In this paper,equal channel angular pressing and thermomechanical treatment was employed to improve the strength and electrical conductivity of an aging strengthened Cu-Ti-Cr-Mg alloy,and the microstructure and properties of the alloy were investigated in *** results showed that the samples deformed by the combination of cryogenic equal channel angular pressing(ECAP)and rolling had good comprehensive properties after aging at 400℃.The tensile strength of the peak-aged and over-aged samples was 1120 MPa and 940 MPa,with their corresponding electrical conductivity of 14.7%IACS and 22.1%IACS,*** and cryogenic rolling introduced high density dislocations,leading to the inhibition of the softening effects and refinement of the *** a long time aging at 400℃,the alloy exhibited ultra-high strength with obvious increasing electrical *** high strength was attributed to the synergistic effect of work hardening,grain refinement strengthening and precipitation *** precipitation of a large amount of Ti atoms from the matrix led to the high electrical conductivity of the over-aged sample.

As one of the most common spatial light modulators,linear micromirror arrays(MMAs)based on microelectromechanical system(MEMS)processes are currently utilized in many ***,two crucial challenges exist in the fabrication of such devices:the adhesion of silicon microstructures caused by anodic bonding and the destruction of the suspended silicon film due to residual *** solve these issues,an innovative processing method assisted by temporary anchors is *** approach effectively reduces the span of silicon microstructures and improves the Euler buckling limit of the silicon ***,these temporary anchors are strategically placed within the primary etching areas,enabling easy removal without additional processing *** a result,we successfully achieved wafer-level,high-yield manufacturing of linear MMAs with a filling factor as high as 95.1%.Demonstrating superior capabilities to those of original MMAs,our enhanced version boasts a total of 60 linear micromirror elements,each featuring a length-to-width ratio of 52.6,and the entire optical aperture measures 5 mm×6 *** linear MMA exhibits an optical deflection angle of 20.4°at 110 Vdc while maintaining exceptional deflection flatness and *** study offers a viable approach for the design and fabrication of thin-film MEMS devices with high yields,and the proposed MMA is promising as a replacement for digital micromirror devices(DMDs,by TI Corp.)in fields such as spectral imaging and optical communication.

Production logistics(PL)is considered as a critical factor that affects the efficiency and cost of production operations in discrete manufacturing *** effectively utilize manufacturing big data to improve PL efficiency and promote job shop floor economic benefits,this study proposes a PL trajectory analysis and optimization decision making method driven by a manufacturing task data chain(MTDC).First,the manufacturing task chain(MTC)is defined to characterize the discrete production process of a *** handle manufacturing big data,the MTC data paradigm is designed,and the MTDC is ***,the logistics trajectory model is presented,where the various types of logistics trajectories are extracted using the MTC as the search engine for the *** on this,a logistics efficiency evaluation indicator system is proposed to support the optimization decision making for the ***,a case study is applied to verify the proposed method,and the method determines the PL optimization decisions for PL efficiency without changing the layout and workshop equipment,which can assist managers in implementing the optimization decisions.

Cracks have consistently been a significant challenge limiting the development of additive manufactured nickel-based *** is essential to investigate the location of cracks and their forming *** study extensively examines the impact of solidification process,microstructural evolution,and stress concentration on crack initiation during direct energy deposition(DED).The results emphasize that the crack formation is significantly related to large-angle grain boundaries,rapid cooling *** caused by large-angle grain boundaries and a fast-cooling rate predominantly appear near the edge of the deposited *** cracks are more likely to form near the top of the deposited sample,due to the presence ofγ/γ'*** secondary dendritic arm and the carbides in the interdendritic regions can obstruct liquid flow during the final stage of solidification,which results in the formation of solidification cracks and *** work paves the way to avoid cracks in nickel-based superalloys fabricated by DED,thereby enhancing the performance of superalloys.

洪涝灾害是我国常见自然灾害之一。洪涝频发的长江中下游流域及以南地区多为血吸虫病流行区,因此洪涝不仅对财产造成损失,而且严重危害洪涝地区的公共卫生和人民健康。本文针对2016年我国长江流域再次发生特大洪涝灾害的情况,分析了洪涝灾害对血吸虫病传播与流行的影响。指出当前我国的血吸虫病防治正由传播控制迈向阻断和消除阶段,而频发的洪涝灾害将加剧洪涝地区钉螺孳生地的扩散和血吸虫病传染源的传播,对我国血吸虫病防治目标的实现造成一定程度的影响;因此应就洪涝灾害对血吸虫病传播影响及其风险等及时作出评估、监测和预警,并采取应急处置措施。作者提出了应在洪涝灾害发生的早、中、后期以及灾后等不同阶段,根据洪涝灾害的发生和疫情的发展等情况,落实和强化各项抗灾防病应急响应措施,最大限度地控制疾病传播的风险和危害,巩固血吸虫病防治成果,确保按期实现血吸虫病阻断和消除目标。

