Sustainable development of coal cities in heilongjiang province based on AHP method

The sustainable development of coal mining cities in heilongjiang province has important effect on the economic stability and development of heilongjiang, Northeast China, and China at large. To further the sustainable development evaluation system of coal mining cities in heilongjiang province, based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） method combined with operational and scientific principles using Saaty＇s 1-9 scale method to construct the judgment matrix from five aspects, such as economic development and environmental quality, this paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation index sys- tem of sustainable development of coal mining cities in heilongjiang province, including comprehensive index of industrial economic benefits and the contribution rate of science and technology. In addition, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a comprehensive evaluation is made on the indices of the four major coal mining cities of heilongjiang. The result shows that the coal mining cities are not bet- ter than Datong of Shanxi province in many indices. The economic development and environment quality are the most important indices of the targeted layer influencing the sustainable development of coal min- ing cities of HeilonKiiang, and their index weights are 0.4358 and 0.2844, respectively. These two indices including comprehensive index of industrial economic benefit and the ratio of environmental protection investment to GDP are the key elements influencing the two aspects.

To determine the influence of agricultural meteorological disasters on agriculture in heilongjiang province,the disaster areas associated with different types of disasters and their variation characteristics were analyzed based on the statistical data of agricultural disasters from 1983 to 2013 in heilongjiang province,*** moving average and the Mann-Kendall test were applied to identify the variation trends of drought,flooding,hailstorms and freezing(based on the disaster ratio and the disaster intensity index).Then,the Morlet wavelet analysis method was used to identify the periodicity of these four kinds of agricultural meteorological ***,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to analyze the degrees of agricultural loss induced by these *** following results were obtained:1)The disaster ratio and disaster intensity index for drought exhibited increasing trends;the disaster ratio and disaster intensity index for flooding exhibited decreasing trends;for hailstorms,the disaster ratio exhibited no obvious trend of change,whereas the disaster intensity index exhibited an increasing trend;and for freezing,the disaster ratio also exhibited no obvious trend of change,whereas the disaster intensity index exhibited a decreasing trend.2)Mutation points were observed in the disaster ratio series for drought,flooding and hailstorms,whereas no mutation point was evident in the disaster ratio series for freezing.3)Multiple time-scale characteristics were observed in the disaster ratio series for all four types of agricultural meteorological ***,the disaster ratio series for the different types of disasters had different main periodicities.4)From the perspective of the degree of agricultural loss induced by each type of disaster,drought was identified as the most severe type of agricultural meteorological disaster,followed by flooding,freezing,and *** degree of agricultural loss caused by each type of disast

Concentrations of copper, zinc and manganese in Tree Sparrow (Passer montanus) at Jixi, heilongjiang province, China

Concentrations of copper （Cu）, zinc （Zn） and manganese （Mn） were measured in four tissues of Tree Sparrow （Passer montanus） from three sites in heilongjiang province, China, during four seasons. Among the four measured tissues （primary feathers, liver, heart, and pectoral muscle）, the highest concentrations were found in feathers （Zn） or liver （Cu and Mn）, and the lowest concentrations were in muscle, except Cu. For Mn, mean concentrations of the birds from the three study sites were, in decreasing order： Didao mining area （DMA）〉 urban district of Jixi （UDJ）〉 Phoenix Mountain national nature reserve （PMR, the reference site）, but not for Zn and Cu. There were significant differences between metal concentrations at the three sites, but differences were not significant for Mn （in muscle and feathers） and Cu （in feathers）. For most elements, the mean concentrations were greatest in summer.

The relationships between chemical composition,structure and physicochemical properties such as pasting,thermal,and textural properties of 12 temperate rice cultivars grown in heilongjiang province,China were investigated in this *** were significant differences in the content of fat,protein,ash,amylose,damaged starch among 12 *** Viscograph results showed that gelatinization time,peak viscosity,pasting and peak temperature ranged from 9 min to 15 min,2100 BU to 2500 BU,58.75℃to 72.00℃and 63.75℃to 84.45℃,respectively,except for the waxy one Longjing ***,Tp,Tc andΔH were found in the range of 58.34℃to 67.96℃,65.39℃to 75.38℃,78.47℃to 90.69℃and 2.036 J/g to 3.127 J/g *** Electron Micro-photograph results showed that all starch granules were polyhedral with irregular shapes,except Longjing 9 showing signs of the loss of physical *** hardness,adhesiveness,springiness,gumminess,cohesiveness and resilience ranged from 395.87 g to 1161.76 g,-90.842 g·mm to-36.4 g·mm,0.498 to 0.747,78.631 g to 466.837 g,0.199 to 0.569,0.321 to 0.504,*** studies indicated that amylose,damaged starch,protein,fat and ash played a more important role in determining the rice properties of pasting,thermal,crystallinity and texture.

