Influence of span-to-depth ratio on dynamic response of vehicle-turnoutbridge system in high-speed railway

For high-speed railways,the smoothness of the railway line significantly affects the operational speed of *** the train passes through the turnout on a long-span bridge,the wheel-rail impacts caused by the turnout structure irregularities,and the instability arising from the bridge's flexural deformation lead to a strong coupling effect in the vehicle-turnout-bridge *** significantly affects both ride comfort and operational *** addressing this issue,the present study considered a long-span continuous rigid-frame bridge as an example and established a train-turnout-bridge coupled dynamic model of high-speed *** a selfdeveloped dynamic simulation program,the study analysed the dynamic response characteristics when the train passes through the turnouts on the *** also investigated the influence of different span-to-depth ratios of the bridge on the vehicle dynamic response when the train passes through the main line and branch line of turnouts and then proposed a span-to-depth ratio limit value for a long-span continuous rigid-frame *** research findings suggest that the changes in the span-to-depth ratio have a relatively minor impact on the train’s operational performance but significantly affect the dynamic characteristics of the bridge *** on the findings and a comprehensive assessment of safety indicators,it is advisable to establish a span-to-depth ratio limit of 1/4500 for a long-span continuous rigid-frame bridge.

With the increasing demand for scalable and cost-effective electrochemical energy storage,aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)have a broad application prospect as an inexpensive,efficient,and naturally secure energy storage ***,the limitations suffered by AZIBs,including volume expansion and active materials dissolution of the cathode,electrochemical corrosion,irreversible side reactions,zinc dendrites of the anode,have seriously decelerated the civilianization process of ***,polymers have tremendous superiority for application in AZIBs attributed to their exceptional chemical stability,tunable structure,high energy density and outstanding mechanical *** the expanding applications of AZIBs and the superiority of polymers,this comprehensive paper meticulously reviews the benefits of utilizing polymeric applied to cathodes and anodes,*** begin with,with adjustable structure as an entry point,the correlation between polymer structure and the function of energy storage as well as optimization is deeply investigated in respect to the ***,depending on the diversity of properties and structures,the development of polymers in AZIBs is summarized,including conductive polymers,redox polymers as well as carbon composite polymers for cathode and polyvinylidene fluoride-,carbonyl-,amino-,nitrile-based polymers for anode,and a comprehensive evaluation of the shortcomings of these strategies is ***,an outlook highlights some of the challenges posed by the application of polymers and offers insights into the potential future direction of polymers in *** is designed to provide a thorough reference for researchers and developers working on polymer for AZIBs.

Walnut dreg protein hydrolysates(WDPHs)exhibit a variety of biological activities,however,the cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)inhibitory peptide of WDPHs remain *** aim of this study was to rapidly screen for such peptides in WDPHs through a combination of in silico and in vitro *** total,1262 peptide sequences were observed by nano liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(nano LC-MS/MS)and 4 novel COX-2 inhibitory peptides(AGFP,FPGA,LFPD,and VGFP)were *** kinetic data indicated that AGFP,FPGA,and LFPD displayed mixed-type COX-2 inhibition,whereas VGFP was a non-competitive *** is mainly because the peptides form hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions with residues in the COX-2 active *** results demonstrate that computer analysis combined with in vitro evaluation allows for rapid screening of COX-2 inhibitory peptides in walnut protein dregs.

Chemotactic nanomotor for multimodal combined therapy of glioblastoma

Glioblastoma(GBM) is the most aggressive malignant brain tumor. Due to the infiltration and heterogeneity of GBM, the obstruction of the blood-brain barrier(BBB) and the unique immunosuppressive mechanism, it is hard to achieve significant effects of GBM treatment. Here, a kind of chemotactic nanomotor that loaded with glucose oxidase(GOx) and carboxylated cisplatin(Pt(IV)) prodrug on the L-arginine-derived polymer is proposed. The nanomotors are driven by catalysis of glucose decomposition and the positive chemotaxis towards the GBM microenvironment where inducible nitric oxide synthase and reactive oxygen species are highly expressed. This facilitates the BBB crossing and GBM targeting of the nanomotors. In addition, the released nitric oxide(NO) during propulsion as well as the loaded GOx and Pt(IV) can exert combined NO/starvation/chemotherapy. Meanwhile, it is able to induce and enhance the immune response through multiple pathways, thus better coping with the complexities of GBM treatment.

