Recent advances in hydrocarbon exploration have been made in the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex reservoirs of the Dengying Formation in the western Sichuan Basin, SW China,where the depositional process is regarded confusing. The microfacies, construction types, and depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been investigated using unmanned aerial vehicle photography, outcrop section investigation, thin section identification,and seismic reflections in the southwestern Sichuan Basin. The microbialite lithologic textures in this region include thrombolite, dendrolite, stromatolite, fenestral stromatolite, spongiostromata stone,oncolite, aggregated grainstone, and botryoidal grapestone. Based on the comprehensive analysis of“depositional fabrics-lithology-microfacies”, an association between a fore mound, mound framework,and back mound subfacies has been proposed based on water depth, current direction, energy level and lithologic assemblages. The microfacies of the mound base, mound core, mound flank, mound cap, and mound flat could be recognized among the mound framework subfacies. Two construction types of marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been determined based on deposition location, mound scale, migration direction, and sedimentary facies association. Type Jinkouhe microbial mound constructions(TJMMCs) develop along the windward margin owing to their proximity to the seaward subfacies fore mound, with a northeastwardly migrated microbial mound on top of the mud mound,exhibiting the characteristics of large-sized mounds and small-sized banks in the surrounding area. Type E'bian microbial mound constructions(TEMMCs) primarily occur on the leeward margin, resulting from the presence of onshore back mound subfacies, with the smaller southwestward migrated microbial mounds existing on a thicker microbial flat. 癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)是一种异常表达于消化系统恶性肿瘤中的酸性糖蛋白,对于消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断和疗效预测具有重要价值。文献报道CEA对于肺癌的诊断灵敏度也较高,且与肿瘤的进展密切相关,能够作为肺癌复发及远处转移的监测指标[1]。亮氨酸拉链EF-hand结构域跨膜蛋白1(LETM1)是一种保守性较强的线粒体内膜蛋白,通过调节线粒体的基本代谢间接调节恶性肿瘤的发生发展,已有多项研究表明LETM1与肿瘤的发生密切相关[2-3]。但目前关于CEAm RNA和LETMl在肺癌患者中的表达情况及其对肺癌患者的预后价值的相关研究较少,因此,本文拟探究CEA m RNA和LETMl在肺癌患者中的表达情况,为临床肺癌预后评估寻找新的分子标志物。

A Hybrid Signal Processing Method Combining Mathematical Morphology and Walsh Theory for Power Quality Disturbance Detection and Classification

In this paper, a novel signal processing method combining mathematical morphology (MM) and Walsh theory is proposed, which uses Walsh functions to control the structuring element (SE) and MM operators. Based on the Walsh-MM method, a scheme for power quality disturbances detection and classification is developed, which involves three steps: denoising, feature extraction and morphological clustering. First, various evolution rules of Walsh function are used to generate groups of SEs for the multiscale Walsh-ordered morphological operation, so the original signal can be denoised. Next, the fundamental wave of the denoised signal is suppressed by Hadamard matrix;thus, disturbances can be extracted. Finally, the Walsh power spectrum of the waveform extracted in the previous step is calculated, and the parameters of which are taken by morphological clustering to classify the disturbances. Simulation results reveal the proposed scheme can effectively detect and classify disturbances, and the Walsh-MM method is less affected by noise and only involves simple calculation, which has a potential to be implemented in hardware and more suitable for real-time application.

Metal surfaces play a crucial role in numerous applications,from self-cleaning and anti-icing to anti-fogging and oil-water *** regulation of their wettability is essential to enhance their performance in these *** paper proposes a multi-state regulation method for metal surface wettability,leveraging nanosecond laser *** creating non-uniform microstructures on a metal surface,the contact area between the solid and liquid phases can be increased,resulting in the attainment of superhydrophilic properties(contact angle(CA),ranging from 4.6°to 8.5°).Conversely,the construction of uniform microstructures leads to a decreased solid-liquid contact area,thereby rendering the metal surface hydrophilic(CA=12.2°–53°).Furthermore,through heat treatment on a surface with uniform microstructures,organic matter adsorption can be promoted while simultaneously reducing surface *** process results in the metal surface acquiring hydrophobic properties(CA=92.1°–133.5°),facilitated by the“air cushion effect.”Building on the hydrophobic surface,stearic acid modification can further reduce surface energy,ultimately bestowing the metal surface with superhydrophobic properties(CA=150.1°–152.7°,and sliding angle=3.8°).Performance testing has validated the durability and self-cleaning effectiveness of the fabricated superhydrophobic surface while also highlighting the excellent anti-fog performance of the superhydrophilic *** findings strongly indicate the immense potential of these surfaces in various engineering applications.