With the advent of climate change,winter temperatures have been steadily increasing in the middle-to-high latitudes of the ***,we have not found a corresponding decrease in the number of extremely cold *** paper,based on Climatic Research Unit(CRU)re-analysis data,and methods of trend analysis,mutation analysis,correlation analysis,reports on the effects of Arctic warming on winter temperatures in heilongjiang province,Northeast *** results show that:(1)during the period 1961-2018,winter temperatures in the Arctic increased considerably,that is,3.5 times those of the Equator,which has led to an increasing temperature gradient between the Arctic and the *** abrupt change in winter temperatures in the Arctic was observed in 2000.(2)Due to the global warming,an extremely significant warming occurred in heilongjiang in winter,in particular,after the Arctic mutation in 2000,although there were two warm winters,more cold winters were observed and the interannual variability of winter temperature also increased.(3)Affected by the warming trend in the Arctic,the Siberian High has intensified,and both the Arctic Vortex and the Eurasian Zonal Circulation Index has *** explains the decrease in winter temperatures in heilongjiang,and why cold winters still ***,the increase in temperature difference between the Arctic and the Equator is another reason for the decrease in winter temperatures in heilongjiang.

Population genetic diversity and regional differentiation of Chinese forest frog s (Rana chensinensis) in heilongjiang province

The Random Amplified Polymorphism DNA (RAPD) markers were used to stu dy the intra-specific diversity and regional differentiation of the Chinese fore st frogs (Rana chensinensis), which were sampled from the fields of 8 regions in heilongjiang province. Totally 78 polymorphic DNA loci were amplified by 10 RAP D primers. By genetic distance analysis and phylogenetic tree reconstruction wit h the Neighbor-Joining (NJ) method the results showed that the populations of Ch inese forest frogs distributed in 8 regions existed great differentiation (Avera ge Fst=0.347, SD=0.235) while there was the paradox between geographic distances and genetic distances. Based on geographic and geological data, a hypothesis wa s posed that it is very possible that the hilly lands in the downstream of the S onghua River and the Heilong River were the center of the origin of the Chinese forest frogs in heilongjiang province. And mainly through the Songhua River syst em, the Chinese forest frogs dispersed into the Songneng Plain from the Sanjiang Plain whereas the Fangzheng region became a sub-center for the western dispersi on.

Estimation of the carbon storage of forest vegetation and carbon emission from forest fires in heilongjiang province,China

The forest resource of heilongjiang province has important position in china. On the basis of the six times of national forest inventory data （1973-1976, 1977-1981, 1985-1988, 1989-1993, 1994-1998, 1999-2003） surveyed by the Forestry Ministry of P. R. China from 1973 to 2003, the carbon storage of forests in heilongjiang province are estimated by using the method of linear relationship of each tree species between biomass and volume. The results show that the carbon storage of heilongjiang forests in the six periods （1973-1976, 1977-1981, 1985-1988, 1989-1993, 1994-1998, 1999-2003） are 7.164×10^8 t, 4.871×10^8 t, 5.094×10^8 t, 5.292×10^8 t, 5.594×10^8 t and 5.410×10^8 t, respectively., which showed a trend of decreasing in early time and then increasing. It indicated that heilongjiang forests play an important role as a sink of atmospheric carbon dioxide during past 30 years. Based on the data of forest fires from 1980 to 1999 and ground biomass estimation for some forest types in heilongjiang province, it is estimated that the amount of mean annual consumed biomass of forests is 391758.65t-522344.95t, accounting for 6.4%-8.4% of total national consummation from forest fires, and the amount of carbon emission is 176 291.39t-235 055.23t, about 8% of total national emission from forest fires. The emission of CO2, CO, CH4 and NMHC from forest fires in heilongjiang province are estimated at 581761.6-775682.25 t, 34892.275-46523.04 t, 14091.11-18788.15 t and 6500-9000 t, respectively, every year.

Subtype and sequence analysis of HIV-1 strains in heilongjiang province

Background Human immunodeficiency virus （HIV-1） is divided into two types, HIV-1 （groups M, N and O） and HIV-2. heilongjiang province located in the northeast of China, and the feature of the subtype distribution and sequence characteristics of HIV-1 strains prevalent in heilongjiang province is still uncertain. The aim of this study was to investigate the subtype distribution and genetic characteristics of HIV-1 strains in one hospital in heilongjiang province. Methods HIV-1 env gene was amplified by nested-PCR from peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMCs） obtained from 19 HIV-1 seropositive individuals in heilongjiang province. The C2-V3 region was sequenced. Aligned the nucleotide sequence of 19 samples with CLUSTAL W （BioEdit） software, results were acquired and used for phylogenetic tree analysis after artificial adjustment. Reference sequence, downloaded from Los Alamos HIV Sequence Database, was used to identify the subtype of obtained sequence. Genetic distance between sequences was assessed using the software MEGA 3.1 Kimura 2-parameter, and the Phylogenetic tree was reestablished with Neighbor-Joining method. Results Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that 19 heilongjiang strains clustered closely to subtype B strain from Thailand and were far from other international subtype reference strains. Statistical test showed no significant discrepancy between the genetic distance of interclass and intra-class （P〉0.05）. The analysis of V3 loop amino sequence of 19 heilongjiang B strains revealed that V3 tip motif of 10 samples （52.63%） was GPGQ, and of 4 samples （21.53%） was GPGR. Conclusions The subtype of 19 HIV-1 seropositive individuals in heilongjiang province is B′, and it is introduced from He＇nan province. V3 tip motifs of the HIV-1 isolates are mainly GPGQ and GPGR.
