Nanoplastics(NPs)can accumulate in the kidney and cause kidney injury,but the multi-organ interaction mechanism and preventive measures of kidney injury are still *** this study,in vivo(60μg/day,42 days)and in vitro(0.4μg/μL,24 h)exposure models of polystyrene nanoplastics(PS-NPs,80 nm)in mice and human kidney cortex proximal tubule epithelial cells(HK-2 cells)were established,*** study revealed that PS-NPs caused obvious pathological changes and impaired renal function in mice,which were related to lipid metabolism disorders mediated by intestinal ***-fatty acid synthase(Fasn)-docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)pathway may be one of the mechanisms of kidney injury in ***,we also found that melatonin attenuates PS-NPs-induced nephrotoxicity by modulating lipid metabolism disorders(represented by DHA)and affects Fasn *** conclusion,our study revealed the important role of intestinal flora-mediated lipid metabolism in PS-NPs-induced nephrotoxicity and preliminarily provided potential key gene targets and effective preventive measures for PS-NPs-induced nephrotoxicity.

Background:Numerous academic studies have explored the utilization of pharmacogenomics in the context of immunologic diseases in recent *** this,there is a notable absence of scientometric analyses focusing on the literature within this ***:This study employs bibliometric methods to systematically categorize the literature pertaining to pharmacogenomics in the context of immune diseases,with the aim of identifying research trends,key areas of interest,and prominent research institutions in this ***:Scientometric analysis compared 812 international publications with 71 Chinese publications,finding that the prevailing international research focus is on the precise dosing and therapy of immunosuppressants like mercaptopurine,a topic more extensively explored than in Chinese ***:It is found that the research focus is centered on precision medication and therapy,with a particular emphasis on the utilization of different immunosuppressants like mercaptopurine and ***,it is anticipated that precision dosing of emerging immunosuppressants like sirolimus will be a significant are a of future research.

We present a polarization-multiplexing off-axis Mach-Zehnder configuration for dual-wavelength digital holography to achieve phase imaging in one shot. In this configuration, two orthogonal linear-polarized waves with respect to different wavelengths are employed to record respective holograms synchronously, where two recording waves transmit independently through the same optical paths of the interferometer, and by installing two analyzer polarizers each to filter off either of two wavelengths, and filtering through the other, the holograms are acquired, respectively, by a pair of CCDs at the same time. The unwrapped phase image of a grating with groove depth 7.i ~m is retrieved via spatial frequency filtering.

Bi layer formation in Cu/Sn-58Bi/Cu solder joints was investigated with different current densities and solder thickness. Uniform and continuous Bi layers were formed at the anode interface which indicated that Bi was the main diffusing species migrating from the cathode to the anode. The electromigration force and Joule heating took on the main driving forces for Bi diffusion and migration. In addition, two appearance types of Bi layers, planar-type and groove-type, were found during current stressing. The morphology and thickness of Bi layers were affected by current density and current stressing time.

The electromigration behavior of eutectic SnAg solder reaction couples was studied at various temperature （25 and 120℃ when the current density was held constant at 104 A/cm^2 or 5×10^3 A/cm^2. Under the current density of 104 A/cm^2, scallop type Cu6Sn5 spalls and migrates towards the direction of electron flow at room ambient temperature （25℃）, but transforms to layer type Cu3Sn and leaves Kirkendall voids in it at high ambient temperature （120℃）. Under the current density of 5×10^3 A/cm^2 plus room ambient temperature, no obvious directional migration of metal atoms/ions is found. Instead, the thermal stress induced by mismatch of dissimilar materials causes the formation of superficial valley at both interfaces. However, when the ambient temperature increases to 120℃, the mobility of metal atoms/ions is enhanced, and then the grains rotate due to the anisotropic property of β-Sn.

NiP-SiC （≈1 1wt% P） composite coatings were electroplated in a Brenner type plating bath. The coatings had amorphous nano-phase composite structure. Direct current and alternating current electrochemical tests were carried out on such coatings in a 3.5wt% solution of NaCl to evaluate their corrosion resistance. The potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS） tests, and exposure experiments all show that the corrosion resistance of NiP-SiC coatings first increases and then decreases when the SiC content increases, but the corrosion resistance of NiP-SiC composite coating is better than that of amorphous NiP coatings.

We demonstrate an all-fiberized narrow-linewidth nanosecond amplifier with high peak power,tunable pulse width,and repetition rate.A fiber-coupled narrow-linewidth laser diode operating at 1064.1 nm is employed as the seed source,which is gain-switched to generate nanosecond pulses with tunable pulse widths of 1-200 ns and tunable repetition rates of10 Hz-100 *** utilizing a very-large-mode-area Yb-doped fiber with a core diameter of 50 μm in the power amplifier,thresholds of the stimulated Brillouin scattering at different pulse widths and repetition rates are *** maximum average power reaches 30.8 W at the pulse width of 4 ns and a repetition rate of 100 kHz,corresponding to an optical-tooptical conversion efficiency of ~55.2%.Pulse energy and peak power are calculated to be 0.2 mJ and 50 kW,respectively,which are limited by stimulated Brillouin *** 3-dB spectral linewidth remains around 0.05 nm during the power scaling *** stimulated Brillouin scattering limited output powers at different pulse widths and repetition rates are *** power of 47.5 kW(0.19 mJ) is obtained for the 4 ns pulses at a repetition rate of 50 kHz,which is nearly the same as that of 4 ns pulses at 100 *** the pulse width of the seed source is increased to 8 ns,peak powers/pulse energies are decreased to 19.6 kW/0.11 mJ and 13.3 kW/0.08 mJ at repetition rates of 50 kHz and 100 kHz,respectively.

A new species of a new genus, Atopderma ellipta gen. et sp. nov. is described from the Middle Jurassic Jiulongshan Formation of Daohugou, Inner Mongolia, China. Because of poor preservation, the placement of these specimens is contentious, either Dermaptera or Coleoptera. However, we are inclined to attribute them to Dermaptera based on differences of five key characters. Detailed description and illustration of the specimens are given. Possible reasons for lacking good and complete abdomen preservation are also discussed.
