between CO and CA-4 was observed in suppressing tumor growth in a mouse tumor model. It is anticipated that such a poly-prodrug system could be potentially adapted for the co-delivery of CO and another drug payload for combinational therapy for other indications.

In this paper, two kinds of methods of calculating the hydrogen content of a-Si:H thin film by means of the wagging mode and the stretching modes of infrared-transmission spectra , are investigated. The reason for the difference in these two calculation results is analyzed. If the contents of SiH2 and (SiH2)n are indicated in terms of a structure factor F=(I840+I880)/I2000, it is shown that the calculation results obtained from the two different methods are almost equal when the refractive index n is approximately 3.4 or the fitting thickness is between 0.71 and 0.89 mm in the case of a small F. It is shown that the ways of fabrication of thin film can influence silicon-hydrogen bonding configuration of a-Si:H film, and different ways of fabrication can lead to different contents of SiH2 and (SiH2)n. The uniformity of the thin film with a big F is bad. In this case, there is great difference between the thickness measured by the SurfCom408A surface profile apparatus and the thickness obtained by fitting the fringes; and the hydrogen contents of a-Si:H films obtained by means of the wagging mode and the stretching modes are different, too. But the fabrication of the MWECR CVD assisted by CAT CVD can effectively restrain the formation of SiH2 and (SiH2)n.

The Southwest Tianshan is the suture zone between the Central Tianshan and the Tarim *** better illustrate the subduction polarity of the Southwest Tianshan Ocean,a systematic detrital zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb geochronology of sedimentary rocks of the Devonian Apadaerkang Formation and the Carboniferous Akeqiayi Group of the Biedieli area in the Wushi region is the *** zircon ages indicate that the youngest grains of the targeted quartz sandstones are Late Devonian and Early Carboniferous in age,*** ages also have relatively similar age spectra,indicating a similar tectonic setting and source in the Biedieli area during the Devonian to *** main spectrum peaks occur at 2360,1960,810,640 and 440 Ma,with a principal age peak in the early Paleozoic(474-430 Ma),and the Central Tianshan Terrane is indicated as the main *** detrital zircon geochronology and sedimentary characteristics of the Biedieli rocks indicate that the Paleozoic sedimentary rocks in the northern Wushi region were formed at an active continental margin,associated mainly with the early Paleozoic subduction of the South Tianshan Ocean.

Sediment transport is one of the main concerns in a river system with hyper-concentrated flows. Therefore, the water use for sediment transport must be considered in study on the water demand for river ecosystem. The conventional methods for calculating the Minimum Water Demand for River Ecosystem (MWDRE) are not appropriate for rivers with high sediment concentration. This paper studied the MWDRE in wet season, dry season and the whole year under different water-and-sediment conditions in the Lower Yellow River, which is regarded as a typical river with sediment-laden flows. The characteristics of MWDRE in the river are analyzed. Firstly, the water demand for sediment transport (WDST) is much larger than the demands for other riverine functions, the WDST accounts for the absolute majority of the MWDRE. Secondly, in wet season when the WDST is satisfied, not only most of the annual incoming sediment can be transported downstream, but also the water demands for other river functions can be satisfied automatically, so that the MWDRE in wet season is identical to the WDST. Thirdly, in dry season, when the WDST is satisfied, the water demands for other river functions can also be satisfied, but the low sediment transport efficiency results in significant waste of water resources. According to these characteristics and aiming at decreasing sediment deposition in the riverbed and improving the utilization efficiency of water resources, hydrological engineering works can be used to regulate or control flow and sediment so that the sediment incoming in dry season can be accumulated and be transported downstream intensively and thus efficiently in wet season.