Spinel MnCo_(2)O_(4) is a promising energy storage candidate as anode materials in lithium-ion batteries owing to synergistic effects of two intrinsic solid-state redox ***,low conductivity,poor rate capacity and rapid capacity fading have seriously impaired its practical *** overcome the inferiorities,urchin-like MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C core–shell nanowire arrays have been fabricated directly within a porous copper current collector via a facile hydrothermal method followed by a chemical vapor deposition carbonization *** a typical nanowire,the core is composed of interconnected MnCo_(2)O_(4)nanoparticles and the shell shows as a thin amorphous carbon *** integrated MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C/Cu structure could act as working anodes without using additives or polymer *** MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C/Cu possesses slightly longer li-ion insertion/desertion pathway than that of MnCo_(2)O_(4)/Cu,the carbon shell could effectively prevent the pulverization of MnCo_(2)O_(4) and lower down charge transfer resistance and actively participate in li-ion *** rearrangement of carbon atoms during lithiation/delithiation cycling could inhibit the formation of passive solid electrolyte interphase *** a result,the MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C/Cu electrode presents superior rate capacity(600 mAh·g^(−1) at 1 A·g^(−1)) and better stability(797 mAh·g^(−1) after 200 cycles at 100 mA·g^(−1)).The excellent reversible li ion storage capacity,cycling stability and rate capacity endow MnCo_(2)O_(4)@C/Cu great potential as stable and high output integrated anode materials in li-ion batteries.

Scale effect removal and range migration correction for hypersonic target coherent detection

The detection of hypersonic targets usually confronts range migration(RM)issue before coherent integration(CI).The traditional methods aiming at correcting RM to obtain CI mainly considers the narrow-band radar ***,with the increasing requirement of far-range detection,the time bandwidth product,which is corresponding to radar’s mean power,should be promoted in actual ***,the echo signal generates the scale effect(SE)at large time bandwidth product situation,influencing the intra and inter pulse integration *** eliminate SE and correct RM,this paper proposes an effective algorithm,i.e.,scaled location rotation transform(ScLRT).The ScLRT can remove SE to obtain the matching pulse compression(PC)as well as correct RM to complete CI via the location rotation transform,being implemented by seeking the actual rotation *** to the traditional coherent detection algorithms,Sc LRT can address the SE problem to achieve better detection/estimation *** last,this paper gives several simulations to assess the viability of ScLRT.

Strip flatness prediction of cold rolling based on ensemble methods

Aiming at the problem of insufficient prediction accuracy of strip flatness at the outlet of cold tandem rolling,the prediction performance of strip flatness based on different ensemble methods was studied and a high-precision prediction ensemble model of strip flatness at the outlet was ***,based on linear regression(LR),K nearest neighbors(KNN),support vector regression,regression trees(RT),and backpropagation neural network(BPN),bagging,boosting,and stacking ensemble methods were used for ensemble ***,three existing ensemble models,i.e.,random forest,extreme random tree(ET)and extreme gradient boosting,were used to conduct experiments and compare the *** research shows that bagging,boosting,and stacking three ensemble methods have the most significant improvement in the prediction accuracy of the regression trees model,which is increased by 5.28%,6.51%,and 5.32%,*** the same time,the stacking ensemble method improves both the simple model and the complex model,and the improvement effect on the simple base model is the greatest,which is 4.69%higher than that of the base model *** all of the ensemble models,the stacking ensemble model of level-1(ET,AdaBoost-RT,LR,BPN)paired with level-2(LR)was discovered to be the best model(EALB-LR)and can be further studied for industrial applications.
