Soil shear wave velocity （SWV） is an important parameter in geotechnical engineering. To measure the soil SWV, three methods are generally used in China, including the single-hole method, cross-hole method and the surface-wave technique. An optimized approach based on a correlation function for single-hole SWV measurement is presented in this paper. In this approach, inherent inconsistencies of the artificial methods such as negative velocities, and too-large and too-small velocities, are eliminated from the single-hole method, and the efficiency of data processing is improved. In addition, verification using the cross-hole method of upper measuring points shows that the proposed optimized approach yields high precision in signal processing.

Objective:Although T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain containing molecule-3(Tim-3)has been recognized as a promising target for cancer immunotherapy,its exact role in breast cancer has not been fully ***:Tim-3 gene expression in breast cancer and its prognostic significance were *** mechanisms were then explored in vitro by establishing Tim-3-overexpressing breast cancer ***:In a pooled analysis of The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,Tim-3 gene expression levels were significantly higher(P<0.001)in breast cancer tissue,compared with normal ***-3 was a prognosis indicator in breast cancer patients[relapse-free survival(RFS),P=0.004;overall survival(OS),P=0.099].Tim-3 overexpression in Tim-3 low breast cancer cells promoted aggressiveness of breast cancer cells,as evidenced by enhanced proliferation,migration,invasion,tight junction deterioration and tumor-associated tubal ***-3 also enhanced cellular resistance to ***,Tim-3 exerted its function by activating the NF-κB/STAT3 signalling pathway and by regulating gene expression[cyclin D1(CCND1),C-Myc,matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP1),TWIST,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)upregulation,concomitant with Ecadherin downregulation).Lastly,Tim-3 downregulated tight junction-associated molecules zona occludens(ZO)-2,ZO-1 and occludin,which may further facilitate tumor ***:Tim-3 plays an oncogenic role in breast cancer and may represent a potential target for antitumor therapy.

A diode-pumped solid-state laser （DPSSL） with a high energetic stability and long service life is applied to ablate the steel samples instead of traditional Nd：YAG laser pumped by a xenon lamp, and several factors, such as laser pulse energy, repetition rate and argon flow rate, that influence laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy （LIBS） analytical performance are investigated in detail. Under the optimal experiment conditions, the relative standard deviations for C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr and Cu are 3.3%-8.9%, 0.9%-2.8%, 1.2%-4.1%, 1.7%-3.0%, 1.1%-3.4% and 2.5%-8.5%, respectively, with the corresponding relative errors of 1.1%-7.9%, 1.0%-6.3%, 0.4%-3.9%, 1.5%-6.3%, 1.2%-4.0% and 1.2%-6.4%. Compared with the results of the traditional spark discharge optical emission spectrometry technique, the analytical performance of LIBS is just a little inferior due to the less stable laser-induced plasma and smaller amount of ablated sample by the laser. However, the precision, detection limits and accuracy of LIBS obtained in our present work were sufficient to meet the requirements for process analysis. These technical performances of higher stability of output energy and longer service life for DPSSL, in comparison to the Q-switch laser pumped by xeon lamp, qualify it well for the real time online analysis for different industrial applications.

Synechococcus is one of the most abundant picocyanobacteria in marine ecosystem,and the absence of Prochlorococcus would make it indispensable as a primary producer in the Bohai Sea,North ***,the abundance distribution and genetic diversity of Synechococcus in this region have rarely been *** this study,the distribution pattern of Synechococcus abundance was investigated during four cruises in April,June,August,and November from 2018 to 2019,moreover,its phenogenetic diversity was studied based on high-throughput sequencing of the cpe BA *** results demonstrate that phycoerythrin-containing Synechococcus was most abundant in August when temperature was high and oxygen saturation was *** this period,Synechococcus pigment type(PT)2 was abundant in the Bohai Bay and Laizhou Bay under conditions of high nutrient concentration,temperature,and *** comparison,PT3,especially those clusters characterized with high or variable ratio of phycourobilin and phycoerythrobilin,was predominant in the Bohai Strait and Liaodong Bay under conditions of high salinity,pH,and oxygen ***,co-occurrence correlations using network analysis revealed that Synechococcus PTs were related to 15.37%-43.48%of the prokaryotic *** PT3c/PT3d and PT2 were the most important PTs in the *** hierarchical clustering revealed that taxa co-occurred with Synechococcus PTs diff ered among *** could be attributed to the substance exchange and the environmental impact,which calls for more studies in the future.

A yellow emitting long afterglow luminescence material SrSc_(2)O_(4):Pr^(3+)was successfully prepared by solid state reaction ***_(2)O_(4):Pr^(3+)phosphor shows a long afterglow luminescence peak at about 495,545,621,630 and 657 nm,respectively,corresponding to the f–f transitions of Pr^(3+).The afterglow chromaticity coordinates of SrSc_(2)O_(4):1 at%Pr^(3+)were calculated to be(0.35,0.41),indicating that the afterglow emission is close to the light of yellow ***,the afterglow luminescence of the optimal sample doped by 1 at%Pr^(3+)can persist for over 3 *** thermoluminescence results suggest that there are three types of traps with depth of 0.61,0.69 and 0.78 eV exiting for all the samples,which are produced by the addition of Pr^(3+)*** trap density of SrSc_(2)O_(4):1 at%Pr^(3+)is the maximum when the incorporation of Pr^(3+)ions reaches 1 at%,which thus results in the longest afterglow *** the results indicate that SrSc_(2)O_(4):Pr^(3+)can be a potential candidate of novel long afterglow phosphors.

A novel green long afterglow material CaGeO_(3):Tb^(3+)was synthesized by high temperature solid phase *** to the experimental results,CaGeO_(3):Tb^(3+)is a green long persistent luminescent(LPL)material with excellent ***_(3):Tb^(3+)shows LPL emission peak at 442,490.9,548.7,588.5 and 623.8 nm,corresponding to ^(5)D_(3) to^(7)F_(4)and^(5)D_(4)to^(7)F_(J)(J=6,5,4,3)transitions of Tb^(3+).Its CIE coordinates are(0.27,0.50),indicating that the afterglow emission is close to the light of green *** addition,after the excitation source is turned off,the afterglow time is longer than 90 *** an interval of 7 h,the photo-stimulation luminescence(PSL)can be observed by using 980 nm laser cyclic *** thermoluminescence(ThL)results show that there are three types of traps in the material and their depths are 0.666,0.774 and 0.892 eV respectively,which are caused by the doping of Tb^(3+).All the results show that CaGeO_(3):Tb^(3+)is an excellent long afterglow luminescent material.
