Quantum state transfer(QST)and entangled state generation(ESG)are important building blocks for modern quantum information *** achieve these tasks,convention wisdom is to consult the quantum adiabatic evolution,which is time-consuming,and thus is of low ***,using the shortcut to adiabaticity technique,we propose a general method to realize high-fidelity fast QST and ESG in a cavity-coupled many qubits system via its dark pathways,which can be further designed for high-fidelity quantum tasks with different optimization ***,with a proper dark pathway,QST and ESG between any two qubits can be achieved without decoupling the others,which simplifies experimental ***,ESG among all qubits can also be realized in a single *** addition,our scheme can be implemented in many quantum systems,and we illustrate its implementation on superconducting quantum ***,we propose a powerful strategy for selective quantum manipulation,which is promising in cavity coupled quantum systems and could find many convenient applications in quantum information processing.

A method of hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography with indirect ultraviolet detection was developed to determine three pyrrolidinium ionic liquid cations, i.e. N-methyl-N-ethyl pyrrolidinium cation （[MEPy]＋）, N-methyl-N-propyl pyrrolidinium cation （[MPPy]＋） and N-methyl-N-butyl pyrrolidi- nium cation （[MBPy]＋）. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a hydrophilic column using imidazolium ionic liquids and organic solvents as the mobile phase. The effects of the background ultraviolet absorption reagents, the imidazolium ionic liquids, detection wavelength, organic solvents, column temperature and the pH value of the mobile phase on the separation and determination of pyrrolidinium cations were investigated and the retention behaviors in hydrophilic interaction chromatography were discussed. The optimized chromatographic conditions were selected. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits （SIN = 3） for [MEPy]＋, [MPPy]＋ and [MBPy]＋ were 0.59, 0.53 and 0.46 mg/L, respectively. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of the three ionic liquids synthesized in our chemistry laboratory. This research results may improve the analytical method of ionic liauid cations.

Objective To investigate the dose-dependent toxic effect of soybean isoflavone extracts （SIE） on reproductive development in immature rats. Methods Growing male and female rats （n=50 each, 4 weeks） were divided into five groups fed with a standard cereal-based diet and gastrogavaged daily with 0, 30, 150, 300, and 600 mg SIE / kg body weight, respectively, for 12 weeks. Body weight, organ weights, and serum level of estrogen and testosterone were measured. Results Oral administration of SIE had no effect on food intake but decreased food efficiency ratio （P〈0.01）. Suppression on body weight gain by SIE was dose-dependent and the effect was greater on male than on female rats （P〈0.01）. SIE at high doses exhibited hepatotoxicity by increasing a relative liver weight, and also caused a smaller uterus but a greater relative ovary in female rats, while leading to larger relative testis and epididymis in male rats. SIE could decrease progesterone concentrations in female rats, whereas in male rats it reduced not only total testosterone level but also sperm count compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion SIE at a range of 50-1000 times of human intake level affects not only growth but also development of reproductive system in growing rats.

Over the years,numerous geotechnical approaches have been implemented to mitigate the adverse effects of climate warming on various infrastructures in the permafrost region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP),such as the Qinghai-Tibet Highway and Railway,and achieved the expected engineering ***,little attention has been given to whether the performance of these geotechnical approaches has changed during the ongoing process of climate *** investigate the performance variation of one of these geotechnical approaches,which is two-phase closed thermosyphon(TPCT),during sustained climate warming,we conducted a statistical analysis of soil temperature monitoring data in 2003-2020 from eight regular embankments and six TPCT embankments in our permafrost monitoring *** results indicate that TPCT undeniably has a cooling effect on the permafrost beneath embankments,even rapidly eliminated previously formed taliks beneath ***,further analysis reveals that the performance of TPCT has been weakening during sustained climate warming,which has confirmed by the re-forming of the taliks beneath embankment where they had been previously *** on the current understanding,we attributed the weakening of thermosyphon performance to a significant reduction in the air temperature freezing index caused by ongoing climate *** this study,we aimed to draw attention to the evolving performance of geotechnical approaches in permafrost regions amid climate warming,prompting necessary engineering innovations to address this situation and ensure the sustainable development of the permafrost region on the QTP.

