Background:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is associated with disordered lipid and iron *** previous study has substantiated the pivotal role of Caveolin-1(Cav-1)in protecting hepatocytes and mediating iron metabolism in the *** study aimed to explore the specific mechanisms underlying the regulation of iron metabolism by Cav-1 in ***:Hepatocyte-specific Cav-1 overexpression mice and knockout mice were used in this ***-1-knockdown of RAW264.7 cells and mouse primary hepatocytes were performed to verify the changes in ***,a high-fat diet and palmitic acid plus oleic acid treatment were utilized to construct a NAFLD model in vivo and in vitro,respectively,while a high-iron diet was used to construct an in vivo iron overload ***,iron concentration,the expression of Cav-1 and iron metabolism-related proteins in liver tissue or serum were detected using iron assay kit,Prussian blue staining,Western blotting,immunofluorescence staining,immunohistochemical staining and *** related indicators of lipid metabolism and oxidative stress were evaluated by the corresponding reagent kit and ***:Significant disorder of lipid and iron metabolism occurred in *** expression of Cav-1 was decreased in NAFLD hepatocytes(P<0.05),accompanied by iron metabolism ***-1 enhanced the iron storage capacity of hepatocytes by activating the ferritin light chain/ferritin heavy chain pathway in NAFLD,subsequently alleviating the oxidative stress induced by excess ferrous ions in the ***,CD68^(+) CD163^(+) macrophages expressing Cav-1 were found to accelerate iron accumulation in the liver,which was contrary to the effect of Cav-1 in *** correlations were also observed between the serum Cav-1 concentration and the serum iron-related protein levels in NAFLD patients and healthy volunteers(P<0.05).Conclusions:These findings confirm that Cav-1 is an essential target protein that reg

Fabrication and properties of lightweight zirconia with fine closed porosity

Lightweight refractory materials with thermal insulation properties and erosion resistance are advantageous for hightemperature *** zirconia refractories were prepared using starch as a pore-forming agent,basic magnesium carbonate as a stabilizer,and nano-zirconia as an *** effects of the nano-zirconia content on the pore and thermal insulation properties of the lightweight zirconia refractories were investigated based on the porosity,phase composition,microstructure,and thermal ***-zirconia was shown to have a high surface energy,and its addition effectively increased the driving force for sintering,reduced the sintering temperature,and promoted the sintering reaction,thereby reducing the apparent porosity and improving the density of the prepared *** to the superplasticity of nano-zirconia,the surface stress caused plastic deformation between particles,which increased the migration rate of grain boundaries and trapped more gas inside the material before it diffused to the surface,thereby enhancing the closed porosity of the *** presence of closed pores could extend the thermal conduction path,decrease the conduction rate,and hinder the conduction effect to effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of the *** a nano-zirconia content of 0.75 wt.%,the prepared lightweight zirconia had the highest closed porosity and the lowest thermal *** apparent porosity,closed porosity,and total porosity of the material were 2.8%,7.0%,and 9.8%,respectively,and the thermal conductivity at 800℃was 1.37 W m^(-1)k^(-1).

In this paper,we analyze the relationship between the equilibrium reinsurance strategy and the tail of the distribution of the *** Mean Residual Life(MRL)has a close relationship with the tail of the distribution,we consider two classes of risk distributions,Decreasing Mean Residual Life(DMRL)and Increasing Mean Residual Life(IMRL)distributions,which can be used to classify light-tailed and heavy-tailed distributions,*** assume that the underlying risk process is modelled by the classical CramérLundberg model *** the mean-variance criterion,by solving the extended Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation,we derive the equilibrium reinsurance strategy for the insurer and the reinsurer under DMRL and IMRL,***,we analyze how to choose the reinsurance premium to make the insurer and the reinsurer agree with the same reinsurance *** find that under the case of DMRL,if the distribution and the risk aversions satisfy certain conditions,the insurer and the reinsurer can adopt a reinsurance premium to agree on a reinsurance strategy,and under the case of IMRL,the insurer and the reinsurer can only agree with each other that the insurer do not purchase the reinsurance.

Development and performance evaluation of high temperature resistant strong adsorption rigid blocking agent

As drilling wells continue to move into deep ultra-deep layers, the requirements for temperature resistance of drilling fluid treatments are getting higher and higher. Among them, blocking agent, as one of the key treatment agents, has also become a hot spot of research. In this study, a high temperature resistant strong adsorption rigid blocking agent(QW-1) was prepared using KH570 modified silica,acrylamide(AM) and allyltrimethylammonium chloride(TMAAC). QW-1 has good thermal stability,average particle size of 1.46 μm, water contact angle of 10.5., has a strong hydrophilicity, can be well dispersed in water. The experimental results showed that when 2 wt% QW-1 was added to recipe A(4 wt% bentonite slurry+0.5 wt% DSP-1(filtration loss depressant)), the API filtration loss decreased from 7.8to 6.4 m L. After aging at 240.C, the API loss of filtration was reduced from 21 to 14 m L, which has certain performance of high temperature loss of filtration. At the same time, it is effective in sealing 80-100mesh and 100-120 mesh sand beds as well as 3 and 5 μm ceramic sand discs. Under the same conditions,the blocking performance was superior to silica(5 μm) and calcium carbonate(2.6 μm). In addition, the mechanism of action of QW-1 was further investigated. The results show that QW-1 with amide and quaternary ammonium groups on the molecular chain can be adsorbed onto the surface of clay particles through hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction to form a dense blocking layer, thus preventing further intrusion of drilling fluid into the formation.

