On May 15, 2021, Tianwen-1 successfully landed in the Utopia Planitia of Mars, and its rover Zhurong began to carry out an in-situ science exploration of the Mars surface. To determine the location,driving direction, and exploration targets of the rover, it is necessary to provide decision support for the in-situ science exploration of the rover and ensure the achievement of the scientific objectives, which pose significant challenges to the ground science team. Based on the classical research on Lunar and planetary localization, navigation and exploration target selection, and the recent study of pan-location cartographic theory, a pan-location mapping method for an in-situ rover exploration is proposed. In addition, a panlocation reference system, mapping data model, and mapping method are designed to realize the localization and visualization of the landing platform, rover, and exploration targets. The mapping method has been successfully applied to the localization, navigation, and science exploration of the target selection involved in the in-situ exploration of the Zhurong rover. The results of this study not only provide vital support to the implementation of the Tianwen-1 mission; they can also be used as instructions for other future in-situ Lunar and planetary exploration missions.

Copolymers PMDAB-co-AA with excellent antibacterial activity were designed and prepared（MDAB/AA=methacryloxyethyldimethyl dodecyl ammonium bromide with acrylamide）.The chemical structures of the copolymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared（FTIR）,1 H NMR,13 C NMR and chemical *** antimicrobial activities and kinetics of the copolymer against *** and *** were examined by viable cell counting *** compositions of the copolymers could be easily controlled by the feed molar ratio of MDAB to ***,the highest antibacterial activity was achieved when the molar fraction of MDAB was in a range of 5%―20%,and the killing rate reached 100% under the test *** addition,the antibacterial activity of PMDAB-co-AA was maintained and stable without any loss after 15 times of repeated *** was proved that the PMDAB-co-AA samples targeted at cell membrane,and caused serious damage to cell integrity and inner membrane *** surrounding conditions,such as pH and inorgainc salts concentrations（CaCl2 or NaCl）,also affected their antibacterial activities.

Antibiotic Metabolites from the Coral-Associated Actinomycete Streptomyces sp. OUCMDZ-1703

From the oligotrophic culture of a soft coral-associated actinomycetes strain, Streptomyces sp. OUCMDZ-1703, we isolated and identified two new chlorinated polyketides that we named strepchloritides A and B （1 and 2）, three thiazole derivatives known as watasemycin A （3）, pulicatin G （4） and aerugine （5）, along with pyrrole- 2-carboxamide, furan-2-carboxamide and 1-（3,5-dihydroxyphenyl）ethanone. The new structures of 1 and 2 were determined by spectroscopic studies such as 1D- and 2D-NMR and MS analyses, while the known compounds were identified by comparison of the NMR data with those in literatures. The results showed that actinomycete strain OUCMDZ-1703 could use the relative high ratio of chlorine in the oligotrophic medium to synthesize chlorinated natural products. New compounds 1 and 2 displayed cytotoxicity against the MCF-7 ceils with ICs0 values of 9.9 and 20.2 ~tmoloL-1, respectively. Thiazole derivatives 3 and 5 were first found to be active against three clinical strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus （MRSA082, MRSA111 and MRSA234） with the same MIC/MBC values of 7.81/7.81 μg·mL-1.

The southeastern Tibetan Plateau,which profoundly affects East Asia by helping to maintain the stability of climate systems,biological diversity and clean water,is one of the regions most vulnerable to water erosion,wind erosion,tillage erosion,freeze-thaw erosion and overgrazing under global climate changes and intensive human *** variations in soil erosion in terraced farmland(TL),sloping farmland(SL)and grassland(GL)were determined by the^(137)Cs tracing method and compared with spatial variations in soil organic carbon(SOC)and total nitrogen(total N).The^(137)Cs concentration in the GL was higher in the 0-0.03 m soil layer than in the other soil layers due to weak migration and diffusion under low precipitation and temperature conditions,while the^(137)Cs concentration in the soil layer of the SL was generally uniform in the 0-0.18 m soil layer due to tillage-induced ***^(137)Cs inventories appeared at the summit and toe slope positions in the SL due to soil loss by tillage erosion and water erosion,respectively,while the highest^(137)Cs inventories appeared at the middle slope posi-tions due to soil accumulation under relatively flat landform *** the GL,the^(137)Cs data showed that higher soil erosion rates appeared at the summit due to freeze-thaw erosion and steep slope gradients and at the toe slope position due to wind erosion,gully erosion,freeze-thaw erosion and ***^(137)Cs inventory generally increased from upper to lower slope positions within each terrace(except the lowest terrace).The^(137)Cs data along the terrace toposequence showed abrupt changes in soil erosion rates between the lower part of the upper terrace and the upper part of the immediate terrace over a short distance and net deposition on the lower and toe ***,tillage erosion played an important role in the soil loss at the summit slope positions of each terrace,while water erosion dominantly transported soil from the upper terrace to