ρ-meson longitudinal leading-twist distribution amplitude revisited and the D→ρsemileptonic decay

Motivated by our previous study[***.D 104(1),016021(2021)]on the pionic leading-twist distribution amplitude(DA),we revisit theρ-me son leading-twist longitudinal DAφ_(2;ρ)^(‖)(x,μ)in this study.A model proposed by Chang based on the DYyson-Schwinger equations is adopted to describe the behavior ofφ_(2;ρ)^(‖)(x,μ).However,theξ-moments ofφ_(2;ρ)^(‖)(x,μ)are calculated with the QCD sum rules in the framework of the background field *** sum rule formulas for these moments are *** accurate values for the first five nonzeroξ-moments at the typical scaleμ=(1.0,1.4,2.0,3.0)GeV are given,e.g.,atμ=1 GeV,(ξ^(2))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.220(6),(ξ^(4))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.103(4),(ξ^(6))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.066(5),(ξ^(8))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.046(4),and(ξ^(10))>_(2;ρ)^(‖)=0.035(3).By fitting these values with the least squares method,the DSE model forφ_(2;ρ)(x,μ)is *** taking the left-handed current light-cone sum rule approach,we obtain the transition form factor in the large recoil region,i.e.,A_(1)(0)=0.498_(-0.012)^(+0.014),A_(2)(0)=0.460_(-0.047)^(+0.055),and V(0)=0.800_(-0.014)^(+0.015),and the ratio r_(2)=0.923_(-0.119)^(+0.133),rV=1.607_(-0.071)^(+0.071).After extrapolating with a rapidly converging series based on z(t)-expansion,we present the|V_(cd)|-independent decay width for the semileptonic decays D→ρ^(l+)v_(l).Finally,the branching fractions are B(D^(0)→ρ^(-)e+v_(e))=1.825_(-0.162)^(+0.170)±0.004,B(D^(+)→ρ^(0)e+v_(e))=2.299_(-0.204)^(+0.214)±0.011,B(D^(0)→ρ^(-)μ^(+)v_(μ))=1.816_(-0.160)^(+0.168)±0.004,and B(D^(+)→ρ^(0)μ+v_(μ))=2.288_(-0.201)^(+0.212)±0.011.

The physical formation mechanisms of the Atlantic Multidecadal Variability(AMV)in the context of global warming have been a key research topic(Vecchi et al.,2017).The conventional view is that the AMV is mainly driven by internal dynamics within the climate system,especially in the Atlantic Ocean(Zhang et al.,2019).However,some studies suggest that decadal to multidecadal variations in North Atlantic sea surface temperature(SST)since around 1950 are related to anthropogenic and natural aerosol emissions(Otter?et al.,2010;Booth et al.,2012;Hua et al.,2019).

Neighborhood predictors of short sleep duration and bedtime irregularity among children in the United States: results from the 2019-2020 National Surveyof Children's Health

Background Environmental factors may contribute to short sleep duration and irregular bedtime in *** factors and children's sleep duration and bedtime regularity remain a less investigated *** aim of this study was to investigate the national and state-level proportions of children with short sleep duration and irregular bedtime and their neighborhood *** A total of 67,598 children whose parents completed the National Survey of Children's Health in 2019-2020 were included in the ***-weighted Poisson regression was used to explore the neighborhood predictors of children's short sleep duration and irregular *** The prevalence of short sleep duration and irregular bedtime among children in the United States(US)was 34.6%[95%confidence interval(CI)=33.8%-35.4%]and 16.4%(95%CI=15.6%-17.2%)in 2019-2020,*** neighborhoods,supportive neighborhoods,and neighborhoods with amenities were found to be protective factors against children's short sleep duration,with risk ratios ranging between 0.92 and 0.94,P<*** with detracting elements were associated with an increased risk of short sleep duration[risk ratio(RR)=1.06,95%CI=1.00-1.12]and irregular bedtime(RR=1.15,95%CI=1.03-1.28).Child race/ethnicity moderated the relationship between neighborhood with amenities and short *** Insufficient sleep duration and irregular bedtime were highly prevalent among US children.A favorable neighborhood environment can decrease children's risk of short sleep duration and irregular *** the neighborhood environment has implications for children's sleep health,especially for children from minority racial/ethnic groups.

Amorphous hybrid tungsten oxide–nickel hydroxide nanosheets used as a highly efficient electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction

There are more challenges for alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)via simultaneously expediting the electron-coupled water dissociation process(Volmer step)and the following electrochemical H_(2) desorption(Heyrovsky step).Hybrid amorphous electrocatalysts are highly desirable for efficient hydrogen evolution from water-alkali electrolyzers due to the bifunctionality for the different elementary steps of HER and optimal interactions with water molecules and the reactive hydrogen intermediates(Had).Herein,the synthesis of amorphous hybrid ultrathin(tungsten oxide/nickel hydroxide)hydrate(a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O)nanosheets on nickel foam(NF)for efficient alkaline HER is *** structural and composition features of a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O are characterized in *** resulting a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O/NF electrocatalyst with the synergistic effect of both hybrid components for the HER elementary steps shows greatly improved the activity and durability for the HER with a low overpotential of-41 and-163 mV at-10 and-500 mA·cm^(-2),respectively,a Tafel slope as low as-72.9 mV·dec^(-1),and long-term stability of continuous electrolysis for at least 150 h accompanying by inappreciable overpotential change in 1 M *** the hybrid a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O,Ni(OH)_(2) and WO_(3) moieties are separately responsible for accelerating dissociative adsorption of water and weakening Had adsorption strength,which is beneficial to the improvement of the alkaline HER activity.
