Preparation and properties of C/C-SiC brake composites fabricated by warm compacted-in situ reaction

Carbon fibre reinforced carbon and silicon carbide dual matrix composites（C/C-SiC） were fabricated by the warm compacted-in situ *** microstructure,mechanical properties,tribological properties,and wear mechanism of C/C-SiC composites at different brake speeds were *** results indicate that the composites are composed of 58wt%C,37wt%SiC,and 5wt%*** density and open porosity are 2.0 ***^（-3） and 10%,*** C/C-SiC brake composites exhibit good mechanical *** flexural strength can reach up to 160 MPa,and the impact strength can reach 2.5 kJ.m^（-2）.The C/C-SiC brake composites show excellent tribological *** friction coefficient is between 0.57 and 0.67 at the brake speeds from 8 to 24 m·s^（-1）.The brake is stable,and the wear rate is less than 2.02×10^（-6） cm^3·J^（-1）.These results show that the C/C-SiC brake composites are the promising candidates for advanced brake and clutch systems.

采集三峡库区香溪河消落带2020—2022年不同季节、不同高程的土壤样品,测定其中4种重金属元素(Cu、Pb、Cd、Cr)含量,进行生态及健康风险评价。地积累指数结果表明,Cd为研究区域主要污染元素,处于轻度污染等级,其他3种元素处于无污染等级。潜在生态风险指数结果表明,研究区域整体为轻度生态风险,但在27%的土壤样品中,Cd元素的潜在生态风险指数属于中强度风险。重金属健康风险结果表明,研究区域重金属的非致癌风险与致癌风险均处于可接受水平,儿童的致癌风险高于成人。使用支持向量机(SVM)模型对土壤重金属含量进行基于时间序列和季节变化的定量预测。结果表明:基于时间序列的模拟实验中,SVM对上层土中重金属元素含量的预测较为准确;基于季节变化的模拟实验中,SVM对上、下层土的重金属元素含量均能很好地拟合。

三峡库区蓄水后,其生态效应受到广泛关注。消落带植被固碳量作为衡量库区生态系统健康状态的重要指标,对库区碳循环与生态净化具有重要意义。针对消落带不同高程植被接受光照的时间有所差异,且受河流水位变化影响,传统的CASA模型在计算消落带植被固碳量时,存在对植物的光能利用率计算不够精确等问题。以三峡库区香溪河陡坡消落带为研究区域,提出了一种耦合RBFNN模型(Radial Basis Function Neural Network)与CASA模型(Carnegie-Ames-Stanford approach)的新方法(RBF-CASA)。基于RBFNN建立环境影响因子模型,借助高程数据及植被指数等特征计算适合消落带区域的环境影响因子。结合CASA模型中温度和水分胁迫因子,提高植被在像元尺度上的净初级生产力(Net Primary Productivity,NPP)的估算精度,并对反演结果进行验证。模型验证结果显示:RBF-CASA模型估算值与观测值的决定系数(Coefficient of determination,R^(2))为0.730(P<0.01,n=32)。对比原始CASA模型,平均绝对误差(Mean absolute error,MAE)降低10.991,均方根误差(Root mean square error,RMSE)降低了23.861,相对均方根误差(Relative root mean square error,RRMSE)降低5.10%,平均绝对百分误差(Mean absolute percentage error,MAPE)降低1.12%。使用提出的RBF-CASA模型在库区水位落干期(7—8月份)进行固碳量估算,结果表明:NPP月均值在66.234—134.144g C/m^(2)之间,NPP随着高程的增加呈现起伏变化,其总量在150—155m之间达到峰值,均值在170m以上区域最高。在2021年9月植被NPP均值为35.883g C/m^(2),2022年9月植被NPP均值为25.964g C/m^(2),由于降雨量减少、长江水位下降,在2021—2022年间植被恢复情况较差。研究结果可为库区碳循环、生态净化及生态修复等决策提供科学依据。

Carbon fibre reinforced carbon and SiC dual matrices composites （C/C-SiC） show superior tribological properties,high thermal shock resistance and good abrasive resistance,and they are promising candidates for advanced brake and clutch *** microstructure,mechanical properties,friction and wear properties,and application of the C/C-SiC composites fabricated by warm compacted-in situ reaction were *** results indicated that the composites were composed of 50-60 wt pct carbon,2-10 wt pct residual silicon and 30-40 wt pct silicon *** C/C-SiC brake composites exhibited good mechanical *** value of flexural strength and compressive strength could reach 160 and 112 MPa,*** impact strength was about 2.5 kJ·*** C/C-SiC brake composites showed excellent tribological performance,including high coefficient of friction （0.38）,good abrasive resistance （1.10 μm/cycle） and brake steadily on dry *** tribological properties on wet condition could be mostly *** silicon carbide matrix in C/C-SiC brake composites improved the wear resistance,and the graphite played the lubrication function,and right volume content of graphite was helpful to forming friction film to reduce the wear *** results showed that C/C-SiC composites fabricated by warm compacted-in situ reaction had excellent properties for use as brake materials.

This paper presents a numerical and experimental study of the discharge rate of sawdust from an aerated hopper as an important parameter in many industrial processes involving the handling of other granular materials. Numerical experiments are conducted by means of an Eulerian-Eulerian approach coupled with the kinetic theory of granular flow （KTGF）. Emphasis is given to the effects of particle size, hopper outlet width, hopper half angle, aeration height and air flow rate. The results show that the discharge rate is significantly affected by hopper outlet width, particle size and air flow rate, but is not sensitive to the hopper half angle and aeration height： increasing hopper outlet width or air flow rate increases discharge rate, while increasing particle size decreases discharge rate. Close agreement between numerical predictions and experimental results is obtained.

We report a clock transition spectrum approach,which is used to calibrate the zero-crossing temperature and frequency drift of an ultralow expansion(ULE)cavity with a Hertz level *** this approach,the linear and nonlinear drifts of the ULE cavity along a variety of controlled temperatures are clearly *** the controlled temperature of ULE cavity is tuned away from the zero-crossing temperature of the ULE cavity,the cavity shows larger and larger nonlinear *** to our theoretical analysis and experimental results,we investigate more details of the drift property of the ULE cavity around the zero-crossing temperature,which has seldom been explored *** can definitely conclude that the zero-crossing temperature of our ULE cavity used in an ytterbium(Yb)lattice clock is around 31.7℃.

采用问卷法对339名初中生进行为期1年的3次追踪,旨在考察初中生手机依赖、身体羞耻和社交焦虑的发展趋势,并检验身体羞耻在手机依赖和社交焦虑中的纵向中介作用机制。结果发现,初中生手机依赖、身体羞耻和社交焦虑均呈稳步上升趋势;手机依赖的起始水平和发展速率分别对社交焦虑的起始水平和发展速率起直接预测作用;身体羞耻的起始水平和发展速率在手机依赖对社交焦虑发展的影响机制中起完全纵向中介作用。研究结果揭示了初中生社交焦虑及其风险因素的特征和动态作用机制,为合理使用手机、改善身体羞耻和社交焦虑提供了新的干预视角。