Enhanced activation of peroxymonosulfate on layered molybdenum disulfide loaded with Co–La bimetallic oxide for efficient degradation of chloramphenicol

The use of transition metal-activated peroxymonosulfate（PMS） as an advanced oxidation technology has gained recognition. This study developed a catalyst using cobaltDlanthanum bimetallic oxide supported on layered molybdenum disulfide （Mo S2） as a carrier. The CoDLa/Mo S2catalyst was synthesised through coprecipitation, followed by calcination with an optimised metal ratio of Co:La=2:1 to activate PMS and degrade trace chloramphenicol（CAP） in water. The chemical composition of the catalyst was confirmed using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）. At catalyst and PMS dosages of 0.1 and 0.5 g·L-1, respectively, the degradation rate of CAP was 95% with in 30 min. The catalyst exhibitedstrong resistance to most interfering anions and maintained a high degradation rate at p H 3D11. Liquid chromatographyDmass spectrometry analysis revealed the potential degradation pathways of CAP in the CoDLa/Mo S2（2:1）/PMS system. For other pollutants, such as oxytetracycline,complete degradation was achieved within 20 min,demonstrating the broad applicability of the CoDLa/Mo S2（2:1）/PMS system for the degradation and removal of antibiotic organic contaminants. This study offers a feasible approach for the degradation of antibiotic organic pollutants, including CAP, in natural water bodies.

Responses of Nutrients to the Precipitation Variation and Land Use in Subtropical Monsoonal Small Mountainous Rivers:A Case Study of Baixi Watershed

Small mountainous rivers are characterized by large instantaneous fluxes and susceptible to extreme weather events,which can rapidly transport materials into the sea and have a significant impact on the ecological environment of estuaries and *** order to investigate the seasonal characteristics of nutrients in small mountainous rivers in the subtropical monsoon region and the output pattern to the sea during heavy precipitation,surveys on the mountainous rivers were carried out in Baixi watershed in August 2020(wet season),March 2021(dry season)and June 2021(Meiyu period).The results showed that the dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN)of the rivers has an average concentration of 752μg L^(−1)in the wet season and 1472μg L^(−1)in the dry *** concentrations of dissolved inorganic phosphorus(DIP)in wet season and dry season were 63μg L^(−1)and 51μg L^(−1),*** by the changes of land use in sub-watersheds,DIN concentrations in the mainstream increased from 701μg L^(−1)in the upper reaches to 1284μg L^(−1)in the middle *** rainstorms during the Meiyu period in the watershed caused the pulse runoff in the *** maximum daily runoff reached 70 times that before *** maximum daily fluxes of DIN and DIP were 109 and 247 times that before rains,*** view that the watershed experienced several rainstorms in the wet season,the river,with pulse runoff,carries a large amount of nutrients into the sea in a short time,which will have a significant impact on the environment of Sanmen bay and its adjacent sea.

High-purity germanium(HPGe)detectors,which are used for direct dark matter detection,have the advantages of a low threshold and excellent energy *** surface passivation of HPGe has become crucial for achieving an extremely low energy *** this study,first-principles simulations,passivation film preparation,and metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)capacitor characterization were combined to study surface *** calculations of the energy band structure of the -H,-OH,and -NH_(2) passivation groups on the surface of Ge were performed,and the interface state density and potential with five different passivation groups with N/O atomic ratios were accurately analyzed to obtain a stable surface *** on the theoretical calculation results,the surface passivation layers of the Ge_(2)ON_(2) film were prepared via magnetron sputtering in accordance with the optimum atomic ratio *** microstructure,C-V,and I-V electrical properties of the layers,and the passivation effect of the Al/Ge_(2)ON_(2)/Ge MOS were characterized to test the interface state *** mean interface state density obtained by the Terman method was 8.4×10^(11) cm^(-2) eV^(-1).The processing of germanium oxynitrogen passivation films is expected to be used in direct dark matter detection of the HPGe detector surface passivation technology to reduce the detector leakage currents.

A Prediction Model for Detecting Dysthyroid Optic Neuropathy Based on Clinical Factors and Imaging Markers of the Optic Nerve and Cerebrospinal Fluid in the Optic Nerve Sheath

Objective:This study aimed to develop and test a model for predicting dysthyroid optic neuropathy(DON)based on clinical factors and imaging markers of the optic nerve and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)in the optic nerve ***:This retrospective study included patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO)without DON and patients with TAO accompanied by DON at our *** imaging markers of the optic nerve and CSF in the optic nerve sheath were measured on the water-fat images of each patient and,together with clinical factors,were screened by Least absolute shrinkage and selection ***,we constructed a prediction model using multivariate logistic *** accuracy of the model was verified using receiver operating characteristic curve ***:In total,80 orbits from 44 DON patients and 90 orbits from 45 TAO patients were included in our *** variables(optic nerve subarachnoid space and the volume of the CSF in the optic nerve sheath)were found to be independent predictive factors and were included in the prediction *** the development cohort,the mean area under the curve(AUC)was 0.994,with a sensitivity of 0.944,specificity of 0.967,and accuracy of ***,in the validation cohort,the AUC was 0.960,the sensitivity was 0.889,the specificity was 0.893,and the accuracy was ***:A combined model was developed using imaging data of the optic nerve and CSF in the optic nerve sheath,serving as a noninvasive potential tool to predict DON.
