This paper considers the stochastic resonance in a stochastic bistable system driven by a periodic square-wave signal and a static force as well as by additive white noise and dichotomous noise from the viewpoint of signal-to-noise ratio. It finds that the signal-to-noise ratio appears as stochastic resonance behaviour when it is plotted as a function of the noise strength of the white noise and dichotomous noise, as a function of the system parameters, or as a function of the static force. Moreover, the influence of the strength of the stochastic potential force and the correlation rate of the dichotomous noise on the signal-to-noise ratio is investigated.

This paper investigates the stochastic resonance in a monostable system driven by square-wave signal, asymmetric dichotomous noise as well as by multiplicative and additive white noise. By the use of the properties of the dichotomous noise, it obtains the expressions of the signal-to-noise ratio under the adiabatic approximation condition. It finds that the signal-to-noise ratio is a non-monotonic function of the asymmetry of the dichotomous noise, and which varies non- monotonously with the intensity of the multiplicative and additive noise as well as the system parameters. Moreover, the signal-to-noise ratio depends on the correlation rate and intensity of the dichotomous noise.

The longitudinal resistance performance of a granular ballast bed under cyclic symmetric displacement loading was studied based on a full-scale test model of ballast track structures. The change law of the longitudinal resistance characteristics of the ballast bed under variable displacement amplitudes was analyzed. The results show that： the resistance-displacement curves of a granular ballast bed are a set of closed hysteretic curves, indicating obvious energy consumption; a granular ballast bed softens gradually during the cyclic process with constant displacement amplitude, and the residual deformation rate increases nonlinearly with increasing cycle number; the peak value of the longitudinal resistance of lines decreases with increasing cycle number; the cyclic softening of a granular ballast bed is dependent on the displacement amplitude-the higher the displacement, the more severe the cyclic softening will become; after cyclic displacement loading is applied several times, the longitudinal resistance of the bed will degenerate obviously, and the higher the displacement amplitude, the higher the longitudinal resistance attenuation rate of the ballast bed will become.

Aluminum organic coprecipitates play important roles in the transport of oxyanions in soil environment.A new polynuclear aluminum organomineral precipitate(Al13-oxalate precipitate) was prepared to investigate the adsorption behavior of arsenate and phosphate on noncrystalline aluminum *** thermodynamic parameters for adsorption reaction were evaluated using macroscopic adsorption data and *** result showed that,the adsorption reaction basically is a diffusion *** spectroscopic studies have provided evidence for the formation of two different types of complexes in substrate,protonated bidentate and deprotonated bidentate complexes at pH 4 and pH≥6,*** classic competitive adsorption and XPS studies both indicated that phosphate has stronger chemical interaction with substrate than *** findings of XPS studies revealed that the precipitate substrate can act as Lewis acid when adsorbing oxyanions.

Zinc finger protein,an important transcription factor,regulates gene expression associated with various physiological and pathological processes.U-shaped,belong to the Friend of GATA(FOG)transcription factor,plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis by interacting with the GATA transcription factor as a ***,little is known about its functions in *** the present study,a U-shaped cDNA was identified and characterized from the silkworm Bombyx mori and its potential roles in innate immunity *** predicted silkworm U-shaped amino acid sequence contained a classical nuclear localization signal(NLS)motif“GESSPKRRRR”at position 45CU459,and arginine residues at position 456 and 478 are the critical sites of the NLS.U-shaped mRNA was detected in all tested tissues of the ***;however,the highest levels were found in the hemocytes.U-shaped mRNA expression levels were upregulated in the hemocyte after the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus ***,U-shaped knockdown significantly reduced the melanization process and suppressed the expression of melanization-associated genes,including PPO1,PPO2,PPAE and *** addition,U-shaped interacts with Lozenge protein to regulate the innate immune response of the *** results revealed that U-shaped binds directly to Lozenge protein to modulate the melanization process and innate immune responses in silkworm.

The silkworm,Bombyx mori,played an important role in the old Silk Road that connected ancient Asia and ***,to date,there have been few studies of the origins and domestication of this species using molecular *** this study,DNA sequences of mitochondrial and nuclear loci were used to infer the phylogeny and evolutionary history of the domesticated silkworm and its *** of the phylogenetic analyses indicated a close relationship between the domesticated silkworm and the Chinese wild *** was estimated to have occurred about 4100 years ago(ya),and the radiation of the different geographic strains of *** about 2000 *** Chinese wild silkworm and the Japanese wild silkworm split about 23600 *** estimates are in good agreement with the fossil evidence and historical *** addition,we show that the domesticated silkworm experienced a population expansion around 1000 *** divergence times and the population dynamics of silkworms presented in this study will be useful for studies of lepidopteran phylogenetics,in the genetic analysis of domestic animals,and for understanding the spread of human civilizations.

In this paper, a nonautonomous stochastic food-chain system with functional response and impulsive perturbations is studied. By using Ito＇s formula, exponential martingale inequality, differential inequality and other mathematical skills, some sufficient conditions for the extinction, nonpersistence in the mean, persistence in the mean, and stochastic permanence of the system are established. Furthermore, some asymptotic properties of the solutions are also investigated. Finally, a series of numerical examples are presented to support the theoretical results, and effects of different intensities of white noises perturbations and impulsive effects are discussed by the simu｜ations.