Antibacterial polymers of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate benzyl ammonium chloride（DMAEMA-BC） with various molecular weights（Mws） were prepared under controlling radical polymerization conditions. The Mws of these polymers were determined by means of static multiangle laser light scattering and viscosity method. A Mark-Houwink equation was established to be [η]=0.154M0.764 for the Mw evaluation of poly（DMAEMA-BC）s. The effects of the Mws of these poly（DMAEMA-BC）s on their antibacterial activities against E. coli and S. aureus were investigated by various methods including viable cell counting, electrical conductivity titration, intracellular constituent leakage tests and electron microscopy. Our results indicate that the antibacterial efficiency of DMAEMA-BC was significantly enhanced after the monomers were polymerized into a polymer and increased obviously with the Mws,as a result of the increase of charge density. further investigation of the molecular basis underlying the anti-bacterial role of these polymers revealed that poly（DMAEMA-BC） promoted the release of potassium ion from the membrane of bacterial cells and the release increased significantly with the Mws of the polymers used.

With rapid advancement and deep integration of artificial intelligence and the internet-of-things,artificial intelligence of things has emerged as a promising technology changing people’s daily *** growth of data generated from the devices challenges the AIoT systems from information collection,storage,processing and *** the review,we introduce volatile threshold switching memristors,which can be roughly classified into three types:metallic conductive filament-based TS devices,amorphous chalcogenide-based ovonic threshold switching devices,and metal-insulator transition based TS *** play important roles in high-density storage,energy efficient computing and hardware security for AIoT ***,a brief introduction is exhibited to describe the categories(materials and characteristics)of volatile TS *** then,switching mechanisms of the three types of TS devices are discussed and systematically *** that,attention is focused on the applications in 3D cross-point memory technology with high storage-density,efficient neuromorphic computing,hardware security(true random number generators and physical unclonable functions),and others(steep subthreshold slope transistor,logic devices,etc.).Finally,the major challenges and future outlook of volatile threshold switching memristors are presented.

Giant strains in(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_(3) based ceramics are usually attributed to electric field induced nonpolar to polar phase *** it is an ergodic relaxor R3c/P4mm ferroelectric(FE)to long-range ordered FE phase transformation or a reversible P4bm antiferroelectric(AFE)to FE phase transition is still ***,lead-free(0.88-x)(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_(3)-0.12BaTiO_(3-x)NaNbO_(3) ceramics exhibit a compositionmodulated FE tetragonal P4mm to relaxor AFE tetragonal P4bm phase transition,in which double hysteresis loop,sprout-shaped S-E curves,near-zero quasi-static d33 together with a large volume change suggest the AFE characteristics of P4bm *** interesting finding is that the reversibility of fieldinduced AFE P4bm phase to FE P4mm phase transition strongly depends on the NN content,from being completely irreversible at x=0.01e0.02,to partially reversible at x=0.03e0.05,and finally to completely reversible at x=*** is indicated that the variation of reversibility should be attributed to the change of relative free energy caused by decreasing the FE to AFE phase transition temperature with increasing the NN content.

Silver or copper ions are often chosen as antibacterial agents. But a few reports are concerned with these two antibacterial agents for preparation of antibacterial stainless steel （SS）. The antibacterial properties and corrosion resistance of AISI 420 stainless steel implanted by silver and copper ions were investigated. Due to the cooperative antibacterial effect of silver and copper ions, the Ag/Cu implanted SS showed excellent antibacterial activities against both Gram-negative Escherichia coli （E. coli） and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus （S. aureus） at a total implantation dose of 2~ 1017 ions/cm2. Electrochemical polarization curves revealed that the corrosion resistance of Ag/Cu implanted SS was slightly enhanced as compared with that of un-implanted SS, The implanted layer was characterized by X-ray photoelec- tron spectroscopy （XPS）. Core level XPS spectra indicate that the implanted silver and copper ions exist in metallic state in the implanted layer.
