This paper investigates the bending fracture problem of a micro/nanoscale cantilever thin plate with surface energy, where the clamped boundary is partially debonded along the thickness direction. Some fundamental mechanical equations for the bending problem of micro/nanoscale plates are given by the Kirchhoff theory of thin plates, incorporating the Gurtin-Murdoch surface elasticity theory. For two typical cases of constant bending moment and uniform shear force in the debonded segment, the associated problems are reduced to two mixed boundary value problems. By solving the resulting mixed boundary value problems using the Fourier integral transform, a new type of singular integral equation with two Cauchy kernels is obtained for each case, and the exact solutions in terms of the fundamental functions are determined using the PoincareBertrand formula. Asymptotic elastic fields near the debonded tips including the bending moment, effective shear force, and bulk stress components exhibit the oscillatory singularity. The dependence relations among the singular fields, the material constants, and the plate's thickness are analyzed for partially debonded cantilever micro-plates. If surface energy is neglected, these results reduce the bending fracture of a macroscale partially debonded cantilever plate, which has not been previously reported.

The WiFi fingerprint-based localization method is considered one of the most popular techniques for indoor localization. In INFOCOM'14, Li et al. proposed a WiFi fingerprint localization system based on Paillier encryption, which is claimed to protect both client C' s location privacy and service provider S's database ***, Yang et al. presented a practical data privacy attack in INFOCOM'18, which allows a polynomial time attacker to obtain S's database. We propose a novel WiFi fingerprint localization system based on CL(CastagnosLaguillaumie) encryption, which has a trustless setup and is efficient due to the excellent properties of CL *** prevent Yang et al.'s attack, the system requires that S selects only the locations from its database that can receive the nonzero signals from all the available APs in C ' s nonzero fingerprint in order to determine C 's location. Security analysis shows that our scheme is secure under Li et al.'s threat model. Furthermore, to enhance the security level of PriWFLCL, we propose a secure and efficient zero-knowledge proof protocol for the discrete logarithm relations in C 's encrypted localization queries.

In this paper, we consider the free boundary value problem for a model of inviscid liquid-gas twophase flow with cylindrical symmetry. For simplicity, we assume that the gas velocity is always equal to the liquid one and the gas and liquid are both connected continuously to the outer vacuum through the same free boundary. Furthermore, the free boundary is assumed to move in the radial direction with the radial velocity,which will affect the angular velocity but does not affect the axial velocity. We construct two classes of global analytical solutions by using some ansatzs and show that the free boundary will spread outward linearly in time by using some new averaged quantities.