In this study,the effects of dry heat treatments including air frying and baking on the physicochemical and digestive properties of proteins in scallop adductor muscle(SAM)were *** heat treatments,the proteins in SAM exhibited different degrees of oxidation,aggregation and *** both heat treatments,the increase of carbonyl and dityrosine contents and the decrease of free sulfhydryl groups and surface hydrophobicity of proteins in SAM were observed along with increasing heat ***,with increasing heat temperature,there was a progressive transition fromα-helix toβ-sheet in protein secondary ***,the protein solubility first increased and then decreased with increasing *** which,the solubility of 160℃-treated samples was the highest,which were 21.02%and 20.32%for air frying and *** protein digestive properties which reflected by the degree of hydrolysis(DH),soluble amino groups and soluble peptides showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with increasing *** gastrointestinal digestion,the DH,soluble amino groups and soluble peptides of 160℃-treated SAMs cooking by air frying were 69.96%,61.14%and 39.33%,respectively,which were significantly higher than all other samples including the fresh *** analysis showed that the protein digestive indexes were positively correlated with solubility,free sulfhydryl content and surface hydrophobicity,and negatively correlated with protein carbonyl content,dityrosine content and protein aggregation *** results provide evidence for knowing more about the effects of dry heat treatments on physicochemical and digestive properties of aquatic muscle food.

Objective:To select potential molecules that can target viral spike proteins,which may potentially interrupt the interaction between the human angiotension-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)receptor and viral spike protein by virtual ***:The three-dimensional(3D)-coordinate file of the receptor-binding domain(RBD)-ACE2 complex for searching a suitable docking pocket was firstly downloaded and ***,approximately 15,000 molecular candidates were prepared,including US Food and Drug Administration(FDA)-approved drngs from DrugBank and natural compounds from Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP),for the docking ***,virtual screening was performed and the binding energy in Autodock Vina was ***,the top 20 molecules with high binding energy and their Chinese medicine(CM)herb sources were listed in this ***:It was found that digitoxin,a cardiac glycoside in DrugBank and bisindigotin in TCMSP had the highest docking ***,two of the CM herbs containing the natural compounds that had relatively high binding scores,Forsyfh/ae frucft/s and/saf/d/s racWx,are components of Lianhua Qingwen(莲花清痕),a CM formula reportedly exerting activity against severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)-***,raltegravir,an HIV integrase inhibitor,was found to have a relatively high binding ***:A class of compounds,which are from FDA-approved drugs and CM natural compounds,that had high binding energy with RBD of the viral spike *** work provides potential candidates for other researchers to identify inhibitors to prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection,and highlights the importance of CM and integrative application of CM and Western medicine on treating COVID-19.

OBJECTIVE Unusual plasticity on the metabolic reprogramming is linked to therapeutic resistance to5-FU on cancer cells. As a glycolysis inhibitor, 2-DG monotherapy is not ideal on colon cancer therapy in *** this study, we supposed the combination of 2-DG and 5-FU might be a useful therapeutic strategy for resistant colon cancer. METHODS Cel viability was measured using CCK8 assay to determine the synergism of 2-DG on 5-FU in resistant colon cancer in vitro. Mitochondrial stress was measured according to the instruction provided by Seahorse Bioscience. Nude mice bearing 5-FU sensitive or resistant colon cancer were used for in vivo study to determine the synergism of 2-DG to 5-FU on resistant colon cancer. Reactive oxygen species(ROS) in tissue homogenate and the content of triglyceride/acetoacetic acid in serumwere determined by commercial kits. The expression of HIF1α, LKB1, HKII, Nrf2, Stat3, FASN and SCD1 were detected by immunohistochemistry or Western blotting. RESULTS 2-DG efficiently regained the sensitivity of 5-FU in resistant colon cancer both in vitro and in vivo.2-DG significantly increased ROS, lipid drops(LDs) and triglyceride(TG) while decreased acetoacetic acid(Acac)in serum. CONCLUSION Combination of 2-DG and 5-FU is a viable therapeutic approach for the treatment of resistant colon cancer. The synergism of 2-DG was achieved by reversing glucolipid metabolic reprogramming through regulating HIF1/Nrf2/Stat3 mediated signal pathway.
