The mutual dependence of extensive land-use and conservation management has become appar-ent in Europe in the last 20-30 *** land-use often survives in protected areas only,in the form of conservation *** of extensive herding and that of conservation management are parts of two knowledge systems(traditional and scientific)which often leads to conflicts between locals and *** studied two herding/conservation systems(salt steppes and wood-pastures),and devel-oped an inventory on the common/similar and conflicting/different objectives and pasture management practices of herders and *** were collected by participatory knowledge co-production in teamwork of the co-authors(herders,conservation managers,and scientists).Data were analyzed and discussed in teamwork *** and conservationists identified 23 objectives and 29 management *** found a number of common interests with respect to herding,the ideal state of pastures,legal provisions,and *** resolution recommendations(e.g.,on time and place of grazing,pasture improvements)were also *** argue that by co-production of knowledge,and establish-ment of a herder“school”the mitigation of the existing conflicts would be more *** conclusion is that a new profession is needed:that of the conservation *** conservation herder shall be an indi-vidual knowledgeable about herding and pasture management,trained in conservation and ecology,able to design management experiments,and develop novel but tradition-based management *** such,he/she could facilitate adaptation of extensive herding in the changing socio-economic environment.

The Effect of Childhood Obesity on Social Welfare

The young generation is the most influenced and vulnerable segment of the market. Food with high level of fat, sugar and/or salt are popularised for this segment. At the same time nearly seven people die of obesity or from complications of obesity in Hungary each hour-one every nine minutes. Approximately 119 million Americans, or 64.5%, of adult Americans are either overweight or obese. 17.5 million obese young person live in the European Union. The result is the drastic elevation of the hygienic expenses. The average health care cost of overweight persons is higher by 42% than normal bodyweight ones. Per capita spending on fast foods is unbelievable and rising. The value of average spending was 2.5 E in 2002. Fast food sales continue to boom despite warnings about obesity. The consumption of these products can contribute to the increased level of childhood obesity. 12% of young person＇s visited a fast food restaurant at least with a weekly regularity. The value is 16.9% in case of young men higher than in case of young ladies （8.1%） to our research. We can state the respondents underestimate the costs of fast foods.

BACKGROUND A collecting duct carcinoma is a very rare, malignant renal epithelial *** metastases are present in one third of cases at the time of diagnosis. It is known to have a poor *** SUMMARY A 42-year-old male was sent to our surgery clinic for removal of a 119.2 mm ×108.3 mm encapsulated cystic mass, which was localized in the 8th segment of the right liver lobe. The lesion was first identified on ultrasonography. A computed tomography scan confirmed the presence of a Bosniak type Ⅲ cystic lesion,which affected the liver and convexity of the right kidney. Surgical intervention involved a right nephrectomy, with removal of the cystic mass. The patient was mobilized on the first postoperative day and was discharged after 7 d. The histological and immunohistochemical examination revealed a low-grade collecting duct renal carcinoma, which is a rare variant of papillary carcinoma,with low malignant potential. The patient did not receive chemotherapy and after 21 mo of follow-up, a radiological examination and laboratory analyses showed normal aspects. AIM： To study molecular and morphological changes in lens epithelial cells following femtosecond laser-assisted and manually performed continuous curvilinear capsulotomy（CCC） in order to get information about these methods regarding their potential role in the induction of development of secondary cataract. METHODS： Anterior lens capsules（ALC） were removed from 40 patients with age-related cataract by manual CCC and by femtosecond laser-assisted capsulotomy（FLAC）. Samples removed by manual CCC were assorted in group 1, FLAC samples were classified in group 2. Morphology of lens epithelial cells was examined with light and electron microscopes. Following capsulotomy, expressions of p53, Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 genes were analyzed with reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the pro-apoptotic p53 in the epithelial cells. RESULTS： Light and electron microscopic examination showed that ALC of group 1 contained more degenerating cells following manual CCC than after FLAC. The expression level of p53 was higher after manual than laser-assisted surgery. Immunocytochemistry indicated significantly higher number of cells containing p53 protein in the manual CCC group than following FLAC. Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 gene expression levels were slightly lower following manual CCC than after FLAC, but the difference was not significant. CONCLUSION： Manually removed ALC shows slightly, but not significantly larger damage due to the mechanical stretching and pulling of the capsule than those removed using FLAC.

