The focusing modified Korteweg-de Vries(mKdV)equation with multiple high-order poles under the nonzero boundary conditions is first investigated via developing a Riemann-Hilbert(RH)*** begin with the asymptotic property,symmetry and analyticity of the Jost solutions,and successfully construct the RH problem of the focusing mKdV *** solve the RH problem when 1/S_(11)(k)has a single highorder pole and multiple high-order ***,we derive the soliton solutions of the focusing mKdV equation which corresponding with a single high-order pole and multiple high-order poles,***,the dynamics of one-and two-soliton solutions are graphically discussed.

Increasing evidence implicates disruptions in testicular fatty acid metabolism as a contributing factor in nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA), a severe form of male infertility. However, the precise mechanisms linking fatty acid metabolism to NOA pathogenesis have not yet been fully elucidated. Multi-omics analyses, including microarray analysis, single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq), and metabolomics, were utilized to investigate disruptions in fatty acid metabolism associated with NOA using data from public databases. Results identified ACSL6, ACSBG2, and OLAH as key genes linked to fatty acid metabolism dysregulation, suggesting their potential causative roles in NOA. A marked reduction in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially docosahexaenoic acid(DHA), was observed, potentially contributing to the pathological process of NOA. Sertoli cells in NOA patients exhibited apparent fatty acid metabolic dysfunction, with PPARG identified as a key transcription factor(TF) regulating this process. Functional analyses demonstrated that PPARG is crucial for maintaining blood-testis barrier(BTB) integrity and promoting spermatogenesis via regulation of fatty acid metabolism. These findings reveal the pivotal role of fatty acid metabolism in NOA and identify PPARG as a potential therapeutic target.

This paper investigated the nanostructure and oxidation reactivity of soot generated from biofuel 2,5-dimethylfuran pyrolysis with different CO_(2) additions and different temperatures in a quartz tube flow *** morphology and nanostructure of soot samples were characterized by a low and a high resolution transmission electron spectroscopy(TEM and HRTEM)and an X-ray diffraction(XRD).The oxidation reactivity of these samples was explored by a thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).Different soot samples were collected in the tail of the *** the increase of temperature,the soot showed a smaller mean particle diameter,a longer fringe length,and a lower fringe tortuosity,as well as a higher degree of ***,the variation of soot nanostructures resulting from different CO_(2) additions was not *** with 0%,50%,and 100%CO_(2) additions at one fixed temperature,the soot collected from the 10%CO_(2) addition has the highest degree of graphization and *** three temperatures of 1173 K,1223 K,and 1273 K,the mean values of fringe length distribution displayed a ranking of 10%CO_(2)>100%CO_(2)>50%CO_(2) while the mean particle diameters showed the same ***,the oxidation reactivity of different soot samples decreased in the ranking of 50%CO_(2) addition>100%CO_(2) addition>10%CO_(2) addition,which was equal to the ranking of mean values of fringe tortuosity *** result further confirmed the close relationship between soot nanostructure and oxidation reactivity.

Taking into account the effects of quantum interference and interface scattering, combining the electron current with hole current contribution to tunnel current, we study the coherent quantum transport in normal-metal/d-wave superconductor/ normal-metal (NM/d-wave SC/NM) double tunnel junctions by using extended Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk (BTK) approach. It is shown that all quasiparticle transport coefficients and conductance spectrum exhibit oscillating behavior with the energy, in which periodic vanishing of Andreev reflection (AR) above superconducting gap is found. In tunnel limit for the interface scattering strength taken very large, there are a series of bound states of quasiparticles formed in SC.

Cuticular wax plays an important role in protecting plants against water loss and pathogen infection and in the adaptations to environmental stresses. The genetic mechanism of the biosynthesis and accumulation of epicuticular wax in rice remains largely unknown. Here, we show a spontaneous mutant displaying wax crystal-sparse leaves and decreased content of epicuticular wax that was derived from the cytoplasmic male sterility （CMS） restorer line Zhenhui 714. Compared with the wild type Zhenhui 714, the mutant exhibited hydrophilic features on leaf surface and more sensitivity to drought stress. The mutation also caused lower grain number per panicle and thousand grain weight, leading to the decline of yield. Genetic analysis indicates that the mutation is controlled by a single recessive gene, named wax crystal-sparse leaf3 （wsl3）. Using segregation populations derived from crosses of mutant/Zhendao 88 and mutant/Wuyujing 3, respectively, the wsl3 gene was fine-mapped to a 110-kb region between markers c3-16 and c3-22 on chromosome 3. According to the rice reference genome and gene analysis, we conclude that a novel gene/mechanism involved in regulation of rice cuticular wax formation.

To study the ferroelectric photovoltaic effect based on polycrystalline films, preparation of high-quality polycrystalline films with low leakage and high remnant polarization is essential. Polycrystalline BiFeO3 （BFO） thin films with extremely large remnant polarization （2Pr = 180 ~aC/cm2） were successfully deposited on glass substrates coated with indium tin oxide using a modified radio frequency magnetron sputtering method. Symmetric and asymmetric cells were constructed to investigate the ferroelectric photovoltaic effect in order to understand the relationship between polarization and photovoltaic response. All examined cells showed polarization-induced photovoltaic effect. Our findings also showed that the ferroelectric photovoltaic effect is highly dependent on the material used for the top electrode and the thickness of the polycrystalline film.

An efficient direct asymmetric aldol reaction with zinc triflate and prolinamides as combined catalysts is reported.A series of chiral prolinamides have been designed and used in the direct aldol reaction resulting in the desired products with excellent yields(up to 94% yield) and high enantioselectivities(up to 96% ee).Water was found to play a significant role in the formation of the aldol products,which suggests a new strategy in the design of new organic catalysts.
