Monitoring and engineering interface coupling between monolayer WS_(2)and substrate through controllably introducing interfacial strain

The interface properties in two-dimensional(2D)layered materials and their van der Waals(vdW)homo-/heterostructures are of importance in both uncovering novel physical phenomena and optimizing device *** considerable research interest and enthusiasm direct toward the interlayer coupling in 2D homo-and heterostructures,there is limited research on the coupling at the 2D layered material-substrate *** limitation is due to the challenges in achieving direct ***,the coupling mechanisms at the 2D layered material-substrate interface is ambiguous,which needs greater *** this study,we have systematically investigated the interface coupling between monolayer WS_(2)and its supported substrates using high-temperature and high-vacuum in-situ Raman spectroscopy through monitoring the low-frequency Raman mode of monolayer WS_(2).Our findings reveal that both interfacial spacing and strain can significantly affect the coupling strength between the monolayer WS_(2)and the supported *** notably,we found that the strategic introduction of appropriate interfacial strain can effectively enhance the interface ***,we have succeeded in achieving effective regulation of the sample-substrate coupling via a convenient way of controlling the cooling process during *** findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the coupling correlation between 2D layered materials and substrates,which is of great significance for the design and optimization of high-performance devices based on 2D layered semiconductors.

核桃蛋白源抗氧化肽的虚拟筛选及分子对接研究

天然、安全、高效的抗氧化剂对于防止氧化应激具有重要价值。基于此,通过虚拟筛选结合分子对接技术对核桃蛋白模拟水解物中的抗氧化肽进行了鉴定。通过BIOPEP-UWM程序模拟水解,从核桃蛋白中共获得520条多肽序列;通过PeptideRanker、Peptide Property Calculator、ToxinPred等程序分析,筛选得到16条具有潜在活性、水溶性好且无毒的多肽;通过分子对接研究,表明在这16条多肽中,大部分与自由基分子ABTS和DPPH,与氧化酶CAT和SOD及与Keap-1之间的相互作用大于阳性对照谷胱甘肽,且主要通过形成氢键和疏水相互作用发挥抗氧化活性,其中二肽EW在3种相互作用情况下均具有较佳表现和良好研究价值。

To accurately perform the coupled simulation of temperature field and stress field of complex parts and porous structures under the optimal manufacturing process parameters,three kinds of porous structures with different complexity were designed in this ***,ANSYS additive software was used to conduct the stress/deformation simulation of the whole structure under different scanning ***,the optimal scanning strategy for different porous structures was determined,then the experimental preparation was performed,and mechanical properties of compression were tested and *** results show that the elastic modulus and yield strength increase with the increase of pole diameter/wall *** addition,the quasi-static compression simulation of different structures was performed,and the compression performance was analyzed based on the experimental ***,the stress concentration region of different structures was obtained.

增加光照对林下樟树苗木的影响及作用机理

【目的】揭示增加光照对林下樟树苗木生长的影响,促进退化天然次生林的更新,【方法】选择中上层植物种为常绿阔叶树和苦竹的退化天然次生林,采用伐除苦竹后补植樟树苗木的方法研究增加光照对樟树苗木存活和生长的影响,并通过遮阴试验研究樟树幼苗对光照强度的生理适应机制。【结果】伐除苦竹对林下樟树苗木存活和生长有明显影响,林冠开度由2.36%±0.46%(对照林分)提高到11.37%±0.87%(伐除苦竹林分)时,樟树苗木存活率由16.67%提高到63.89%,地径生长量由0.5 cm提高到0.9 cm,树高生长量由0.16 m提高到0.63 m。在30%~50%遮阴条件下,樟树幼苗高生长显著高于对照(未遮阴)和其他处理的植株,遮阴70%~90%时与对照之间的差异不显著;30%~70%遮阴处理下的叶片数量显著高于对照和90%遮阴处理;叶面积和叶片厚度随着遮阴程度增加而下降,而比叶面积的变化趋势则相反;随着遮阴程度的增加,叶片含水量增加并呈台阶式变化,70%~90%遮阴下的叶片含水量显著高于光照更强的处理。遮阴使樟树幼苗叶片叶绿素a和b含量上升,但遮阴强度达到90%时叶片叶绿素a和b含量出现下降;遮阴强度达到70%及以上时,叶绿素a/b比值低于其他处理。随着遮阴程度上升,樟树幼苗最大净光合速率和表观量子效率均逐渐下降,光补偿点和暗呼吸速率整体呈下降趋势,但有例外(遮阴70%),光饱和点范围为800~1 200 μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),且没有明显变化规律。【结论】在苦竹扩张严重的退化天然次生常绿阔叶林中,伐除苦竹增加林地光照可提高樟树苗木的存活率和生长,有利于林分的更新和提质增效。轻度和中度遮阴条件下,樟树幼苗可通过减少对叶片的投入、降低最大净光合能力及提高叶绿素含量等策略来适应光照限制的生境;强度遮阴将严重抑制樟树幼苗的生长,从控制试验结果看,70%遮阴率是限制樟树幼苗生长的光照强度阈值。

