UreteroPelvic Junction Obstruction(UPJO)is a common hydronephrosis disease in children that can result in an even progressive loss of renal *** is an economical,radiationless,noninvasive,and high noise preliminary diagnostic step for *** intelligence has been widely applied to medical fields and can greatly assist doctors'diagnostic *** demand for a highly secure network environment in transferring electronic medical data online,therefore,has led to the development of blockchain *** this study,we built and tested a framework that integrates a deep learning diagnosis model with blockchain *** diagnosis model is a combination of an attention-based pyramid semantic segmentation network and a discrete wavelet transformation-processed residual classification *** also compared the performance between benchmark models and our *** diagnosis model outperformed benchmarks on the segmentation task and classification task with MloU=87.93,MPA=93.52,and accuracy=91.77%.For the blockchain system,we applied the Interplanetary File System protocol to build a secure and private sharing *** framework can automatically grade the severity of UPJO using ultrasound images,guarantee secure medical data sharing,assist in doctors'diagnostic ability,relieve patients'burden,and provide technical support for future federated learning and linkage of the Internet of Medical Things(loMT).

Finite-temperature ductility-brittleness and electronic structures of Al3Sc,Al2Sc and AlSc are studied comparatively by first-principles calculations and ab initio molecular *** show that Al3Sc and Al2Sc are brittle at both ground state and finite temperatures,while AlSc possesses a significantly superior *** ground state,AlSc is ductile from Pugh's and Poisson's criteria,while it is brittle in Pettifor's *** ductility of all Al3Sc,Al2Sc and AISc improves greatly with the elevated ***,the Cauchy pressure of AlSc undergoes a transition from negative to *** T> 600 K,AlSc is unequivocally classified as ductile from all criteria *** all compounds,the Al-Al bond originated from s-p and p-p orbital hybridizations,and the Al-Sc bond dominated by p-d covalent hybridization,are the first and second strongest chemical bonds,*** explain the difference in mechanical properties,the mean bond strength（MBS） is introduced in this *** weaker Al-Al bond in AlSc,leading to a smaller MBS,could be the origin of the softer elastic stiffness and superior intrinsic *** longer length of the Al-Al bond in AlSc is responsible for its weaker bond ***,the enhanced metallicity of the Al-Al bond in AlSc would also contribute to its exceptional *** longer length of the Al-Al bond in AISc is responsible for its weaker bond ***,the enhanced metallicity of the Al-Al bond in AlSc would also contribute to its exceptional ductility.

The performance of solid solution aging treatment on aluminum matrix composites prepared by powder metallurgy and reinforced with 6061 aluminum alloy powder as matrix;meanwhile, nano silicon carbide particles(nm Si Cp), submicron silicon carbide particles(1 μm Si Cp) and Ti particles were studied. The Al/Si Cp composite powder was prepared by high-energy ball milling, and then cold-pressed, sintered, hotextruded, and then heat-treated with different solution temperatures and aging times for the extruded composites. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EdS), X-ray diffractometer(Xrd) and extrusion testing were used to analyze and test the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum matrix composites. The results show that after the multi-stage solid solution at 530 ℃×2 h+535 ℃×2 h+540 ℃×2 h, the particles are mainly equiaxed grains and uniformly distributed. There is no reinforcement agglomeration, and the surface is dense and the insoluble phase is basically dissolved. In the matrix, the strengthening effect is good, and the hardness and compressive strength are 179.43 HV and 680.42 MPa, respectively. Under this solution process, when the aluminum matrix composites are aged at 170 ℃ for 10 h, the hardness and compressive strength can reach their peaks and increase to 195.82 HV and 721.48 MPa, respectively.

Oral colonic nano-drug delivery system has attracted growing attention in treating colon cancer for their excellent ***,the unique and complex structure of the gastrointestinal tract is still an obstacle to the safe delivery of drugs targeting sites in colon ***,we designed magnetically driven dual-targeted oral colonic nanoparticles loaded with chlorogenic acid using pectin and oleic acid-modified iron oxide(Fe3O4@OA).Specific degradation of pectin by pectinase produced by colonic flora and magnetic fields applied to the colon confers specific targeting of nanoparticles to the *** order to overcome the challenge of preparing magnetically driven nanoparticles with small and homogeneous particle sizes by a single conventional method,we developed the combined ultrasound-emulsification *** average particle size of the prepared nanoparticles was 81.04±1.02 nm,which showed good drug release in the simulated colonic *** vitro anticancer studies,the drug-loaded nanoparticles possess an obvious toxicity and apoptosis-inducing ability against cancer ***,the hemolysis results demonstrated the safety of the nanoplatform(PET/CGA/Fe_(3)O_(4)@OA).This work holds broad prospects as a new treatment modality for colon cancer.

Gesture recognition has diverse application prospects in the field of human-computer ***,gesture recognition devices based on strain sensors have achieved remarkable results,among which liquid metal materials have considerable advantages due to their high tensile strength and *** improve the detection sensitivity of liquid metal strain sensors,a sawtooth-enhanced bending sensor is proposed in this *** with the results from previous studies,the bending sensor shows enhanced resistance *** addition,combined with machine learning algorithms,a gesture recognition glove based on the sawtooth-enhanced bending sensor is also fabricated in this study,and various gestures are accurately *** the fields of human-computer interaction,wearable sensing,and medical health,the sawtooth-enhanced bending sensor shows great potential and can have wide application prospects.

Background Atresia and degeneration,a follicular developmental fate that reduces female fertility and is triggered by granulosa cell(GC)apoptosis,have been induced by dozens of ***,we report a mirNA,mir-423,that inhibits the initiation of follicular atresia(FA),and early apoptosis of *** We showed that mir-423 was down-regulated during sow FA,and its levels in follicles were negatively correlated with the GC density and the P4/E2 ratio in the follicular fluid in *** in vitro gain-of-function experiments revealed that mir-423 suppresses cell apoptosis,especially early apoptosis in *** speaking,the mir-423 targets and interacts with the 3’-UTr of the porcine SMAd7 gene,which encodes an apoptosis-inducing factor in GCs,and represses its expression and pro-apoptotic ***,FA and the GC apoptosis-related lncrNA NOrHA was demonstrated as a cerNA of ***,we showed that a single base deletion/insertion in the mir-423 promoter is significantly associated with the number of stillbirths(NSB)trait of *** These results demonstrate that mir-423 is a small molecule for inhibiting FA initiation and GC early apoptosis,suggesting that treating with mir-423 may be a novel approach for inhibiting FA initiation and improving female fertility.
