m^(6)A methylation is the most frequent modification of mRNA in eukaryotes and plays a crucial role in cancer progression by regulating biological ***-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding proteins(IGF2BP)are newly identified m^(6)A‘readers’.They belong to a family of RNA-binding proteins,which bind to the m^(6)A sites on different RNA sequences and stabilize them to promote cancer *** this review,we summarize the mechanisms by which different upstream factors regulate IGF2BP in *** current literature analyzed here reveals that the IGF2BP family proteins promote cancer cell proliferation,survival,and chemoresistance,inhibit apoptosis,and are also associated with cancer glycolysis,angiogenesis,and the immune response in the tumor ***,with the discovery of their role as‘readers’of m^(6)A and the characteristic re-expression of IGF2BPs in cancers,it is important to elucidate their mechanism of action in the immunosuppressive tumor *** also describe in detail the regulatory and interaction network of the IGF2BP family in downstream target RNAs and discuss their potential clinical applications as diagnostic and prognostic markers,as well as recent advances in IGF2BP biology and associated therapeutic value.

Although the existing group signature schemes from lattice have been optimized for efficiency,the signing abilities of eachmember in the group are relatively *** may not be suitable for complex *** by the pioneering work of Bellare and Fuchsbauer,we present a primitive called policy-based group *** policy-based group signatures,group members can on behalf of the group to sign documents that meet their own policies,and the generated signatures will not leak the identity and policies of the ***,the group administrator is allowed to reveal the identity of signer when a controversy *** the analysis of application scenarios,we concluded that the policy-based group signature needs to meet two essential security properties:simulatability and *** we construct a scheme of policy-based group signature from lattice through techniques such as commitment,zero-knowledge proof,rejection *** security of our scheme is proved to be reduced to the module short integer solution(MSIS)and module learning with errors(MLWE)hard ***,we make a performance comparison between our scheme and three lattice-based group signature *** result shows that our scheme has more advantages in storage overhead and the sizes of key and signature are decreased roughly by 83.13%,46.01%,respectively,compared with other schemes.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer death in women worldwide.1 Tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells(TiMs),key components of tumor microenvironment,are considered to be potential therapeutic targets for cancer recently,2.3 however,their heterogeneity remains insufficiently characterized in different breast cancer subtypes.A more detailed TIM transcriptional atlas across breast cancer subtypes at the single-cell level is required to better understand the underlying mechanisms influencing the prognosis of breast cancer patients.

In the present work,a zinc-based metal-organic framework{[Zn(ddpd)_(0.5)(bipy)_(0.5)]·H_(2)O]}_(n)(1-Zn)(where ddpd=2,5-di(2',4'-dic arboxylphenyl)-1,4-difluorobenzene,bipy=4,4-bipyridine)was synthesized by a solvothermal *** 1-Zn features a threedimensional(2,4,6)-connected network with{4^2.6^2.8^2}_(2){4^4.6^6.8^5}{6}***,without the assistance of other reagents,complex 1-Zn not only exhibited an exceeded 95%photodegradation efficiency for rhodamine B(Rh B),methyl blue(MB)and methyl orange(MO)within 40 min,but also showed high stability and *** addition,free radical quenching experiments and electron spin resonance(ESR)spectroscopy verified that the main active species in the photodegradation process were·O_(2)^(-)and OH,and a more indepth degradation mechanism was further elucidated by density functional theory(DFT)calculations.

Triazolopyridines are an important kind of fused-ring compounds.A HOCl-promoted triazolopyridine formation strategy is reported here for the first time in which hypochlorous acid(HOCl)mildly and efficiently promotes the formation of 1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridines NT1-NT6 from various 2-pyridylhydrazones N1-N6.N6,a rhodol-pyridylhydrazone hybrid,was developed into a fluorescent probe for the selective detection of HOCl,and successfully applied to probe endogenous HOCl in living cells and zebrafish in situ and in real *** present intramolecular cyclization reaction is selective and atom-economical,thereby not only providing an important approach for the convenient synthesis of triazolopyridines,but also offering a general strategy for sensitive,selective and biocompatible detection of endogenous HOCl in complex biosystems.
