Objective Ulcerative colitis is a prevalent immunoinflammatory ***17/Treg cell imbalance and gut microbiota dysregulation are key factors in ulcerative colitis *** actin cytoskeleton contributes to regulating the proliferation,differentiation,and migration of Th17 and Treg ***63,a gene containing the WD repeat domain,participates in the structure and functional modulation of actin *** research indicates that WDR63 may serve as a regulator of cell migration and metastasis via actin polymerization *** article aims to explore the effect of Wdr63 deletion on Th17/Treg cells and ulcerative *** We constructed Wdr63-/-mice,induced colitis in mice using dextran sulfate sodium salt,collected colon tissue for histopathological staining,collected mesenteric lymph nodes for flow cytometry analysis,and collected healthy mouse feces for microbial diversity *** Compared with wild-type colitis mice,Wdr63-/-colitis mice had a more pronounced shortening of colonic tissue,higher scores on disease activity index and histological damage index,Treg cells decreased and Th17 cells increased in colonic tissue and mesenteric lymph nodes,a lower level of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10,and a higher level of pro-inflammatory cytokine *** addition,WDR63 has shown positive effects on maintaining intestinal microbiota *** maintains the balance of Bacteroidota and Firmicutes,promoting the formation of beneficial intestinal bacteria linked to immune *** Wdr63 deletion aggravates ulcerative colitis in mice,WDR63 inhibits colonic inflammation likely by regulating Th17/Treg balance and maintains intestinal microbiota homeostasis.

The dynamic characteristics of different airflows on micro-scales have been explored from many perspectives since the late *** the one hand,most analytical tools and research subjects in previous contributions vary significantly:some only focus on fluctuant velocity features,while others pay attention to directional *** the other hand,despite the wide variety of existing analytical methods,they are not systematically classified and *** paper aims to establish a system including state-of-the-art tools for airflow analysis and to further design a holistic toolkit named Airflow Analytical Toolkit(AAT).The AAT contains two tools,responsible for analyzing the velocity and direction characteristics of airflows,each of which is integrated with multiple analytical *** assess the performance of the developed toolkit,we further take typical natural and mechanical winds as cases to show its excellent analytical *** the help of this toolkit,the great differences in velocity and directional characteristics among different airflows are *** comparative results reveal that not only is the velocity of natural wind more fluctuating than that of mechanical wind,but its incoming flow direction is also more *** AAT,serving as a powerful and user-friendly instrument,will hopefully offer great convenience in data analysis and guidance for a deeper understanding of the dynamic characteristics of airflows,and further remedy the gap in airflow analytical tools.

Ride-hailing service has become a popular means of transportation due to its convenience and low ***,it also raises privacy *** riders’mobility information including the pick-up and drop-off location is tracked,the service provider can infer sensitive information about the riders such as where they live and *** address these concerns,we propose location privacy preserving techniques that efficiently match riders and drivers while preserving riders’location *** first propose a baseline solution that allows a rider to select the driver who is the closest to his pick-up ***,with some side information,the service provider can launch location inference *** overcome these attacks,we propose an enhanced scheme that allows a rider to specify his privacy *** techniques are designed to preserve rider’s personalized privacy with limited loss of matching *** trace-driven simulations,we compare our enhanced privacy preserving solution to existing *** results show that our solution provides much better ride matching results that are close to the optimal solution,while preserving personalized location privacy for riders.

Experimental study on the dispersion behavior of a microemulsion collector and its mechanism for enhancing low-rank coal flotation

As the poor dispersion of oily collectors and the inferior hydrophobicity of the mineral surface, the lowrank coal has an unsatisfactory flotation performance when using traditional collectors. In this paper, an ionic liquid microemulsion was used as a collector to enhance its floatability. Flotation test results demonstrated the microemulsion collector exhibited a superior collecting ability. A satisfactory separation performance of 78.66% combustible material recovery was obtained with the microemulsion collector consumption of 6 kg/t, which was equivalent to the flotation performance of diesel at a dosage of25 kg/t. The dispersion behavior of the microemulsion collector was investigated using the CryogenicTransmission Electron Microscopy. The interaction mechanism of the microemulsion collector on enhancing the low-rank coal flotation was elucidated through the Zeta potential and contact angle measurements, the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy *** microemulsion collector exhibited superior dispersibility, which was dispersed into positively charged oil droplets with an average size of 160.21 nm in the pulp. Furthermore, the nano-oil droplets could be more efficiently adsorbed on the low-rank coal surface through electrostatic attraction, resulting in the improvement of its hydrophobicity. Thus, the microemulsion collector shows great application potential in improving the flotation performance of low-rank coal.

