Objective:To observe the influence of tirofiban on the troponin, brain natriuretic peptide, heart function in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI and provide scientific basis for treatment of acute myocardial ***:A total of 100 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups: the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases). The conventional treatment of PCI was performed on both groups. Tirofiban injection was given to the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment. cTnI, BNP and echocardiography parameters (LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD) were detected before and after ***:The comparison of cTnI in the two groups before operation was not statistically significant. cTnI in the 2 groups increased 12 h and 24 h after operation. But the cTnI in observation group (0.10±0.23) ng/mL decreased more significantly than that in control group (0.24±0.31) ng/mL, the difference was considered to be statistically significant. The comparison of BNP in the two groups before operation was not statistically significant. BNP in the 2 groups decreased obviously 7 d and 30 d after operation. BNP in observation group decreased more significantly than that in control group and the difference was considered to be statistically significant LVEF in the observation group increased significantly compared with that in control group 7 d after operation. The comparison of LVEDD, LVESD were not considered to be statistically significant. LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower than that in control group obviously 30 d after operation. The rational design of a specific co-drug delivery platform that can address the unavoidable resistance, toxic side effects and low targeting efficiency of traditional cancer treatments is of great ***, Zn-based MOF-zeolitic imidazole framework-90(ziF-90) was selected as the drug delivery carrier, with the cancer therapeutic drug mercaptopurine(6-MP) and glucose oxidase(GOD) as the drug models, hyaluronic acid(HA) was used for protection and targeted delivery, which designed and fabricated an intelligent drug delivery platform(6-MP@ziF-90@GOD@HA). This platform aims to reduce the toxic side effects of 6-MP and enhance its efficacy while improving the targeting ability of GOD,thereby further enhancing the treatment outcome. Notably,results from both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that the targeted synergistic chemo/reactive oxygen species(ROS)-mediated/starvation therapy inhibited the cancer cell growth while reducing the chemotherapy toxicity, which provides new possibilities for the development of more precise and effective treatment strategies.

The chain dynamics heterogeneity of the poly(vinyl butyral)(PVB) plasticized by triethylene glycol bis(2-ethylhexa noate)(TEG-EH) was investigated by various solid-state NMR *** plasticized PVB shows two domains in distinct molecular dynamics differences,namely,rigid and soft domains,where the latter is the plasticizer-rich *** time domain low field NMR was first used to investigate the dynamics heterogeneity of the plasticized PVB,and the results show the decreasing activated energy of components in the soft domain of plasticized PVB(E_a=20.2 kJ/mol) as compared with that of the pristine one(E_a=24.3 kJ/mol).Detailed dynamics heterogeneity was obtained by high-field NMR with site-specific *** quadrupole-echo ~2H-NMR was adopted to elucidate the dynamics heterogeneity of the vinyl alcohol(VA) units,where only the hydroxyl group of VA is *** ~1H-^(13)C WISE NMR spectra show that there is not much difference in the mobility of the VB unit in PVB with and without plasticizer,whereas the glass transition temperature differed by approximately 53℃.This is further supported by Torchia's T_1 relaxation *** origin of such an unusual phenomenon is attributed to the critical role of the remaining VA(~22%) in the soft domain,where the VA units locally aggregate through hydrogen ***,the existence of a mobility gradient in the VB unit has been ***,the mobility difference for VB with different stereo-geometry(meso or racemic conformation) is observed for the first *** indicates the importance of modulating the ratio of meso over racemic VB for controlling the macroscopic perfo rmance of PVB.