The prevalence of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and diabetes mellitus is notably high,posing sig-nificant residual cardiovascular risks even after routine interventions such as antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,and antithrombot-ic *** studies have demonstrated that certain glucose-lowering medications confer cardiovascular benefits for pa-tients with type 2 ***,a survey indicates that cardiologists may not be fully acquainted with the optimal screen-ing timing,indicators,and diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes,and there is insufficient awareness and a low rate of prescrip-tion of novel glucose-lowering medications with proven cardiovascular efficacy,such as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agon-ists(GLP-1 RAs)and sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitors(SGLT-2i).In this context,based on domestic and international guidelines or consensus and the latest evidence-based evidence,this consensus aims to standardize the glycemic management for patients with acute coronary syndrome,chronic coronary syndrome,and perioperative management for percutaneous coronary *** highlights the key points of screening and diagnosis of type 2 diabetes,and the comprehensive management of cardiovascular risk in patients with *** consensus elaborates on the principles and algorithms of glycemic management for CHD patients,without involving acute complications of diabetes,clarifies the clinical practice of glucose-lowering medications with cardiovascular benefits,and promotes the standardized use of these medications in cardiovascular and other related spe-cialty ***,it addresses the glucose-lowering treatment to comprehensively reduce cardiovascular risks.

1874年9月,McConnell医生在印度加尔各答一华侨体内首次发现华支睾吸虫,距今已有140周年。此后,1910年日本学者Kobayashi发现了淡水鱼是其第二中间宿主,1918年另一名日本寄生虫学家Muto证实了淡水螺是其第一中间宿主。但其危害性直到近年来才被较清楚的认识,WHO国际癌症研究署于2009年将华支睾吸虫确定为胆管细胞癌明确致癌物;WHO于2010年发布了"全球被忽视热带病首次报告",华支睾吸虫病位列其中;2011年国际重要刊物在线发表了华支睾吸虫病疾病负担研究成果。但是,在如何提高对华支睾吸虫病危害的认识并指导防治实践方面仍有差距,特别是中国作为全球华支睾吸虫病疾病负担最高的国家,在研究和防治等方面仍需努力。

用CAg-dot-ELISA法和CAb-ELISA法分别对并殖吸虫病临床诊断患者、并殖吸虫病流行区人群、卫氏并殖吸虫早期感染者及其他寄生虫感染者进行循环抗原和抗体检测。用CAg-dot-ELISA检测70份卫氏并殖吸虫病临床诊断患者血清,阳性29份,敏感性为41.5%(29/70),与华支睾吸虫病和日本血吸虫病患者血清分别有25%(5/20)和20%(4/20)的交叉反应,与其他寄生虫感染者血清和健康人血清(60份)均为阴性,特异性为93.6%。CAb-ELISA检测70例卫氏并殖吸虫病临床诊断患者血清阳性67份,敏感性为95.7%(67/70),与华支睾吸虫病和日本血吸虫病患者血清分别有25%(5/20)和20%(4/20)的交叉反应,对其他寄生虫感染者血清和健康人血清的特异性为92.1%。CAg-dot-ELISA和CAb-ELISA分别检测并殖吸虫病流行区人群220份血清,阳性率分别为0和3.2%(7/220)。CAg-dot-ELISA法对辅助诊断并殖吸虫早期感染有一定价值。

Poly(lactide acid)(PLA)foams have shown considerable promise as eco-friendly alternatives to nondegradable plastic foams,such as polystyrene(PS)***,PLA foam typically suffers from low heat-resistance and poor cellular structure stemming from its inherent slow crystallization rate and low melt *** this study,a high-performance PLA foam with well-defined cell morphology,exceptional strength and enhanced heat-resistance was successfully fabricated via a core-back microcellular injection molding(MIM)*** scanning calorimetry(DSC)results revealed that the added hydrazine-based nucleating agent(HNA)significantly increased the crystallization temperature and accelerated the crystallization process of ***,the addition of a 1.5 wt%of HNA led to a significant reduction in PLA’s cell size,from 43.5µm to 2.87µm,and a remarkable increase in cell density,from 1.08×10^(7)cells/cm^(3)to 2.15×10^(10)cells/cm^(3).This enhancement resulted in a final crystallinity of approximately 55.7%for the PLA blend foam,a marked improvement compared to the pure PLA ***,at 1.5 wt%HNA concentration,the tensile strength and tensile toughness of PLA blend foams demonstrated remarkable improvements of 136%and 463%,***,the Vicat softening temperature of PLA blend foam increased significantly to 134.8°C,whereas the pure PLA foam exhibited only about 59.7℃.These findings underscore the potential for the preparation of lightweight injection-molded PLA foam with enhanced toughness and heat-resistance,which offers a viable approach for the production of high-performance PLA foams suitable for large-scale applications.