背景:膝骨关节炎是一种常见的关节软骨及周围组织损伤的慢性炎症性疾病,而免疫细胞在膝骨关节炎免疫炎症反应中起到重要作用,但其中的具体机制仍有待深入研究。目的:采用孟德尔随机化方法来评估731种免疫细胞表型与膝骨关节炎风险之间的潜在因果关系。方法:使用全基因组关联分析(GWAS)目录中公开获取731种免疫细胞表型的全基因组关联分析统计数据(从GCST0001391到GCST0002121)和IEUGWAS数据库中膝骨关节炎的全基因组关联分析数据(ebi-a-GCST007090)。采用逆方差加权法、MR-Egger回归法、加权中位数法、加权模型法和简单模型法来研究免疫细胞与膝骨关节炎之间的因果关系。敏感性分析用于检验孟德尔随机化分析结果是否可靠,然后以同样方法进行反向孟德尔随机化分析。结果与结论:①正向分析结果表明,共有4种免疫细胞表型与膝骨关节炎有显著的因果关系(FDR<0.20),其中B细胞中的CD27 on CD24+CD27+(OR=1.026,P=0.00026,Pfdr=0.18)、髓系细胞中的CD33 on CD33dim HLA DR-(OR=1.014,P=0.00050,Pfdr=0.18)以及Treg细胞中的CD45RA+CD28-CD8br%CD8br(OR=1.001,P=0.00078,Pfdr=0.18)与膝骨关节炎风险呈直接的正向因果关联;单核细胞中PDL-1 on monocyte(OR=0.952,P=0.00098,Pfdr=0.18)与膝骨关节炎风险呈直接的负向因果关联。②反向分析结果表明,当膝骨关节炎作为暴露数据时,与731种免疫细胞表型均不具有显著因果关系(FDR<0.20)。③敏感性分析结果显示:双向孟德尔随机化的Cochran’s Q检验和MR-Egger回归法结果P值均大于0.05,表明免疫细胞表型与膝骨关节炎之间的因果效应分析不存在显著的异质性和多效性。④上述结果证实,CD27 on CD24+CD27+,CD33 on CD33dim HLA DR-,CD45RA+CD28-CD8br%CD8br以及PDL-1 on monocyte免疫细胞表型与膝骨关节炎之间可能具有较为显著的潜在因果关系,这为研究膝骨关节炎的生物学机制及探索膝骨关节炎的早期防治提供有价值的线索,也为干预性药物的开发提供了新的方向。

目的:探究儿童粗大动作发展特征与汉语发展性阅读障碍(DD)的关联。方法:从北京市某三甲医院精神专科门诊招募27名7~10岁确诊汉语DD儿童,从北京某普通小学招募年龄、性别、总智商相匹配的27名儿童为对照组。采用儿童粗大动作发展测试量表第三版(TGMD-3)、儿童发育协调障碍评估工具(M-ABC)中动静态平衡测验评估被试儿童的粗大动作发展水平。采用小学生识字量测试题库及评价量表、一分钟读字、小学生阅读能力测评评估被试阅读能力。结果:汉语DD儿童TGMD-3总分、位移动作总分、物控动作总分、动静态平衡得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示动静态平衡得分、位移动作总分、物控动作总分和TGMD-3总分与患有阅读障碍负关联(OR=3.08、1.35、1.16、1.13,均P<0.05)。结论:儿童粗大动作发展落后与汉语发展性阅读障碍有关联。

Atomically dispersed metal sites(ADMSs)play key roles in electrochemical energy *** covalent organic frameworks(COFs)enable the precise control of the chemical compositions and structures at the molecular level,making them ideal substrates for supporting *** this review,we systematically summarize the recent progress on the design and synthesis of ADMSs in COFs,including embedding molecular catalysts into COFs,immobilizing ADMSs on heteroatom-containing COFs,and preparing COF-derived carbon materials through *** electrocatalytic performance of the resulting catalysts is presented for various electrochemical reactions,involving oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER),hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),and nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR).The modulation strategies of AMDSs in COFs for enhanced activity,selectivity,and stability are highlighted,together with a perspective of the current challenges and the future opportunities in this field.

The formation of lithium dendrites and the safety hazards arising from flammable liquid electrolytes have seriously hindered the development of high-energy-density lithium metal ***,an emerging amide-based electrolyte is proposed,containing LiTFSI and butyrolactam in different molar ratios.1,1,2,2-Tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropylether and fluoroethylene carbonate are introduced into the amide-based electrolyte as counter solvent and *** well-designed amide-based electrolyte possesses nonflammability,high ionic conductivity,high thermal stability and electrochemical stability(>4.7 V).Besides,an inorganic/organic-rich solid electrolyte interphase with an abundance of LiF,Li3N and Li-N-C is in situ formed,leading to spherical lithium *** formation mechanism and solvation chemistry of amide-based electrolyte are further inves-tigated by molecular dynamics simulations and density functional *** applied in Li metal batteries with LiFePO4 and LiMn2O4 cathode,the amide-based electrolyte can enable stable cycling performance at room temperature and 60℃.This study provides a new insight into the development of amide-based electrolytes for lithium metal batteries.

Fault Analysis on a New Block Cipher DBlock with at Most Two Fault Injections

DBlock is a new family of block ciphers proposed by Wu et al. in Science China in 2015, which consists of three variants specified as DBlock-128/192/***-n employs a 20-round Feistel-type structure with n-bit block size and n-bit key size. We propose the first fault analysis on DBlock and show that no more than 2 pairs of correct/faulty ciphertexts are needed to retrieve the master key. In the attack, a byte-oriented fault is injected in round 16, and three properties including differential distribution of the Sbox, bijection nature of the linear function and Feistel-type key scheduling are fully utilized to distinguish between the correct and wrong keys. A fault position guessing strategy based on known intermediates is adopted, which efficiently makes the known-fault attack apply to the random fault model. The experimental results show that, with a pair of ciphertexts, 11.820-bit exhaustive search is needed to derive the whole 128-bit key on average. With 2 pairs of ciphertexts, the unique key can be determined within 6.5 minutes.