Enhanced interface strength in steel-nickel bimetallic component fabricated using wire arc additive manufacturing with interweaving deposition strategy

Realizing improved strength in composite metallic materials remains a challenge using conventional welding and joining systems due to the generation and development of brittle intermetallic compounds caused by complex thermal profiles during ***,wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)process was used to fabricate a steel-nickel structural component,whose average tensile strength of 634 MPa significantly exceeded that of feedstock materials(steel,537 MPa and nickel,455 MPa),which has not been reported *** as-fabricated sample exhibited hierarchically structural heterogeneity due to the interweaving deposition *** improved mechanical response during tensile testing was due to the inter-locking microstructure forming a strong bond at the interface and solid solutions strengthening from the intermixing of the Fe and Ni increased the interface strength,beyond the sum of *** research offers a new route for producing high-quality steel-nickel dissimilar structures and widens the design opportunities of monolithic components,with site-specific properties,for specific structural or functional applications.

Two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors, represented by 2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), exhibit rich valley physics due to strong spin-orbit/spin-valley coupling. The most common way to probe such 2D systems is to utilize optical methods, which can monitor light emissions from various excitonic states and further help in understanding the physics behind such phenomena. Therefore, 2D TMDs with good optical quality are in great demand. Here, we report a method to directly grow epitaxial WS2 and MoS2 monolayers on hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) flakes with a high yield and high optical quality; these monolayers show better intrinsic light emission features than exfoliated monolayers from natural crystals. For the first time, the valley Zeeman splitting of WS2 and MoS2 monolayers on hBN has been visualized and systematically investigated. This study paves a new way to produce high optical quality WS2 and MoS2 monolayers and to exploit their intrinsic properties in a multitude of applications.

Distribution and bioavailability of mercury in size-fractioned atmospheric particles around an ultra-low emission power plant in Southwest China

Ultra-low emission(ULE)technology retrofits significantly impact the particulate-bound mercury(Hg)emissions from coal-fired power plants(CFPPs);however,the distribution and bioavailability of Hg in size-fractioned particulate matter(PM)around the ULE-retrofitted CF-PPs are less ***,total Hg and its chemical speciation in TSP(total suspended particles),PM_(10)(aerodynamic particle diameter≤10μm)and PM_(2.5)(aerodynamic particle diameter≤2.5μm)around a ULE-retrofitted CFPP in Guizhou Province were *** PM_(2.5)concentration was higher around this ULE-retrofitted CFPP than that in the intra-regional urban cities,and it had higher mass Hg concentration than other sizefractioned *** Hg concentrations in PM had multifarious sources including CFPP,vehicle exhaust and biomass combustion,while they were significantly higher in autumn and winter than those in other seasons(P40%).Mass concentrations of exchangeable,HCl-soluble,elemental,and residual Hg in PM_(2.5)were higher than those in other size-fractioned PM,and were markedly elevated in autumn and winter(P<0.05).In PM_(2.5),HCl-soluble Hg presented a significantly positive relationship with elemental Hg(P<0.05),while residual Hg showed the significantly positive relationships with HCl-soluble Hg and elemental Hg(P<0.01).Overall,these results suggested that atmospheric PM-bound Hg around the ULE-retrofitted CFPP tends to accumulate in finer PM,and has higher bioavailable fractions,while has potential transformation between chemical speciation.

Sleep and Cognitive Abnormalities in Acute Minor Thalamic Infarction

In order to characterize sleep and the cognitive patterns in patients with acute minor thalamic infarction （AMTI）, we enrolled 27 patients with AMTI and 12 mat- ched healthy individuals. Questionnaires about sleep and cognition as well as polysomnography （PSG） were performed on days 14 and 90 post-stroke. Compared to heal- thy controls, in patients with AMTI, hyposomnia was more prevalent; sleep architecture was disrupted as indicated by decreased sleep efficiency, increased sleep latency, and decreased non-rapid eye movement sleep stages 2 and 3; more sleep-related breathing disorders occurred; and cog- nitive functions were worse, especially memory. While sleep apnea and long-delay memory recovered to a large extent in the patients, other sleep and cognitive function deficit often persisted. Patients with AMTI are at an increased risk for hyposomnia, sleep structure disturbance, sleep apnea, and memory deficits. Although these abnormalities improved over time, the slow and incomplete improvement suggest that early management should be considered in these patients.

华青40是以自交系CU1407165为母本、自交系CU1407230为父本杂交选育而成的黄瓜新品种。该品种植株长势旺盛,叶片中大,深绿色,节间适中,单性结实能力强;瓜长32 cm左右,瓜皮色深绿油亮,短把,密刺,瘤中小,蜡粉少,果肉浅绿,口感清脆,风味浓郁,商品性较好。667 m^(2)产量3657.6~4512.2 kg。干物质含量(w,后同)8.4 g·100 g^(-1),可溶性固形物含量3.1%,维生素C含量9 mg·100 g^(-1),总糖含量1820 mg·100 g^(-1)。综合抗性较强,高抗黄瓜白粉病、黄瓜花叶病毒病(CMV),适合春秋保护地种植。2023年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。