自主制造系统的研究既受益于信息物理融合系统这一新技术的推动，也响应工业实际需求的号召。目前，先进的传感器技术、数字孪生、人工智能和新型通信技术可以支持半结构化工业环境中的自主操作，可实现对生产过程的实时监控、情况识别和预测、自动和自适应（重新）规划、团队合作，以及通过学习提高性能。本文总结了实现自主工业机器人技术的主要需求，提出了实现此类系统的通用工作流程，并介绍了HUN-REN SZTAKI最近在装配、焊接、打磨、拾取和放置以及机械加工等多个应用领域的广泛实践。这些解决方案的共同点是以通用的数字孪生概念为核心。最后，本文提出实现工业自主机器人解决方案的一般建议，并讨论了未来要研究的一些开放性问题。

目的分析细支气管肺泡癌（BAC）在^18F-脱氧葡萄糖（FDG）PET／CT图像中的代谢和形态结构特征，并与非细支气管肺泡型腺癌（non—BAC AC）的显像结果进行比较，探讨PET／CT在BAC诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经病理检查确诊的32例BAC及55例non—BAC AC的FDG PET／CT显像资料。测量病灶最大标准摄取值（SUVmax），分析病灶位置、形态及边界、密度分布及其他典型CT结构征象。统计分析比较2组的平均SUVmax，评价与肿瘤分型有关的CT征象，比较单独PET、CT及PET和CT联合诊断的准确性。采用SPSS12．0软件对数据行t检验、McNemar检验、Fisher精确检验等。结果BAC组共47个病灶，non—BACAC组共63个病灶，组间SUVmax差异有统计学意义（1．51±0．17与6．28±3．04，t=-10．374，P〈0．0001）。BAC组纯磨玻璃密度影（45％的病灶，21／47）是相关的CT征象（Fisher精确检验，P〈0．0001）。结合PET代谢和CT解剖结构特征的联合诊断准确性与单独PET或CT对比，差异均有统计学意义（P=0．001和0．039），诊断准确性分别为88％（28／32）、47％（15／32）和66％（21／32）。结论理解FDG PET／CT显像中BAC的代谢和形态结构特征，有利于提高诊断准确性。如动态观察中呈持续的CT磨玻璃密度影，即使低FDG摄取，也要考虑BAC可能。

Intraoperative complication rates in cataract surgery performed by resident trainees and staff surgeons in a tertiary eyecare center in Hungary

AIM: To compare the incidence of intraoperative complications during primary phacoemulsification(phaco) surgery between resident surgeons(residents) and staff surgeons(specialists) and to objectively determine the difficulty of stages in phaco surgery. METHODS: This retrospective study included cases of phaco cataract surgery performed between January and December 2019. There were no exclusion criteria. For each patient, demographics, clinical history, case complexity, type of surgeon, and operative details were reviewed. Primary outcomes included intraoperative complication rates and the objective measure of difficulty in the steps of the surgery performed by residents and ***: A total of 3272 cases were included;7.4%(n=241) of cases were performed by residents. The overall complication rate was 5.4%(n=177). The intraoperative complication rate was significantly higher(P<0.001) in residents(n=33, 13.7%) than in specialists(n=144, 4.8%). The most frequent complications were posterior capsule tear(n=85, 2.6%), anterior capsule tear(n=50, 1.53%), zonular fiber loss(n=45, 1.38%), and dropped nucleus(n=15, 0.46%). Objectively, the most difficult steps during surgery were phaco in 66(60.0%), capsulorhexis in 21(19.1%), irrigation/aspiration in 13(11.8%), hydrodissection in 9(8.2%), and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in 1(0.9%) case. CONCLUSION: Intraoperative complication rates are higher in residents than in specialists. The order of objective difficulty in phaco surgery steps is in line with the subjective findings of other surveys, revealing that the most challenging parts of phaco surgery are phaco and capsulorhexis.

Effects of chronic and subtoxic chlorobenzenes on adrenocorticotrophic hormone release

Many environmental chemicals and pesticides have been found to alter neuroendocrine communication in exposed biological objects. The environmental loads have primary and secondary effects that can alter the homeostatic regulation potential. Since it is difficult to avoid human exposition, a potentially important area of research to develop in vivo and in vitro experimental models. In this context, the primary aim of this study was to demonstrate the effects of chlorobenzenes on adrenocorticotrophic hormone（ACTH） release. In our experimental study, male Wistar rats were exposed to 0.1, 1.0 and 10 μg/b.w.（body weight） kg of 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene and hexachlorobenzene（Cl B） mix via gastric tube for 30, 60 or 90 days. At the endpoints of the experiment blood samples were taken and animals were decapitated. Primary,monolayer adenohypophysis cell cultures were prepared by enzymatic and mechanical digestion. The ACTH hormone content in serum and supernatant media was measured by immuno-chemiluminescence assay. The Mg2＋-dependent ATPase activity was determined by modified method of Martin and Dotty. Significant differences were detected in the hormone release between the control and treated groups. The hormone release was enhanced characteristically in exposed groups depending upon the dose and duration of exposure. The Mg2＋-ATPase activity enhanced after chronic and subtoxic Cl B exposition. Light microscopy revealed that the adenohypophysis seemed to be more abundant. Results indicate that Wistar rats exposed to subtoxic Cl B have direct and indirect effects on hypothalamus–hypophysis–adrenal axis.
