Objective: To evaluate the antihyperglycemic potential of Tamarix aphylla(T. aphylla)leaves in STZ–NIC induced diabetes in Wister Albino ***: Acute toxicity study was done to check the toxicity of T. aphylla(L. Karst)methanol extract. T. aphylla leaves extract was administered intraperitoneally(100 mg,250 mg and 400 mg/kg body weight per day) to diabetic Wister rats for 21 days. The various parameters were studied including fasting blood glucose levels, haemoglobin and glycosylated ***: The treatment groups with the extract at three dose levels expressively abridged the intensities of blood glucose and Glycosylated Haemoglobin. The earlier detected reduced level of plasma haemoglobin of the diabetic rats was raised to near normalcy with treatment of ***: The results of the current study confirm that the leaves extract of T. aphylla are nontoxic and have antidiabetic nature.

Evidences show that the storage period greatly affects the quality of *** this study,three types of yogurt:control yogurt(CY),non-hydrolyzed potato powder yogurt(PPY)and enzymatically hydrolyzed potato powder yogurt(EHPPY)were prepared at 42℃ for 5 h and stored for 28 days at 4℃.The yogurts were evaluated for quality characteristics at different storage *** differences in pH values,titratable acidities and viable counts were detected in all three types of yogurt during ***,compared to other yogurts,EHPPY exhibited desirable water holding capacity,throughout the storage *** from this,sensory properties and antioxidant activities(2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH)free radical scavenging activity and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP))of EHPPY were also significantly improved during the storage ***,the storage(G’)and loss(G”)modulus of PPY,EHPPY were lower than CY at 4℃ while a hysteresis loop was shown by all yogurts at the temperature range of 4-50℃ indicating higher G’(elasticity)than G”(viscosity).Based on our findings,EHPP could be an important functional ingredient in improving the quality and storage stability of yogurt for its production at an industrial level.

This study was particularly designed to evaluate the physico-chemical parameters and polarization value of raw sugar which ultimately affect the filterability of raw sugar. Six different raw sugar samples were collected from the local industries and were evaluated for the physico-chemical and polarization value. The physico-chemical characteristics of sugar including moisture, reducing sugar, ash contents, size of crystals and color constituents were assessed. The results obtained from physico-chemical analysis showed that these parameters were affected significantly among the samples of raw sugar. The ash contents were found to be decreasing for the samples in the order of T6 > T1T2T5 > T3T4. The values for the polarization were significantly the highest in sample T5, T2 and T1 followed by sample T4 and T6 while the lowest values were recorded for sample T3. It can be concluded from the results that sample T4 was observed to have a good quality while sample T6 had the opposite result to that of sample T4 and was considered to have a very low quality.

In the current study,prevalence related associated risk factors and hematological changes(due to bovine anaplasmosis) were studied in Sahiwal cattle and crossbred cattle of the district Faisalabad of Punjab province,*** efficiency of Oxytetracycline-Imidocarb dipropionate combination was compared with Enrofloxacin-Imidocarb dipropionate against Anaplasma marginale(***).For this study,the blood samples of three hundred and sixty nine cattle were *** stain of blood smears showed 10.84%infection of cattle with *** positive cases were further confirmed through *** risk factors,age(χ=19.35,P value=0.001),breed(χ=29.08,P value=0.000),frequency of acaricidal treatment(χ=18.56,P value=0.001),number of cleaning times(χ=16.11,P value=0.002),feeding system(χ=23.41,P value=0.001),floor pattern(χ=17.98,P value=0.000)and hygienic measures(χ=25.79,P value=0.001) significantly influenced the incidence of disease in the cattle of district *** induced statistically significant reduction was observed in RBC count,Hb,MCV,PCV and MCHC in infected cattle compared to healthy animals(P<0.05).Anaplasmosis infected animals more effectively treated with combination of Oxytetracycline(22 mg/kg,I/V,once/day for 5 days) and Imidocarb dipropionate(5 mg/kg,I/M,twice 7 days apart) compared to Enrofloxacin(12.5 mg/kg,I/V, once/day for 5 days) and Imidocarb dipropionate(5 mg/kg,I/M,twice 7 days apart) combination.

Shades of different light intensities (29%, 43%, 54%,60% or 68%) along with control (no shade) were studied to observe their effects on the flowering time and plant quality. A hyperbolic relationship was observed between different light intensities under shade,and time to *** total number of flower buds showed a curvilinear relationship with light intensities. Growth parameters related to the plant characteristics such as plant height,leaf area and plant fresh weight were improved under shading treatments at the expense of flowering time and number of flower ***,both linear and polynomial models applied assumed that cultivar Chimes White was equally sensitive to light intensity throughout development.

Graph Neural Networks(GNNs)have become a widely used tool for learning and analyzing data on graph structures,largely due to their ability to preserve graph structure and properties via graph representation ***,the effect of depth on the performance of GNNs,particularly isotropic and anisotropic models,remains an active area of *** study presents a comprehensive exploration of the impact of depth on GNNs,with a focus on the phenomena of over-smoothing and the bottleneck effect in deep graph neural *** research investigates the tradeoff between depth and performance,revealing that increasing depth can lead to over-smoothing and a decrease in performance due to the bottleneck *** also examine the impact of node degrees on classification accuracy,finding that nodes with low degrees can pose challenges for accurate *** experiments use several benchmark datasets and a range of evaluation metrics to compare isotropic and anisotropic GNNs of varying depths,also explore the scalability of these *** findings provide valuable insights into the design of deep GNNs and offer potential avenues for future research to improve their performance.

Human verification and activity analysis(HVAA)are primarily employed to observe,track,and monitor human motion patterns using redgreen-blue(RGB)images and *** human interaction using RGB images is one of the most complex machine learning tasks in recent *** models rely on various parameters,such as the detection rate,position,and direction of human body components in RGB *** paper presents robust human activity analysis for event recognition via the extraction of contextual intelligence-based *** use human interaction image sequences as input data,we first perform a few denoising ***,human-to-human analyses are employed to deliver more precise *** phase follows feature engineering techniques,including diverse feature ***,we used the graph mining method for feature optimization and AdaBoost for *** tested our proposed HVAA model on two benchmark *** testing of the proposed HVAA system exhibited a mean accuracy of 92.15%for the Sport Videos in theWild(SVW)*** second benchmark dataset,UT-interaction,had a mean accuracy of 92.83%.Therefore,these results demonstrated a better recognition rate and outperformed other novel techniques in body part tracking and event *** proposed HVAA system can be utilized in numerous real-world applications including,healthcare,surveillance,task monitoring,atomic actions,gesture and posture analysis.

Thin films of cadmium telluride were prepared by evaporating cadmium telluride powder in a vacuum of less than 10^(-4) *** substrate temperature was varied systematically from room temperature to 300℃.The results of optical and structural characterizations have revealed that the films posses a high value of absorption coefficient with a bandgap value m the range 1.475-1.769eV,and that the films are of cubic structure with a preferred orientation along(111)*** probe measurements have shown that resistivity of these films is affected by the change in substrate temperature,with the lowest value(12.6 Ω·cm)being at 200℃.
