This paper reviews a large number of genes under positive Darwinian selection in modern human populations, such as brain development genes, immunity genes, reproductive related genes, perception receptors. The research on the evolutionary property of these genes will provide important insight into human evolution and disease mechanisms. With the increase of population genetics and comparative genomics data, more and more evidences indicate that positive Darwinian selection plays an indispensable role in the origin and evolution of human beings. This paper will also summarize the methods to detect positive selection, analyze the interference factors faced and make suggestions for further research on positive selection.

The CD59-coding sequences were obtained from 5 mammals by PCR and BLAST, and combined with the available sequences in GenBank, the nucleotide substitution rates of mammalian cd59 were calcu- lated. Results of synonymous and nonsynonymous substitution rates revealed that cd59 experienced negative selection in mammals overall. Four sites experiencing positive selection were found by using "site-specific" model in PAML software. These sites were distributed on the molecular surface, of which 2 sites located in the key functional domain. Furthermore, "branch-site-specific" model detected 1 positive site in cd59a and cd59b lineages which underwent accelerated evolution caused by positive selection after gene duplication in mouse.

Two-step steam reforming of methane (SRM) is a novel chemical looping process towards the production of pure hydrogen and syngas (synthesis gas), consisting of a syngas production step and a water-splitting step. Renewable energy can be used to drive this process for hydrogen production, especially solar energy. CeO2-Fe2O3 complex oxide oxygen carrier was prepared by the impregnation method and characterized by means of X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Raman spectroscopy (Raman) and hydrogen programmed reduction (H2-TPR). CH4 temperature programmed and isothermal reactions were adopted to test syngas production reactivity, and water splitting reaction was employed to investigate water-splitting activity. Moreover, two-step SRM performance was evaluated by a successive redox cycle. The results showed that CO-uncontaminated H2 and highly selective syngas (with H2/CO ratio close to 2) could be respectively obtained from two steps, and CeFeO3 formation was found in the first redox cycle and proved to be enhanced by the redox treatment. After 10 successive cycles, obvious CeFeO3 phase was detected, which may be responsible for favorable successive redox cycle performances.

Determination and Correlation of Solubilities of Four Novel Benzothiazolium Ionic Liquids with PF_6^- in Six Alcohols

Four novel benzothiazolium ionic liquids with 6PF?([C1Bth][PF6], [C4Bth][PF6], [C5Bth][PF6] and [C6Bth][PF6]) were synthesized, and the rang of their melting points were determined between 358.35 K-424.05 K. The relationship of their melting points and the length of the straight alkyl chain on cation reflected ‘S' type ten-dency. Then, the solubilities of the four ionic liquids in six lower alcohols(methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, 1-butanol and 2-methyl-1-propanol) were measured in the temperature rang of 253.15-383.15 K at at-mospheric pressure with static analytical method, respectively. It was found that [C6Bth][PF6] in all investigated ionic liquids had the largest solubility in six alcohols and the solubility of [C4Bth][PF6] in methanol was very sensi-tive for temperature in 313.15-333.15 K, which was so-called "temperature-sensitivity". This feature is of great significance to their application of catalyzing reaction or extraction process, and makes the recovery and reuse of ionic liquids(ILs) become easier. Moreover, the experimental solubility data were correlated with the modified Apelblat equation and λh equation, respectively. It was found that the result of correlation using two divided tem-perature ranges was better than that of using the whole temperature range.

This paper proposes a new infrared method to measure the start duration of GaAs substrate in chemi- cal etching. When etching starts, the temperature of liquid-film will change because of heat release in the chemical reaction. As a result, the start duration of GaAs can be tested by collecting real-time in- frared thermal images in the course of temperature variation. Both theoretical analysis and experi- mental results show that the line shape liquid film of a 2-mm width is a good monitoring subject. By making use of the grey distribution change of a certain cross section of the line shape liquid film, the start duration of reaction between GaAs and H2SO4-H2O2-H2O is obtained. The start durations of reac- tion between GaAs substrate and H2SO4:H2O2:H2O (=5:1:50 and 15:3:50) solution are about 0.2 s and 0.3―0.4 s, respectively. This result and relative method will impulse the research of wet chemical etching technology of GaAs and so on.

以野生滇蔗茅为生物模板剂合成Co掺杂的介孔SiO2催化氧化环己烷.并用X射线衍射、N2-物理吸附和解吸附、紫外-可见光光度计、傅里叶红外光谱仪和扫描电镜对材料进行了表征.X射线衍射、N2-物理吸附和解吸附研究结果表明该材料为介孔材料且氧化钴高分散于介孔材料的表面.紫外-可见光光谱表明钴离子以Co2+和Co3+的形态存在.环己烷的催化氧化结果表明催化剂能高效催化环己烷(环己烷的转化率为71.0%)转化为环己酮(选择性高达76.7%).催化剂的重复性试验表明该催化剂具有较高的稳定性,循环使用3次后,催化活性仅有微小的改变.
